08/03/2026: I went on March 8th for Women's Day. The menu didn't match the one posted. Instead of ravioli, they served linguine and tasteless, unsalted fish. The location is beautiful, but the bathrooms need maintenance.

06/10/2025: We saw this place and were intrigued by the name, "GIARDINO MAGICO," so we wanted to try it. The place is beautiful; the surrounding garden is filled with colored lights, creating a fairytale atmosphere. Not to mention the quality of the products is excellent. We ordered pizzas; the dough was soft, light, and easy to digest, the ingredients were top-quality, and finally, a spectacular berry cheesecake! I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: Terrible experience! The service was extremely slow, confusing, and disorganized, and the appetizers were tasteless! The food arrived 45 minutes after ordering, and the appetizer was served with the entree. What can I say... What a shame!

22/02/2026: A place NOT to return to. When they say: "all talk and no action." When you're interested in "stealing" people's money, without caring about the customers. It's unthinkable that from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM dinner still wasn't served, that dishes intended for other tables were brought out three times, that despite several joking requests, at 11:00 PM you still haven't let me eat. The owners/managers were also sitting at the table next to ours. The least you could do was get up and figure out what was going on, or maybe offer them a snack to pass the time, or a drink, or whatever. Instead, there were just waiters who didn't know... At which point, feeling rather annoyed, I told them they could cancel my order and that I didn't intend to pay for what I'd drunk, because that was no way to run a restaurant. "He" (I don't know if he was the owner or the owner's husband...) heard me say that the place was awful and that I wouldn't be back, and that I'd be writing bad reviews. I moved closer to the musicians, at which point he got up and started arguing with my friends, who hadn't said anything, but given the tone and arrogance with which this rude guy addressed the ladies, my friend's husband had to intervene. In short, since instead of apologizing and finding a solution, they also wanted to be accountable and right, they decided to leave. My friend wanted to pay for what we had drunk, but the lady didn't want to: at least she tried to make amends. The only polite person who apologized was the guy who brought the drinks, but I told him he had nothing to do with it, but that wasn't how you run a place. Obviously, I won't set foot in there again, and I advise anyone against it, because there are so many places to eat in Palermo, and the warm welcome that the world envies us was certainly unknown to these people. Besides, we're not talking about a little place with tables in the middle of the street, but a place that should be of a certain level (obviously only aesthetically), given the prices and the limited selection of wines by the glass and beers.

08/11/2025: Location chosen based on positive reviews. Terrible breakfast: raw croissant and undrinkable cappuccino. The environment is poorly maintained and dirty in some areas. Staff are sparse.

17/08/2025: We arrived on the evening of August 9th around 9 pm. The place wasn't busy, and many people had already finished dinner. When we asked for a table for four to each get a pizza, we were told they were full and waiting for a table for 20. They didn't even have takeout. So we left. Unfortunately, when we came back, the table for 20 wasn't available. Terrible service in a place that thrives on tourism.

04/03/2026: Old hotel but with very good location, parking and personal who can help you all the day. Near to Outlet Noventa di Piave. Very quiet and clean with good big park and 2 swimming pools. Recommend!

21/02/2026: I came to this hotel with my husband because he had to have a procedure at the nursing home next door. We came here because I'd read in the reviews that the hotel was connected to the nursing home by a tunnel. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the tunnel was very short and that the two facilities were practically connected. We could go from the hotel room to the patient room in just a few minutes. An exceptional convenience. The hotel bar was excellent and the breakfast was good. I didn't try the restaurant. The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and large, and the bathrooms were new. Overall, we had a great time.

08/01/2026: Tasteless dishes, raw chicken, mushy vegetables. Old-fashioned Chinese food a complete no-no.

04/01/2026: A neighborhood restaurant serving both Italian and Chinese cuisine. A few nights ago, we ordered several Chinese dishes, all delicious and well-cooked. At midday, they served a fixed-price lunch. I tried the farfalle with swordfish and the grilled swordfish with potatoes, a one-pot meal with excellent value. The grilled fish and desserts we ordered for dinner were also good.

15/03/2026: Every time we return to Tommy's, it's a confirmation: the fish is always super fresh and the dishes are delicious. The raw fish is really good, as are the pasta dishes. Excellent value for money. I recommend it 100%!
