14/10/2025: Luxurious, very welcoming, well-furnished, and nestled in Borgo Lanciano. Excellent local dishes. A little pricey, but that's understandable given the setting.

28/05/2025: It only gives two stars because the surrounding setting is very beautiful and inviting. The food was disappointing for us. It had absolutely nothing to do with fine Italian cuisine. It was tasteless and poorly presented. Furthermore, the menu was only available in Italian and not in English (this would be perfectly fine if this were a small local restaurant, but this restaurant is part of a hotel with international guests). We would not recommend the restaurant and would not visit again.

18/08/2025: Stay away from this place. It has no seriousness in its service and no professionalism. They take reservations, you receive an email asking you to confirm your arrival, and when you arrive, it's closed. They waste your time. They don't let you know they'll be closing that day. So, it's a high-risk establishment.

05/06/2025: Trattandosi del ristorante di un hotel 4 stelle 🌟 non potrebbe essere diversamente: grande sala, anche per accogliere utenti di convegni ed eventi che si svolgono nella struttura; camerieri vestiti.. formalmente, tavoli ben sistemati e distanziati…, ed anche ovviamente ottimo menù, anche se non troppo dispersivo… Per quanto provato ottimo il vitello tonnato, i tagliolini “molti tuorli” agli asparagi ed il bonet quale dessert, con due calici di vino dei Colli Tortonesi…, l’ormai famoso Timorasso… Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi equi e servizio cordiale ma “da signori”, quindi locale .. da tornarci…

09/10/2025: The blonde lady at the counter was quite rude and arrogant, constantly making comments about everything and everyone. I paid by card and she wished I were poor. I won't be back because of her, she just makes me happy. Despite the location, I won't be back. What a shame!

09/11/2025: This place has completely changed since the COVID era. Years ago it was worth going, now it's not, both for the type of music and the age group. But then over the phone they can't give you any explanation, and more importantly, they tell you the exact opposite.

06/11/2025: Otel offers several evenings throughout the week, but I especially know it for Sundays, when the venue transforms into a hub for Latin American lovers in Florence. Salsa and bachata nights are where it really shines. The venue is large, spacious, and well-organized, perfect for dancing without feeling cramped. Before the evening begins, there are almost always short salsa or bachata workshops, a great way to warm up, learn something new, or simply break the ice. The music selection on Sundays is always well-curated, with a good balance of salsa and bachata that keeps the energy high throughout the evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and diverse, with people coming both to dance and simply to enjoy a different kind of evening in good company. The bar service is excellent, and the prices are in line with the type of venue. A plus is the option to spend the entire evening in the same complex: you can have a simple and informal dinner at Terrazza Martini, right above the Otel, and then head downstairs to continue the music and dancing. Very convenient and without having to move. Overall, the Otel's Latin Sunday is an excellent choice for those who want to end the week with an evening full of rhythm, movement, and energy. 💃🕺🔥 Recommended for Sunday salsa and bachata lovers.

01/11/2025: I've never been there during daytime. I attended a Halloween party... €25 entrance fee, annoying kids, overbearing and rude bouncers... In short, not to be repeated! However, the place looks very nice, and I'll definitely be back for anything other than a nightclub-style party. Terrible!

20/10/2025: We stayed at the Cascinetta di Buriasco estate on October 18, 2025. The property, which organizes weddings, parties, etc., behaved incredibly rudely. Upon arrival, they told us there would be some noise and that it was strange they hadn't warned us. What they described as a bit of noise was actually a large-scale party that continued with loud music, loud noises, etc., until 4:00 a.m. Our room was directly across from their ballroom. Correct behavior would dictate not selling rooms during events, but here, they're only looking at revenue.

09/09/2025: Original cuisine, with more than a touch of the exotic, but without overdoing it. A place where you can eat something a little different from the usual. Affordable business lunch menu. Outdoor seating available.

05/09/2025: A coffee: €2. I've said it all! Perhaps he thinks he's in Milan's San Babila district, in the historic café. Not to mention how he treats the staff...the trattoria across the street is better: porcini risotto and family area.

03/11/2025: Terrible... we went in and asked if it was possible with a 10 kg dog... the answer was yes but we didn't have room... it's a shame that immediately after us you let three people in without a reservation... shameful... but from the reviews you have maybe it's better this way 😆

26/09/2025: 09/2025: Having already been to this pizzeria three years ago, I was hoping to find the same atmosphere, the same welcome, and the same quality of products. Unfortunately, apart from the waitress's smile, nothing was really there. The decor remains cute, but both the quality and the welcome have deteriorated considerably. I no longer recommend the place. 11/2023: It's not easy to find a pizzeria in downtown Aosta, and even more challenging is the task of finding a good one without a long wait. Well, you can go to the Belvédère with your eyes closed! The welcome is friendly and efficient, the service is fast and very good, the pizzas are good, and the pasta is absolutely divine. Despite an ideal location and a beautiful terrace, it's far from a tourist trap restaurant. You can go there with your eyes closed.

30/09/2025: During the renovation we were given rooms on the top floor without a lift and still to be renovated under the roof not exactly a nice value to see living and above all paying other people on the lower floors everything was ok maybe we were the unlucky ones and in any case we were not warned of the differences in quality of the rooms by the manager

28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

05/11/2025: We stopped in for some sweets, and everything was delicious! The meringues were really good, light and crisp, and the fried dough balls stuffed with Nutella were amazing. A perfect little treat spot in Venice — definitely worth a visit if you have a sweet tooth!

29/07/2025: And it's the second time I've been there and I can only say that among the self-service restaurants it's the worst. Poor menu on the first courses and almost always beef ragù. It always opens late and they are not prepared. Terrible experience.
