Panificio Pasticceria Sircelli In Trieste

I hate to leave such a bad review, but honestly, the atmosphere is nice and the breakfast is good, but the people behind the counter aren't very nice; they make you feel like they're tired of being there so early in the morning. I've read other people's reviews, and I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way.

I recommend the krapfen, which are very good, soft and filled with dark chocolate cream.

The 5 stars are only for the krapfen, which I absolutely find the best in all of Trieste! Super soft and fluffy. The clerks don't say hello when you come in, even if you don't say hello first. They're all sulky. I like to pay before I eat, and when I asked to do so, the barista looked annoyed. From what I understand, each item increases by €0.50 with table service. It gets a bit pricey to have breakfast there if you order more than one item. But it's a luxury item, and if I want to use it, I pay; otherwise, I just stand at the counter.

Pleasant stop... Bakery, patisserie and cafe. Croissant great, tiramisu average. Coffee 1* Service very nice ☺️
