26/02/2026: A positive experience, the property, as the name suggests, is a historic building. The interior has been very creatively renovated with art installations and trendy furniture. The rooms, as well as the restaurant, reflect the artistic theme. Definitely worth a try.

15/02/2026: We purchased a gift card for this Michelin-starred restaurant, paying the full price for the tasting menu, just like any other customer. When we booked, however, we discovered that gift card holders are not allowed to book on Sundays, while the website states that standard reservations are available from Monday to Sunday without any restrictions. This restriction wasn't clearly stated at the time of purchase. If it had been, we would never have purchased the gift card: we would have simply booked and paid for the dinner as usual. This isn't a promotion or a discount. The price is identical. Yet the treatment is different. A real injustice. When we requested a refund, citing a lack of transparency, we were (naturally) told that "something can be agreed upon." A perplexing response: previously, Sundays weren't allowed for gift card holders, but now suddenly it's negotiable. A restaurant of this caliber should stand out for its fairness, clarity, and consistency, not for policies that change after the payment has been made. At the moment, we don't even know if we'll be taking the tasting tour, because the experience has already been compromised before it even begins. This review, in fact, isn't about the food—which we haven't tried yet—but exclusively about the management and transparency towards those who purchase a gift card. I urge anyone considering purchasing a gift card to carefully read the actual terms and conditions.

04/01/2026: A formative experience, I learned more about a cuisine that explores fermentation techniques using local products and Eastern techniques. I didn't enjoy all the dishes; some I found unbalanced (to my palate). The decision to force a tasting menu can be disappointing. The wine pairing was excellent, and the willingness to offer a vegetarian menu was commendable. The bill was super high.

15/03/2026: The pizza might have been very good, but the waitress in charge was incredibly rude. Staff issues and corrections should be handled privately, not in front of customers. After her behavior, I went to another place where they treat customers and staff better.

14/03/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. An incredible explosion of flavors from the first bite. Light and easy-to-digest dough. Beautiful location overlooking the sea, impeccable and friendly service. Recommended!

25/02/2026: We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sport Hotel Barisetti. Everything was perfect and top quality - from the location, the room, friendliness of all the staff, cleanliness of the whole hotel, quality of food and choice of wines, and the views from the hotel in every direction are amazing. I’d imagine it would be a great place to stay in Summer too as there are so many interesting walks. A great place, loved it.

08/02/2026: Fantastic hotel in Cortina ! 50 meters from the lift, large and warm rooms, large balcony, excellent service and food. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

15/10/2025: A breathtaking aperitivo. We booked a table overlooking the sea. And it was wonderful to spend time with such a fantastic view. Excellent cocktails, and so were the dishes that accompanied our cocktails.

23/01/2026: The place definitely needs updating and more attention. There's no light in the bathroom. You have to ring the bell to get in. The owner welcomes you warmly and gives you a good introduction to the restaurant's cuisine. Service is quick, food is decent. I enjoyed some dishes more than others (obviously, it's a matter of taste). The tea at the end was good. Overall, it was good...but you have to adapt to the environment and not have too many expectations. Prices, in my opinion, are a bit steep considering what's actually on offer. Average spend is around 30 euros per person. As an alternative evening, it's fine...but it requires a spirit of adaptation.

19/01/2026: First and last experience at this place. Let's start with the atmosphere: the floor is dirty in some spots, and it smells almost like stale food as soon as you enter. The owner comes to explain the dishes and also advises you on how many "bowls" to order. We ordered five (there were four of us). What we received was surprising, as the bowls were truly meager and cost a whopping €14 for three pieces of meat or eggplant. The number of injera (their typical flatbread) was obviously excessive compared to the amount of food, so some of it was returned because we didn't know what to eat with it. The worst thing was the rudeness of the waitress, who came by every 10 minutes to ask if we were finished. On the fourth visit, even though I told her to give us time to finish, I handed her the plate with the food still in my mouth. Personally, a completely negative experience.

12/02/2026: First time at this pizzeria. Four delicious, well-cooked pizzas with quality ingredients. Delicious desserts. Friendly and fast service (Thursday evening). Good value.

25/01/2026: Very good pizza. They also have gluten-free and lactose-free options. Even though it was a Saturday night and there were 20 of us, the service was impeccable.
