23/05/2026: I ordered two takeout pizzas over the phone. The menu I consulted is the one shown here in the "Menu" section, where the pizzas are described individually. One of the two pizzas I ordered is the Vesuvio, which on this menu is described as grilled, with artichoke cream, parmesan, and fiordilatte. I picked it up and, upon returning, opened the box to find a pizza with broccoli rabe and sausage. I returned to the pizzeria and asked for an explanation. The woman asked me what had happened, and I explained. She immediately replied that it was impossible, that Vesuvio has always had sausage and broccoli rabe, and that I was mistaken. I showed her the menu I consulted, and she replied, "No, this isn't us." I felt like I was being fooled, so I opened the link to the "official" menu on their Google page. (I should point out that the two menus on Maps MUST be the same.) I asked her, "Is this your menu?" And she replied, "Yes." I then showed her that this menu is on their Google page and that therefore the restaurant and the menu I'm showing her are theirs. So the "this isn't our restaurant" taunt could have been avoided. The woman continued to argue without acknowledging the mistake, even saying it was a Google error and that they reported it a while ago. She even told me that the grilled ham had been discontinued for a while. (If there's an error on Maps, you have to keep reporting it and have it changed.) It would have been enough for her to admit the mistake and apologize, but instead I heard her say, "If you want, I'll remake it for you, but it'll take time." Working in the restaurant industry, I'm aware that there could have been a mistake, but the least I could have done was apologize and prioritize an incorrect order and remake it immediately, or offer a drink, etc. I would also add that an error in the ingredients is very serious, as severe allergies or intolerances can lead to serious health consequences. I recommend reviewing the service.

02/06/2026: The hotel is like a dusty art museum and quite dated. The rooms have been renovated at some point. The beach isn't easily accessible. Unfortunately, during our stay in the shoulder season, we experienced a very loud party that lasted until 2:00 a.m. Breakfast was rather meager, not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel's surroundings weren't particularly appealing either (see photo).

13/07/2026: Total disappointment with the welcome, no friendliness, but the worst part was that my husband and I were sick for two days, vomiting and other things. We went for breakfast, and the cappuccino wasn't creamy; they made a latte and coffee, and a fried cannoli with cream that I've never had, so it tasted only of sugar, and the pastry seemed to have been fried days before. My husband had a cannoli that was terrible. Definitely disappointing, especially considering the high price. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have suffered or bought medication.

09/07/2026: A great discovery! A welcoming restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere and very attentive service. The menu offers a great selection, but if you want to be sure, I absolutely recommend trying the crispy and light fried stockfish and the stockfish gnocchi, truly flavorful and perfectly creamed. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

05/06/2026: The soy latte macchiato was excellent, but I didn't like the croissants. There's a distinction between a flaky croissant and a brioche croissant, and I tried both. Excellent service.

11/07/2026: At Café Morabito, you'll find excellent coffee and ice cream specialties, as well as many other typical Italian delicacies. The ambiance is both modern and chic. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

03/08/2026: For two euros, you get a generous portion of ice cream in a cone. Although I found it too sweet for my taste, it's a good ice cream.

16/07/2026: For our first lunch in Calabria we had high expectations and what a disappointment. The place was recommended by a local lady, we probably got very unlucky, terrible service the waitress was so unpleasant and unhappy to be there, she really needs to find another job. The food was also pretty bad, they managed to serve me a worse avocado than you can find in Denmark where I'm from which I thought would be impossible. The pasta was also bad, a disaster, so disappointing, on top of it they charged us for a drink that was supposed to be included in the menu, not far to say it's a tourist trap, avoid at any cost!

07/07/2026: The staff were not very friendly. The prices were normal. The quality of the desserts was good. I would have given it 4 stars, but I asked for a Nutella croissant, and instead of Nutella, it contained just chocolate spread.
