03/01/2026: A beautiful old property. The pool (additional charge) is also accessible to non-hotel guests. It's about a 20-minute walk to the town center (through the grounds of the neighboring clinic). Unfortunately, we discovered that instead of the large, park-like grounds with beautiful fig trees, an ugly supermarket now obstructs the view. The pool, which resembles a public outdoor swimming pool, is very crowded, especially on summer weekends! If we stay again, it would only be for an overnight stop. Therefore, only three stars.

19/01/2026: My experience at this restaurant was nauseating and unacceptable in every way. I'll start with the food: it was simply unworthy of being served. Dishes were prepared carelessly, tasteless, with ingredients that seemed to be of the lowest quality. Eating was more of an act of endurance than a pleasure. Paying for something like this is an insult to the customer and to the very concept of dining. The service was disgraceful. The staff was annoyed, arrogant, and completely uneducated. The dishes were brought to the table as if we were invisible, without a glance, without a word, without the slightest respect. No attention, no availability, just rude attitudes and total indifference. Behavior that is not only unprofessional, but humiliating for those paying. Let's move on to the hygiene of the place, which is at alarming levels. The floor was covered in mud and dirt, clearly not cleaned in a long time. The chairs were wet, left there without the slightest shame, as if it were normal to make customers sit in water. The table was filthy, covered in crumbs from other diners, stains, and various residues. A revolting scene, which raises serious questions about how the kitchen and food should be treated. Overall, this place cannot be called a restaurant: it's a poorly managed pigsty, where disorganization, rudeness, and a total lack of respect for the customer reign supreme. No quality, no professionalism, no hygiene. A place to absolutely avoid, because it represents everything a restaurant should never be. A total disgrace.

01/12/2025: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery for us on a Sunday lunch. The veranda overlooks the picturesque port of San Felice Circeo, so weather permitting, you can enjoy their dishes in the sun or in the cool air, depending on the season! The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly with guests... the atmosphere is informal but very refined. My only complaint: the table settings are too minimal; I would add a placemat. The wine list is well-balanced, with many nice options under €30. Otherwise, the dishes are tasty, delicious, and portioned appropriately. Overall, a place that makes you want to return and try other dishes.

We ate wonderfully; the setting is historic and elegant, enhanced by the professionalism of the courteous, patient staff; we felt pampered. 15/02/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish. The "Note Amore" evening was organized in an amateurish manner. The menu was presented as refined but lacked any real expertise: no real vegan options, only animal proteins everywhere (meat, burrata, eggs, meringue, fish). If you're incapable of designing an inclusive menu, you clearly state it. All you needed to do was add €10 and include a serious second course, meat, fish, or vegan, prepared well. Instead, three mediocre dishes, New Year's Eve quality, presented as an exclusive experience. The chocolate dessert was completely out of place for Valentine's Day. One couple brought their own cake—a more than sensible choice given the quality offered. The room was organized illogically: wobbly tables and an absurd layout that prevented people from seeing a two-hour show for which they were also paying for the entertainment. Arranging the tables diagonally with angled seating would have been enough. A basic solution that demonstrates the lack of basic expertise. Slow and confusing service: up to an hour for the first course. The dining room was constantly tense. Customers openly argued with the staff, couples argued, people left before the meal was finished. The dining room manager, instead of managing the situation professionally, displayed rude manners and no ability to mediate. A particularly serious incident occurred when a customer was charged a penalty on his credit card despite having notified them of the delay via WhatsApp and received confirmation. He had asked to pay in cash, but the card was used anyway. Furthermore, he was seated in the wrong dining room. This was unacceptable administrative and organizational management. And the most serious point: the booked room had not been cleaned. We're not talking about a small mistake, but a room left in embarrassing conditions, with condoms and other items from the previous occupant still present. Apologies are insufficient in the face of such a lack of hygiene. The final detail is almost symbolic: a heart-shaped lollipop instead of a small, elegant chocolate with the coffee. A childish image that perfectly sums up the entire evening. €120 for dinner for two, plus the cost of the room, for such a neglected and poorly managed experience is unjustifiable. Prices for an exclusive event, organization a complete improvisation. An evening that was supposed to be romantic turned into a profound disappointment. We won't be returning and we strongly advise against it.

01/02/2026: Terrible experience, unacceptable hygiene conditions My stay at this hotel was simply unspeakable. The phone in the room didn't work, making it impossible to contact reception if needed. The cold air recirculation was constantly on, with no way to turn it off, while the air conditioning was stuck at a minimum of 22 degrees Celsius, regardless of the settings. An already annoying situation, made even worse by the air vents, which were completely covered in piles of dust and visibly never cleaned. The result? In addition to a severe nighttime chill, I developed the flu accompanied by an attack of allergic rhinitis, something I don't normally experience. Sleeping in such an environment is not only uncomfortable, it's potentially harmful to my health. In a facility that should guarantee comfort and hygiene, finding dirty, malfunctioning, and irreversible systems is simply unacceptable. An extremely negative experience. I will not return and absolutely do not recommend this hotel, especially to those who suffer from allergies or travel for work and need adequate rest.
