24/03/2025: We found ourselves in Niscemi for work, so we booked two rooms for three nights in this facility because from the photos it seemed like a good facility. To reach the aforementioned structure you need the help of God, there are no indications and especially in the evening the entire route is in the dark, with a dirt road full of weeds, it seems like a place abandoned by humanity. The rooms were full of humidity and without heating, the nineteenth-century air conditioners did not work. My colleague went to bed dressed because undressing in those cold, damp rooms took courage. However, I don't want to be rude but I absolutely do not recommend it. Very dirty structure. WiFi not working, phones had no reception. As soon as we woke up we literally ran away, after paying.

14/12/2024: I wanted to have a pleasant New Year's Eve dinner and instead it was an unpleasant experience. New Year's Eve 2024 was the worst of my life because of the entertainment (if we can call it that). The common opinion of all those present was that the "entertainment" of the single and improvised "DJ Pascal" was a whine without music or dance, but only a continuous and very annoying whining and persistent chatter for the entire New Year's Eve evening. It's a pity for the structure which however cannot abstain from the responsibility of choosing professionals and not improvised people. Never again.

21/04/2025: Locale molto curato , una prima sala con un America Bar attrezzato e una seconda sala molto carina con piccoli tavolini e sedie per una degustazione più tranquilla . in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza della repubblica ho consumato due Caffè buonissimi ed ho visto il personale disponibile e molto attento .

25/01/2025: Let's talk about the restaurant: Not very accurate service. Aside from a few small details (I order water, wine arrives, the bread runs out and they don't replenish it) I ordered pasta with garlic and oil (it was on the list for a business lunch) and I got a [very] overcooked pasta with three stuffed peppers (the kind you get from jars at the supermarket, ed.) and heated in a pan together with the pasta. It is important to underline that these peppers, which contain a filling of capers, oil and tuna, cannot be cooked in a pan, because they take on the temperature of the much more famous ones mentioned by the great Paolo Villaggio (24 thousand degrees Fahrenheit) and become DANGEROUS if someone has the unfortunate idea of ​​swallowing them as they find them on the plate. Then, given that thanks to their filling and the fact that they were previously cooked with a mix of water and vinegar (from the canning factory that prepares them) they are decidedly acidic and out of place on a pasta that has, or rather, should have, a completely different characteristic. The second was a grilled chicken breast that was too thick to cook all the way through, which is another significant risk factor. The baked potatoes, incredibly, were boiled and reheated (perhaps) in the oven but looked exactly like boiled potatoes. In short, to each his own job, but despite the cheap prices it can't be called a "restaurant". Better to change (job).

10/04/2025: REALLY KIND OWNER, VERY BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS!!! AND THE BAR DOWNSTAIRS, OPENS AT 7:00 AND ALSO HAS EXQUISITE STUFF, WONDERFUL RESIDENCE..!

02/03/2025: During a stay in Claviere around 3pm I come across the shop window and through the glass I see a beautiful environment and the tables set. I find the prices displayed a little expensive, but I imagine it might be worth it. So I visit the restaurant's website, where it insistently offers me to book online. I convince myself, fill in and send the request correctly. I received the booking confirmation via email. I show up at the agreed time and find it closed. I can only add: even leaving aside the laziness and lack of professionalism, why the hell did they leave the tables set?

11/05/2025: Avevo un bel.ricordo di questo ristorante in cui ho mangiato anni fa. Non so cosa sia successo, probabilmente il cambio di gestione e personale non è stato all'altezza del.posto. la location meravigliosa cozza con un rapporto pessimo qualità prezzo: impiattamenti casalinghi, mancanza di ingredienti scritti nel menù e non presenti sul piatto; per di più la cena è stata poco rilassante perché dalla cucina si sentivano urla e blasfemie del cuoco. Se fosse stata un'osteria sarei più tollerante ma visto che una cena con 2 portate a testa più dolce e' costata 130 euro direi che non ne vale la.pena.

12/05/2025: Nice location on the lake, shaded seating and the positives stop there. What really disappointed me were the cocktails, the quantities, the glass is already quite small then if you fill it with ice I would like to know what I'm drinking. I finished drinking the Hugo that they served me with three sips through a straw and, paying 9 euros for it, I wasn't very happy. At the end of the fair I won't go back and I don't recommend it.

25/05/2025: Very disappointed by some completely unjustified comments that criticize a lot of things, I can say without any restraint that we ate great food there and with excellent service from Daniella. If it is true that the owner lacks a little empathy.....surely due to some customers with zero tolerance, it is a highly recommended restaurant. We will return without any restraint, as much for the porcini frito...as the fried seafood and the pasta. Again, bravo bravo bravo

15/06/2025: No comment, very high prices, poor service, raw pizza and raw tomato sauce on top, no separate bills create a lot of inconvenience!! 15/06/2025: Outrageous, prices absurd to say the least. We ate on the terrace so obviously even without music, I took a raw meat tartare, since it cost €18 I expected the classic round and tall tartare to arrive like in any restaurant; Moral: a mini slice of meat arrived, very small and very low. My boyfriend took a pizza that arrived totally raw and very thin; with water and wine. We paid €57 and we left there with both of us starving. Oh, and I want to point out the rudeness of one of the cashiers, yesterday she had her hair tied up and I think she is a superior since she was the one who told the other cashier to take off our bill a portion of chips that had never arrived (after 10 minutes of us telling her, and she was also annoyed). Very unpleasant and not at all empathetic, with a “pissed off” face for everything that was happening in front of the cashier. I stood ON THE SIDE of the cash register waiting for my boyfriend to pay, I should point out that it was a corner where there are also two armchairs to sit on and the cash register has a step to get in, obviously I was underneath leaning calmly against the perfectly visible counter, and she looked at me badly and said "I have to ask you to come to the front" and I kindly replied that I didn't have to pay and that I was just waiting for the others... her response? "AND WELL BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN STAY AT THE CASH REGISTER THOUGH"! with a face and a tone that is better left undescribed, and she should be grateful that I was at a birthday party and didn't want to make a fuss. But if you read the reviews, please, be polite and polite if you think you want to do this job… otherwise, forget about contact with the public 😉 Oh and I recommend thinking about the issue that you don't do separate calculations, yesterday for this "dinner" my boyfriend and I would have had to pay €75 if we had done it the Roman way, instead the birthday boy wasted more than half an hour (rightly) to sit there with the receipt to write down everything that a guest had to pay because they "can't do it" like billions of other restaurants do. Summary: we will never go back, and if someone decides to have their birthday there, we will absolutely recommend changing places, in addition to being very expensive as gold, the food is also bad!
