21/08/2025: When you see the ice cream on the menu and then actually get it, it's a bit of a disappointment. You don't go here for the friendliness. The view is beautiful.

17/08/2025: On our last day of vacation, we wanted to have a leisurely breakfast on the lake promenade – unfortunately, we made the wrong choice and opted for the Kuyaba Bar. The first disappointment was right when we ordered: they apparently had run out of croissants or brioche. So we had to get something else. After that, we had to wait – and that in almost 30-degree heat – until the first drinks even arrived at our table. The "orange juice" was completely watered down, the still water tasted stale, and the toast was crumbly and hard, like crispbread. The highlight came after a good ten minutes, when croissants that had previously been refused to us were suddenly served at neighboring tables – an absolute disgrace. The service was also abysmal: the waitress seemed consistently unfriendly, didn't smile once, and gave the impression that she had absolutely no desire to be at her job. Unfortunately, she clearly took her bad mood out on the guests. A real disappointment for us—we would have hoped for a relaxed start to the day, but instead we were left with nothing but disappointment. Not recommended!🤷🏽‍♀️

28/03/2025: Un locale che potrebbe essere carino ma assolutamente non pulito e soprattutto tutto il personale poco gentile, arrogante e presuntuoso. Sono spesso a Crema ma in questo locale non ci metterò mai più piede (e spero vivamente che il titolare mi dia una risposta a questa recensione così ne sente delle belle) . Entrato per prendere un cappuccino e una brioche, mentre stavo guardando il banco mi sono sentito dire: se si siede perché sta lì in piedi? Ho risposto semplicemente che volevo scegliere le brioches e la risposta è stata: le può scegliere anche stando seduto. Ho chiesto un cappuccino ben caldo ed era tiepido e in più il piattino della brioche era assolutamente troppo piccolo e la brioche tutta fuori dal piattino. Pessimo!

19/01/2025: Terribile è un complimento....se potessi non darei neanche una stella, i miei hanno comprato una torta che appena abbiamo portato a casa e aperto era stantia e con sapore di vecchio. L'indomani siamo tornati a far presente che la torta era immangiabile. Il titolare con modo arrogante e spocchioso si è totalmente rifiutato di cambiarci la torta. Noi abbiamo buttato 20 euro ma lui ha perso tanti clienti dal momento che sia io sia la mia famiglia e amici non ci torneremo mai più....siete inqualificabili!!!! Inoltre il locale è molto sporco.....

15/08/2025: Absolutely terrible. And that’s not even mentioning the “service” – if you can call it that. The staff looked at me like I was bothering them just for coming in to have a coffee and a glass of water. The glasses were dirty, and as for the bathroom… let’s just say it made me want to throw up. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

10/08/2025: No. We're not there. There was a water leak under the customer-side bar counter, and empty boxes were left there to the left... The coffee could be reviewed, as could the organization. It's a shame because the location has potential.

15/05/2025: Un Gran caffè ai massimi livelli con prodotti d'eccellenza e personale ai massimi livelli. Atmosfera unica e dettagli del locale da lasciare senza fiato. Anche il conto lascia senza fiato ma comunque in linea con l'offerta e la magia del luogo. Chi passa da Napoli deve comunque andarci, ne vale la pena!

15/05/2025: Jösses vilket stroppigt ställe. Servitörerna som hade koll inomhus i stora rummet var så sjukt otrevliga. Vi var ett stort sällskap på 9 personer varav 2 barn. Barnen ville såklart ha glass från glassdisken så vi reste på oss och gick och betalade och hämtade. Detta för att gelato inte fanns på menyn. När vi väl betalt och fått vår glass och skulle sätta oss med de andra som drack kaffe och åt dessert, blev vi avvisade trots att vi påpekade att vi tillhörde gänget där inne. Glassen fick ätas ute. Kul. Nej.

04/09/2025: Disastrous value for money and ripped off!!! We actually wanted to spend a lovely last evening of our vacation here. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, as the food was really bad despite the hefty price tag. When we complained, the staff were unsympathetic. We ate fried seafood (not crispy, without sauce, and the polenta side dish was tasteless) and pasta with shrimp and zucchini (described as "fresh" pasta – certainly not accurate, and overcooked; a whopping 4 shrimp (!) and mushy zucchini), drank two non-alcoholic Spritzers and an espresso, and paid €75 for it. The only plus point: The setting is really nice by the water, right behind a small harbor. Unfortunately, we didn't see the Google reviews until after our meal... 2.8 stars is actually too high! Edit: After reading some reviews, we double-checked the bill: We – like many others – were overcharged by about €15!!! Catastrophic price-performance ratio and ripped off!!! 10/07/2025: Good morning, First of all, this review is written because you didn't even have the courtesy to respond to our complaint email. Therefore, we would like to express our disappointment with your service on June 22nd. We celebrated our son's First Communion at your restaurant with a reservation made on March 5th, so with plenty of advance notice. We already celebrated our daughter's First Communion there two years ago, and since we had a great time, we decided to return without looking elsewhere. Upon our arrival, we were offered a grilled sausage, which was clearly leftover from Saturday's party. We then asked for beer (given the heat, not everyone enjoyed drinking wine) but were told it had run out (there was only one!!!) due to the party the day before. Wine was also unavailable, even though we had already ordered Arneis and Dolcetto. The Arneis had run out the night before, so with no other options, we had to order Chardonnay. In my opinion, it's unacceptable for a place to be without beer and wine. The appetizers were truly poor quality; the vitello tonnato had a sauce that wasn't fresh, two pieces of very thin pastry with leeks, cheap raw meat, and four tiny pieces of cheese. The tajarin arrived cold, and a portion was barely a spoonful without even sauce. The strawberry rice was stringy and tasteless... inedible. The hazelnut roast was truly awful; fatty meat boiled in hazelnut broth... The tart I ordered (which, of course, is also useful for taking photos at parties) arrived on a small plate that obviously couldn't be photographed, and the rest of the portions were already prepared on plates!! Furthermore, it wasn't a tart at all, but a blue pastry with a cream that was already half-melted from the heat because it definitely hadn't been refrigerated (hopefully it won't harm anyone). Let's add that the special menu for people with intolerances was truly awful. Unfortunately, we invited friends and family and made a terrible impression, and we were truly disappointed. However, since other customers were also there, we didn't want to say anything today out of respect for your business. However, we honestly paid hundreds of euros, and we honestly don't think it's fair because it's way too much for the food we were served. The girl who served us was very kind and helpful, especially since she was the only one serving and didn't stop for a second. You definitely lost our children's confirmations and all 20 customers with us that day...

03/08/2025: Impeccable. Extremely positive experience at Bagni Londra. The beach is always tidy, with clean toilets, changing rooms, and hot showers, with staff coming through several times a day. A special mention for the beach towels available to everyone. Excellent. Highly recommended.

02/08/2025: Excellent beach in Alassio. We stayed for 6 days. The bathrooms and showers were always spotless. The owners were very kind. Great holiday, thank you.

19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

23/08/2025: My family and I stopped at this ice cream shop, sat down at the table, and ordered ice cream sundaes from the menu. After carefully reading the ingredients for each sundae, we ordered. My wife and daughter ordered the same sundae. As soon as they started tasting, my daughter said she could taste hazelnut with chopped hazelnuts on top, not cream (the only flavor of ice cream) with white chocolate chips, as was written on the menu. I called the girl to let her know there was this mistake, and instead of saying, "Sorry, you're right," she started saying that for them, the cream flavor was their choice, since they thought cream had multiple flavors. But what if my wife or daughter had been allergic to hazelnuts? If a ice cream shop writes a menu with all the ingredients listed, in my opinion, you should state that the cream flavor isn't the only flavor you can find in the sundae; it's the ice cream maker's choice. Even though their initial excuse was that they were out of white chocolate, another girl jumped in and said it wasn't the case, contradicting her colleague... everything made it seem like they were just making excuses. This made me really angry. Plus, as we were passing the main entrance, we heard a lady (who introduced herself as the mother of one of the shop assistants) say I was the one who made the mistake... I only meant to be a constructive comment, not a reprimand, but if you guys try to find any kind of excuse, then I get angry because I feel like I'm being mocked!!!

05/08/2025: If there was a chance, I'd give it 0 stars. Three of us ordered a platter (mini, enough for one person), 10 arrosticini, and 3 soft drinks, and when it came to the bill, they charged us €66 in total. Shameful. Besides the extremely high prices, we were also told the platter was made with local products, but anyone would have guessed they were supermarket produce.

20/07/2025: A bar of no reputation, located at the entrance to Roccaraso. The girls at the cash register and bar were very helpful and professional, but the layout leaves much to be desired.

08/08/2025: Small, ugly, and uncool bar. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET SCAMMED: I asked how much a coffee cost and the waitress told me €1.60 (already a very high price), but when it came time to pay, I was told it was €2. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was rudely told that it was my mistake for not looking at the menu (for a coffee...). Furthermore, I was served a mediocre espresso in a cup too large even for a cappuccino. Not recommended. PAY ATTENTION: SCAMMERS.

25/08/2025: Cappuccino and croissant (not from the bakery) €3.00, served at your table. Numerous outdoor tables, both under the portico and on the Piazza delle Erbe side, with large umbrellas. The view extends to the fruit and vegetable market with its beautiful fountain. The restaurant is opposite the entrance to the Palazzo della Ragione (13th century). Courteous service.

15/08/2025: Great place for a quick bite to eat right next to the regional government building. Friendly and helpful waiters.
