08/10/2025: Wonderful dinner! Tasting menu with incredible dishes. Original flavors and combinations, perfectly balanced and with attention to every detail. The service was impeccable. Compliments to Chef Graziano and the dining room staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and friendly.
The best restaurant in Cortina!
30/09/2025: We went to Tivoli to celebrate our wedding, we eloped and chose Tivoli for our “reception”, and it was the most amazing experience imaginable. I can honestly say I have never had a better meal.
Leading up to the evening, some of our family members were a little unsure, even intimidated, because of the Michelin star. But from the very moment we walked in, the staff (including the chef himself) were so warm, welcoming, and kind. All nerves immediately were gone, and what followed was an unforgettable evening.
Between us, we tried three different tasting menus, and every single course was absolute perfection. The wine pairings were equally flawless, each one a highlight in its own right. The amuse bouches to start were unreal, so generous and delicious. The chef even surprised us with celebratory champagne, which made the evening feel all the more special.
As a vegetarian, I was especially blown away by the vegetarian tasting menu. It was intentional, thoughtful, and exquisite and clearly not an afterthought, which is often the case elsewhere. Every bite felt like it had been crafted with care and creativity.
Our meal at Tivoli will forever be a highlight of our trip and of our wedding day. And it’s not just us, every person in Cortina we spoke with, when we mentioned Tivoli, immediately told us it was their favorite restaurant in town. Clearly, our experience was not an anomaly.
Tivoli went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding celebration unforgettable. If you are in Cortina, you must eat here, it is truly extraordinary.

16/01/2026: We only had one lunch, which was truly enjoyable. The food was very good, with great care taken in the preparation and presentation of the dishes. You could sense the attention and passion, not only in the kitchen but also in the customer service: the staff was excellent, kind, and professional.
If I had to find a small criticism, it would be the portions, perhaps a little small, but overall, the place was definitely worth it. A truly positive experience, we left very happy. A well-deserved lunch!

14/02/2026: A one-of-a-kind pizza. A dough that punctuates the dated atmosphere of the dining room with a crunchy crust. The carefully selected ingredients are excellent, featuring expertly balanced combinations to enhance the crispiness of the dough. The lack of attention paid to the service is disappointing: the spaces between the tables were used to the max, making the tasting experience impractical; the tablecloth was already stained with flour, even though it was still the 7:00 PM shift. But as mentioned before, that crunch makes up for everything and you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
17/01/2026: Delicious pizza and very professional service. A pizzeria worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, in my opinion, both for the quality of the ingredients and the unusual, yet extraordinarily effective, combinations. Dim lighting illuminates the table.

A magical place that feels like home, instilling the absolute desire to enter and immerse yourself in a full-sensory experience, with excellent music and excellent cuisine! Chef Mirto is meticulous, charming, and dedicated to his cuisine. The dishes are always carefully crafted, using top-quality ingredients and artisanal ingredients!
You can also sample excellent homemade cakes.
The service exudes elegance and attention to detail.
The poetry and magic of the historic building and the thoughtful, warm, and refined interior create a unique and sensational atmosphere!
I highly recommend this restaurant and lounge bar to anyone who wants to experience unforgettable moments with family or friends, and to anyone who loves music and enjoys attending top-notch concerts! My family and I were looking for a place like this, and we found it, and now it's a regular!
There's also a music school on site!
Personally, coming to Unison is always a fantastic experience!

19/01/2026: I enjoyed the refined cuisine during an evening with friends. I would describe it as a fusion of traditional local cuisine with oriental touches (both technical and in terms of ingredients). Each dish was a surprise; we couldn't say no. Curiosity carried us to the end. Highly recommended.
14/01/2026: It's always a very pleasant and homey stay at this property, whether for work or pleasure.
I once again thank all the staff, with a special mention for Sabrina.

07/12/2025: We ordered the Gran crudo di pesce, which was truly delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh.
The atmosphere was refined and the staff were helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!
26/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Saturday for lunch.
The place is dated and has been renovated on a shoestring budget, repainting the chairs and adding cheap decorations to the dining room and walls.
The bathroom hasn't been renovated and has cold water.
We ordered a first course and a second course: what was called "spaghettoni with scampi" on the menu turned out to be truly disappointing. The dish was very small, maybe 40 grams of regular spaghetti, not even a hint of spaghettoni, almost no seasoning, and three peeled scampi on top.
Besides the lack of pasta, there was also no flavor, and even no fish. 20 euros.
Our second course was octopus with chickpea cream; we received only one octopus tentacle, maybe 40 grams, maybe less, hard and charred from the grill.
Three spoonfuls of tasteless, flavorless chickpea cream, with a few shreds scattered throughout the cream, so when you ate them, you could clearly tell they had just been drained from the jar. 20 euros.
Co-pay €3.50 per person, including a crostini with olive pâté, which was the only pleasant note.
When we left, we looked at each other and said that after We could have had the appetizer for lunch, so we looked for another restaurant where we were satisfied.

18/07/2025: sono andato in questa pizzeria e ristorante con due ospiti americani che mi avevano chiesto di provare una buona e vera pizza "Italian style" e non solo la pizza è stata un ottima conferma - pizza Napoli style - ma anche il resto del cibo ordinato è stato superlativo.
Nota di merito per la Parmigiana di Melanzane che era da urlo.
Altra nota di grandissimo merito per i miei parametri...velocissimi e onesti. Abbiamo mangiato in meno di un'ora ed era tutto ottimo a prezzi assolutamente normali

20/02/2026: By far the worst experience we've ever had at a ski lodge.
When you go to a mountain hut for lunch in the Dolomites, you expect expensive food these days. That was exactly the case here. Since the hut was already quite full, our group (of eight people) figured it couldn't be bad if it was so busy.
Wrong!
It started with the waiter taking our money before we'd even received any of our food, which is totally unusual for a restaurant. The drinks arrived relatively quickly, but after that, things just got worse and worse. Most people at a ski lodge just want to stop by for a quick bite and a drink. When you have to wait an hour and a half for two of the eight burgers to arrive, and then another 15 minutes before the rest have even come, every skier is going to lose their temper. When we politely asked the staff for a refund, they simply ignored us. After the third time, one of our group raised their voices, and the waiter then threatened to call the police completely unnecessarily. Shortly after, another of his colleagues arrived, and we demanded our money back from her. At first, she insisted on bringing us our food within the next few minutes, but that was too much of a hassle for us, as we were already in a hurry to get home. When we mentioned this, she inexplicably lost her temper and started yelling at us. We were shocked by this woman's unacceptable behavior. Finally, after several minutes of discussion, we agreed that we would get a refund for the missing order.
All in all, it wasn't even worth one star, and I would advise everyone against going to this place unless they have an enormous amount of time and patience. The view, however, is great.

09/03/2025: Excelente comida, servicio y decoración. Joven chef y sumiller muy conocedor. Creo que merece una estrella Michelin. Uno de los dos mejores restaurantes de Cortina con San Brite, en mi opinión por supuesto.
28/01/2025: Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Cortina. El personal es muy acogedor y cálido, merecen la mejor atención. La ubicación es muy chula, ya que está cerca de la zona de esquí, por lo que puede parar también para almorzar después de esquiar. La comida es increíble, viene en abundancia y merece los precios honestos. Seguro que se quedará en mi lista de restaurantes favoritos en los Alpes.

09/03/2025: Terrible!!!!!!!! No vale el dinero. La comida es de baja calidad y no sabe bien. El personal es arrogante. Este restaurante trata de ser elegante, pero no vale la pena el bombo, hay muchos mejores restaurantes en cortina.
