The ideal place for those who love culture and unique encounters. It unites the two lungs of our existence: the desire to nourish the spirit with that of sustaining the body. An ideal place for a book launch, the owners also organize other events that are sure to pique the interest of many. Along with the café is the publishing house Progetto Cultura, which does much to promote culture through the ongoing publication of books; they also publish a monthly cultural magazine. The only real drawback is the difficulty of parking, but for those who live in Rome, that's a daily challenge.

Hi-Res Restaurant

10/04/2026: I dined at Hi-Res in Rome and the experience was simply extraordinary. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. We started with top-quality raw fish: oysters, scampi, and Mazara prawns, all fresh and of exceptional quality. This was followed by truly amazing fettuccine with cuttlefish and nduja, balanced and rich in flavor. The cod fritters were so light and delicious they didn't even taste fried. The meagre was spectacular: cooked to perfection and enhanced by excellent ingredients. Making the evening even more special was a memorable Philipponnat Clos des Goisses champagne. Impeccable service, great professionalism, and truly incredible attention to detail. A top-notch experience that is definitely worth experiencing.
06/04/2026: A great place, but what prompted me to write this review is the exquisite service from both Nicolás and Pablo's wine recommendation; two wonderful, friendly waiters who made my time at Hi Res wonderful.

02/01/2026: Undoubtedly the best place in Parioli! Wonderful wine cellar, luxurious location, and excellent service! From aperitif to dinner, and even after dinner, everything was wonderful! The ribeye steak is wonderful, worthy of applause.
20/12/2025: Well-known in Rome, this is a great place for aperitivo. Nothing special for food...but good, average, and expensive.
