28/08/2025: I found the place clean, tidy, and modern. The food is excellent!

03/08/2025: The food is truly good, fresh, and well-prepared—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the experience is somewhat marred by the staff's attitude: no one greets you with a smile, and the overall impression is that they work reluctantly. The cappuccinos also leave much to be desired: more like caffe lattes, without a hint of foam, as if no effort was put into their preparation. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to service, this could be a truly excellent place.

17/07/2025: The food was good, but the cocktails weren't great; the ingredients were obviously of poor quality (cheap alcohol and whipped cream). Despite this, the prices were slightly too high. Service was poor; the waitress didn't know what I'd ordered even though it was on the menu.

14/08/2025: Located near the Saturnia waterfalls, it offers both traditional and non-traditional dishes. It was great that they offered vegan options, such as pici all'aglione, baked potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and fagioli all'uccelletto. Very good food.

19/08/2025: Hi, my family and I are visiting Monterosso. We stopped for lunch. The food was good, so I gave it four stars. I gave the service three stars because the waitress was too careless when taking our orders, even making one mistake. Also, the place was full of bees and flies, which are a nuisance while you're eating, so I gave it two stars.

16/08/2025: The waiter was so attentive, he came out heaps fast. Drinks were ordered and brought out within the blink of an eye. Every round comes with a little platter of snacks. Amazing atmosphere, I would recommend this 1000%. Definitely swing by for a beer or a cocktail here!

02/05/2025: Sono stato in questo locale in compagnia di mia moglie a fare colazione. Ci siamo accomodati in un tavolo all'esterno. Ordiniamo 2 brioche, una alla crema ed una al cioccolato, un decaffeinato ed un cappuccino. Impasto delle brioche buono, peccato la crema sia calda. Locale pulito ed accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. Servizio velocissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile.

30/03/2025: The owner is exceptionally rude, the juice served with ice (unsolicited) was very sour, and the croissant with cream was tasteless. Congratulations! Cremona definitely offers better, both in terms of gastronomy and discretion.

19/06/2025: Ci era stato consigliato… e purtroppo ci siam fidati! Innanzitutto, ambiente sporco! Pavimenti indecenti e menu unti. Solitamente fotografo tutti i piatti… erano talmente poco invitanti che non ne ho fatta nemmeno una. Frittura mista.. quindi col pesce azzurro “fresco” .. fortunatamente ci siamo accorti che un pesce puzzava di marcio! Il ristorante ci ha detto che può capitare. Arriva il secondo.. calamari alla piastra su un letto di insalata e pomodorini conditi con la cipolla cruda (che non c’entra nulla col pesce!) contorno ovviamente scelto da loro.. i calamari erano amari.. quindi non puliti bene! Ma come si fa???? Dolce.. assaggiano 2 tiramisù.. il pezzo forte della casa! Erano secchi, fatti con la panna, veramente immangiabili. Arriva il momento del conto, nessuna attenzione nonostante il “può capitare”. Queste recensioni così positive sono ingannevoli! Probabilmente trattano bene solo chi dicono loro. Di certo non ci torneremo più.

10/06/2025: Cari utenti, di passaggio a La Spezia, mi sono fermato qui e devo dire: *un’esperienza autentica e soddisfacente dal primo all’ultimo morso**. Locale semplice ma curato, con un’atmosfera intima e un’energia familiare. Appena si entra, si viene accolti da Fiore e Luciano – proprietari attenti e calorosi – che da subito ti mettono a tuo agio con il loro sorriso e disponibilità. Specializzato in pesce fresco, ogni piatto rispecchia tradizione e qualità. Servizio impeccabile: lo staff è gentile e attento ai dettagli, sempre pronto a suggerire piatti e spiegare le peculiarità. Il proprietario si distingue per la sua accoglienza e la capacità di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. Un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo: pesce fresco, porzioni generose, ambiente conviviale e prezzi onesti creano un’esperienza che difficilmente delude

22/08/2025: I moved to Rome a few years ago and am constantly craving risotto. Once in Milan, I called Tel Chi and ordered a risotto alla Milanese: they made me one of the best risottos with saffron (and 40-month-old Grana) I've ever eaten in my life: that's why I give this place an excellent rating!

26/07/2025: I went to this place for brunch. I found everything to be very mediocre: the orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed like at a hotel breakfast (so much so that we left it out), the pineapple wasn't fresh enough to even taste, and the dishes were tasteless and "pre-cooked." Even the Nutella crepe (which is good everywhere) was inedible: cold, with very little Nutella, and bitter. The brunch price is €30, which is definitely expensive for the quality. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

11/08/2025: Like every summer, we come to this pizzeria with an outdoor garden for dinner at least once. The pizza is good, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If I really had to find something to improve, I'd suggest updating the garden lighting. Perhaps with a simple and inexpensive string of warm-white LED bulbs, which would also illuminate the greenery above. In any case, it's always a pleasure to return.

07/09/2025: Decent hotel, 4 stars too high... some services are missing... friendly and professional staff... good cleanliness... decent breakfast... Management could do more, especially by lowering the prices at the pool bar.

27/08/2025: 4-star resort We arrive at check-in to a cold welcome. They photocopy our documents, along with an instruction sheet with the resort rules in English. I ask for the Italian version, but they don't have any, and the guy at reception says, surprised, "Don't you understand?" I explain. I complain that since we're in Italy, they don't have any in Italian. The colleague who comes out the back door and heard everything comes out looking annoyed. I ask her if there was a problem, but she ignores me. I let it go. They give us the key and a card to turn on the light, and a map to the room. I ask if they'll take our bags to our room as a courtesy, and they explain that there's a trolley we could use "on our own." In a 4-star hotel, they've always taken my bags to my room without asking. We tried to use the cart, but after 4 meters, it was abandoned on the path because it was difficult to push on the interlocking stones. We reached the room. We entered the ground-floor room overlooking the garden. The light was already on, but there was no card-operated light, so it wasn't needed. Didn't the receptionist know about this? The bathroom had no bidet; you could see the pipe caps in the wall. The shower had a curtain and a drain on the floor. (Perhaps disabled access?) A disabled person would NOT have been able to fit in the room because the passage between the bed and the wardrobe, the bed, and the desk was too narrow for a wheelchair. We moved the curtain to see outside. We have a sliding glass door that opens onto the garden, but the glass was very clearly cracked. I immediately notified reception. Room 107 had broken glass. I asked if I could open the door. They said yes and that they would send someone to check... I didn't see anyone. The garden in front of the room wasn't closed, but it was accessible from outside, so any guest could enter. If I had left the door open, they could have entered the room, so there was no privacy. At night, we were forced to close the glass door. We stayed for 2 days, but only because I had paid in advance, otherwise I would have left. The resort is beautiful, the pool is clean, with loungers and umbrellas for guests, but according to the rules, you couldn't use the beach towels. We had to look in the town of Moniga and buy towels, considering we don't ride motorcycles, so we only have limited linens. You decide for yourself; we won't be returning. A beautiful resort, but very poorly managed.
