03/09/2025: I found the place online and called to reserve a table for four. The sandwiches and fried foods were delicious. It was wonderful to discover the outdoor terrace where you can eat in peace and enjoy the cool evening air. The service was fast and friendly. Thank you so much. We'll be back!

20/08/2025: We went to Pangurmè on Monday evening, and even though we didn't have a reservation, a very kind young lady greeted us and seated us right away. The place is cozy and well-kept, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was fast and attentive. For our kids, we ordered a simple hamburger sandwich, and for our youngest, just the burger and fries. We adults started with a trio of delicious bruschettas, each one different, and continued with two amazing sandwiches. A big plus are the sauces, all homemade. An excellent experience that we highly recommend!

28/01/2026: I dropped my son off at the Salerno train station and stopped by for breakfast. I'm surprised it's classified as a bar. Of all the pizzas I've had in Italy, this one was the best. The texture is excellent, and the crisp bite reminds me of eating striped mackerel or lamb chops. I like this place even better than Neapolitan pizza. I wanted to come back again, but I'm disappointed that I have to travel to Sicily. This isn't a touristy place, it's a local favorite. You should definitely come. Parking is a bit tricky :)

17/01/2026: A large establishment in the city center. Friendly staff, moderate prices, and prompt service. Several tables are available both inside and outside; a truly extensive selection of sweet and savory items.

25/01/2026: In terms of quality, it's outstanding; it's one of the few seafood restaurants where you can eat excellent food, well-cooked and served. A bit of a turndown is the service, which, despite being attentive and helpful, was also very friendly. We ate our appetizer, first course, and second course in just over 20 minutes, all at once, which is sometimes sophisticated, but at a fast food restaurant. The 80s-style ambiance outside is unfortunately not at all well-kept, but that's not the owners' fault, but rather the terrible management.

15/02/2026: I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria's product, which can truly be described as gourmet pizza. Delicious, easy to digest, rich, and crispy to perfection: an excellent gourmet pizza. The sweet cream and black cherry pizza to finish the meal, and the homemade fries to start the evening, are equally excellent. Friendly, attentive, and fast service, in a modern, well-spaced setting—perhaps just a little noisy. Excellent value for money.

10/02/2026: The pizza dough isn't suitable for a peel, but is better suited for a rotisserie. Mon had risen well, but when the pizza cooled, it was difficult to cut. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

12/02/2026: My wife and I stayed at the hotel around the corner in May 2024, and like many others, came across Tony's Bar just off the Corso Italia. All lit up lovely in the evening, with the cosey outside canopied seating area being a warm and welcoming place to sit on the cooler evenings. Tony and his wife are just the most wonderful couple, we felt like we'd known them for years. We visited most nights before setting off down town, and more often than not, came back for a night cap before bed. Not expensive, a descent glass of house red, well poured, and all the main cocktails and mixers are on offer. An absolute gem of bar to visit if you are staying in and around Sant. Agnello. The train from Sorrento is a 5 minute ride and stops just over the road, so if you fancied venturing out and having a break from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento town, this is the perfect place to stop over. There's also a few Coffee shops and other smaller bars in the local vicinity. Give it a go!

05/10/2025: What a gem of a place this is! We spent almost every evening here as we enjoyed the atmosphere and the excellent service so much! Tony and his team are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble!

10/09/2025: We stayed this summer. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The hotel is located right in the center, very close to the sea, the port, and amenities. Downstairs, there's also a gelateria, restaurant, and rotisserie/pizzeria. I'd say everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

05/09/2025: Hotel in the center of Ischia Porto, very close to everything (everywhere within walking distance). The staff is incredibly friendly, and a special compliment goes to Lisa, whose smile made us (your Sicilian friend) and all our guests feel right at home every morning. Breakfast is spectacular, with homemade pastries, Ischian croissants, tarts, brioches, pastries, cakes, and more, all homemade, with a different selection every morning. There's also a savory selection. If we return to Ischia, we'll definitely stay here again.

21/02/2026: 🇲🇽Alessandro, brother, you're officially Mexican!🇲🇽 To all my Latino brothers and sisters who want to feel at home, visit this place. Sorry for not posting any photos, but the atmosphere and the kindness of Alessandro and his family made us completely forget about our phones. We had an unforgettable lunch; I highly recommend their grilled octopus. Alessandro is an excellent person, even willing to give his shirt to warm someone else. Thank you so much for helping me find parking.

02/01/2026: We popped in for lunch during our scooter tour of the Amalfi coast. We both ordered and really enjoyed the Chicken Caesar Salad. I think it was good value for money, and the service was spot on.

21/12/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday and I'm very satisfied. Excellent food, magnificent location, spectacular DJ, everything was perfect and Alberto is an exceptional person. I highly recommend him.

27/01/2026: A fantastic experience, something truly sublime. My wife and I had dinner with two couples from Tuscany. We made reservations at the Donna Sofia restaurant, and from the moment we called, we sensed great courtesy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Flora, an exceptional presence: she seated us immediately and pampered us with a delicious appetizer. The appetizer was followed by a first and second course of fish, prepared with great care and quality. But what made the evening even more special was the pleasure of sitting at the table in a unique, warm, and welcoming environment: a restaurant with a soul, and that soul is clearly perceived in the cuisine and the attention to guests. Next, Mario, the father, and Lina, the mother, came to the table: two truly special people. With kindness, attention, and great class, they approached the table and then left at the right moment. This is knowing how to welcome people; this is true class. We ended the evening with Lina's desserts, something spectacular: one of the best pastry chefs you can find in a restaurant. Her desserts are simply unique. An experience that will remain in your heart.

30/12/2025: Mario made us feel like special guests: present, attentive, with that rare ability to sense our desires even before they're expressed. In the kitchen, Lina immediately grasped our tastes and transformed them into a sequence of dishes that exceeded all expectations: cuttlefish salad with curly endive and walnuts, crispy fried calamari, grouper and lemon potatoes, spaghetti with clams, and the irresistible spaghetti with octopus Luciana-style. To finish, a sweet treat that lingers: struffoli and apple puff pastry served warm. The elegant black-and-white decor, the tributes to Sophia Loren watching from the walls, and an exceptional exposed-brick cellar promising intimate evenings. A harmonious and balanced ensemble. We leave, counting the days until we return.
