10/08/2025: There were four of us, and we had breakfast at the outdoor table, with four cappuccinos, three croissants, and a small pastry. The products were high-quality. The only drawback was the excessive cost of table service, which tripled the cost of the products... which, I repeat, were still high-quality.

29/07/2025: A wonderful Florentine atmosphere! The coffee and pastries were incredibly delicious – you can taste the quality in every bite. The selection of delicacies is so extensive that it was really difficult for us to decide. The café is also very easy to reach and invites you to linger. Highly recommended!

09/08/2025: One of the rudest encounters I've ever had in my life — anywhere! I adore Italy and have been around 10 times, but this was beyond unacceptable. With a baby and two elderly family members, I politely asked about sunbeds, umbrellas, prices, and what was included. The man responded with shocking hostility, almost shouting that I “should speak Italian” and mocking me. I'm not from an English-speaking country, but English is the common language for travelers — and nothing justifies this level of disrespect. It was clearly misogynistic — I'm certain he wouldn't have acted this way if my husband had been speaking to him. Totally can see the 2.9 stars! Doesn't deserve even one. Avoid this kind of place — don't support misogynistic businesses. 07/08/2025: I happened to stop by this beach club while passing through to grab a couple of drinks with my girlfriend. Well, I was ridiculed by two staff members just for asking for a coffee when the cafeteria was closed (it was only 6:00 PM), with the cashier pointing to the coffee machine, assuming I knew it had already been washed (the LEDs were also on at the time), and with another person nearby claiming I didn't even know what a coffee machine was and therefore implicitly "couldn't understand anything." What can I say? Avoid these places and don't be fooled by the beach club's aesthetics. There are much better options out there, especially in Torre dell'Orso.

30/06/2025: I stopped here once before Castel Sant’Angelo, on Via della Conciliazione. The coffee was okay, probably because they use Illy brand. I had one espresso and one orange juice al banco (no table service), and they charged me €6.90. I still don’t understand how that was calculated. The orange juice wasn’t fresh and the glass was only 2/3 full. But the worst part was the attitude of the two baristas – no hello, no “please”, just a very rude and arrogant way of dealing with people. I’ve honestly never seen a place with so many bad reviews. That made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time thing. Seems like most people are unhappy with the quality and service. The location is amazing, but sadly, like many places near tourist landmarks, they don’t care about quality or customer experience. It feels more like a tourist trap.

14/06/2025: Ordered 1 bruschetta that didn’t have a price, got 2 instead (and charged) then got charged for 2 prossuito and cheese and spent $90 on this crap. The waiter insisted on a tip ina country that doesn’t require tips and got upset when I handed him my change for him standing at the door. Awful service, crap food and wasn’t worth the air conditioning we wanted to pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE
