It’s a unique Starbucks experience. The breakfast was very good, though the place was absolutely packed and even had a line outside. Despite the crowd, it was still a fun place to visit.

Americano tall was too watery , prefer the smaller one ! the people that work there are great and very kind and helpful, but the place is super busy and the cleaning is inadequate unfortunately... Dirty floor and tables.. you don't expect that in the heart of Milan

I enjoyed being able to use their WiFi setup to discuss business matters over vidocall. The registration for WiFi confused me, but it makes a lot of sense; order to get a code, connect and register, then use the code for Internet access so that you can activate your registration in under five minutes. After activation you should be able to access the Internet for a long time. Four stars, because I would have liked the option to get instructions for the WiFi, for example by making a document with a manual accessible from the registration page. If it's there I didn't notice.

Unfortunately, we were there to buy the Milanese espresso cups, but they weren't available, but the nice lady explained to us that they weren't delivering any more.

27/03/2026: Excellent experience at Starbucks Milano Centrale. The modern, well-organized space is conveniently located for those passing through the station. Fast service, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere make it a great place to stop for a coffee or a quick snack. A good selection of drinks and products, all served with care. A practical and welcoming place to stop in the heart of Milan.
13/03/2026: It's not exactly easy to enjoy a coffee and a croissant with two thugs staring at you, stationed in the shop to prevent customers from sitting wherever they want. However, everything is good by Starbucks standards, so commercial fare, but still of sufficient quality.
