28/05/2025: I come to Italy very often and especially to Cosenza and I had certainly never entered this cafe. It was difficult to find a parking space but after three laps of Piazza Europa I found a space. It was probably fate that "advised" me to enter this place. We consumed some filled focaccias, freshly squeezed orange juice (let's not forget that we are in the homeland of citrus fruits) and some small pastries accompanied by a delicious espresso. In addition to the fact that everything was good, we were favorably impressed by the kindness of the staff and the friendliness of the owner. I did not give 5 stars because there was no paper towels in the bathroom (this is not a criticism but a cue to check the services more often). I hope that the comment is read by many and that driven by curiosity they try the coffee maker.

15/05/2025: One of the best ice cream shops in Scalea, if not the best, where you can enjoy ice cream of every flavor at reasonable prices or sitting down or for a walk enjoying the ice cream.

Location surrounded by greenery in the splendid pine forest of Sellia Marina just a few meters from the sea, the wooden structures under which the tables are positioned are very cute (and not even a mosquito!) Very nice staff ready to put customers at ease and to satisfy, as much as possible, every request Exquisite dishes, excellent quality/price ratio ... And finally ... Ice creams that cannot be classified for how good they are ... Without a doubt we will return!

18/06/2025: The food is really good, there are cheaper places, but my friends and colleagues and I really enjoyed the food, the owner was very kind and good. The homemade liqueurs are spectacular, as are the chicken wings and the eggplant meatballs, they are foods that I recommend trying.

30/06/2025: There are places that come and go, fashions that pass, venues that open and close. But then there are institutions, fixed points that stand the test of time and remain in people's hearts. And Peppino's pub, active since the 80s, is exactly this: a certainty, a guarantee, a symbol of quality and no-frills hospitality. Peppino is not just a manager. He is a decent, serious, professional person, who has always carried out his work with humility, without ever getting a big head - a rare thing, especially in an environment where success is often confused with arrogance. Honest prices, accessible to all, and a service that works: fast, smart, friendly. How can I forget Giovanna, a historic waitress, who every year I meet again with her usual smile. Seeing her is like coming home. And then there is that unique atmosphere, the one that only a place with years of history can have. From 6 pm until late at night, especially in the summer, this pub is a safe haven even in the most desperate moments of nighttime hunger – word of my daughter, who goes out with friends and knows she can always count on that good, fast, and humanely priced sandwich. Every time I return to Scalea, it is a fixed stop. And every time, it is as if time stops for a moment. Because there are places that are not forgotten. And people like Peppino who make these places unforgettable.

08/05/2025: We stayed with our family over the long weekend of April 25th, the food wasn't the best, as was the staff who aren't very attentive to needs, at most it might be good for kids because it has lower prices than other places

23/04/2025: Erano anni che non venivo a Locri, a memoria almeno 30. Ci sono "ricapitato" per lavoro e in pausa pranzo il collega mi ha proposto di mangiare in questo bar che offre, principalmente, dolci rigorosamente locali. Sono bravi e accoglienti.

20/03/2025: few flavors of ice cream...we all got different flavors and had a hard time finishing them, not to mention whoever put sour cream on...but if it has to be like this it's better to say that you don't have it. The location is not beautiful at all and with dim lighting you can't even see the products.

01/05/2025: Good desserts, delicious croissants, now with the arrival of the warmer seasons there are covered tables outside where you can enjoy an excellent ice cream, recommended for a breakfast or an aperitif with friends or even alone to relax for a bit

28/04/2025: Aperitif 5 mignon pieces, among other things, hard and a spriz, olives to be paid separately, total €15. I would have preferred to pay even more but having a good aperitif was the first time I went there and I will never go there again.
