10/06/2025: Prenotato con amiche il turno quello delle 21/21.15 ci hanno fatto accomodare , location bella per la posizione fronte lago ! Personale poco professionale, alcuni parlano malissimo l italiano, rapporto molto freddo. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto vegetariano e solo 2 primi e un polpo dato che i menu che ci sono stati forniti rendevano l’esperienza di scelta poco pratica e confusionaria. Noi abbiamo comunque mangiato tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato, sia per fame sia per buoncostume. L’unico aggettivo che potrei usare per descrivere i piatti é mediocre, e non a livello del prezzo che abbiamo pagato! Il pane che ci è stato servito e tanto decantato da una brochure che spiega l impasto, era stantio e insapore. Il piatto vegetariano 22€ è un piatto che in alcuni posti te lo offrono con l aperitivo: olive, pomodori secchi, paté di olive … insomma tutti cibi pronti da barattolo per un aperitivo!!! Di fronte al ristorante facevano da cornice , zaini vestiti e scarpe e gli schiamazzi di ragazzini tedeschi che facevano il bagno notturno. Non torneremo più!

27/04/2025: Per un’esperienza “totalizzante” su piatti di pesce, questo è “the place to be”, il posto dove andare. La qualità del cibo, l’attenzione con la quale verrete serviti e l’ambiente raffinato sono gli elementi che mi hanno colpito fin dalla mia prima visita. La varietà del menù accontenterà tutti gli amanti del pesce, dal crudo al cotto per concludere con dolci speciali e fatti al momento (come il tiramisù).

23/04/2025: Il 14 settembre 2024 abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio in questa meravigliosa location, e non potevamo desiderare di meglio. Fin dal primo incontro con Davide, Stefania ed Eva ci siamo sentiti ascoltati, accolti e guidati con una professionalità che non perde mai il calore umano. Ogni dettaglio, dalla cena di prova al grande giorno, è stato curato con attenzione e passione. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente disponibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre pronto a proporre idee originali che hanno reso l’evento davvero unico. Il clima era accogliente e cordiale, un perfetto equilibrio tra familiarità e grande competenza. Abbiamo scelto insieme il menù, lo abbiamo provato in anticipo e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti: ogni portata era una piccola opera d’arte, deliziosa e particolare. Un grande punto di forza è stata la sensibilità verso le esigenze alimentari degli ospiti — tra celiaci, vegetariani, intolleranze e allergie, tutti hanno ricevuto piatti dedicati, senza rinunciare alla qualità e alla creatività. Tra i momenti più divertenti, la composizione della torta fatta da noi sposi: un’idea bellissima che ha coinvolto gli invitati e regalato risate e partecipazione. La location è davvero magica, con un giardino curatissimo e una piscina che la sera, con le luci e le foto, ha creato un’atmosfera incantevole. A mezzanotte, i mitici panini "onti": un successo clamoroso! E il rito della sabbia, proposto dallo staff, è stato un momento simbolico e commovente che porteremo sempre con noi. Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro giorno perfetto!

09/12/2024: Informal place to have lunch with a fixed menu for workers. The quality of the food is really good and the prices are average. Sometimes you have to wait because of the large turnout.

08/06/2025: Excited to find sarde in saor on the menu, I was very disappointed. The raisins and vinegar were missing, and the onion was not stewed properly. Those who ordered tagliatelle with radicchio found instead tasteless linguine. When we pointed out that white tagliatelle did not exist (we are from Bologna) they told us that these were the ones they were provided with. The 5 people who ate these tagliatelle were absolutely dissatisfied. We had to ask for bread several times because the portions were definitely insufficient for the number of diners. On the other hand, the grilled fish was superb and the mixed salad excellent and plentiful. The bill was definitely high but to be expected given the location

07/06/2025: Outrageous prices for a huge, starving boiled meat. Prices not in line with the quality of the product. Menus and dishes purely touristy. He will never see us again!!!!!!

19/04/2025: Un errore può capitare, ma ignorarlo è sinonimo di scarsa professionalità e poca riconoscenza. Uno scampo marcio nel fritto misto, segnalato subito al cameriere, è stato liquidato senza scuse né riscontro. Nessun gesto di cortesia al momento del conto, solo una risposta secca del cameriere che è riuscito solamente a dire che tutto il pesce era fresco. Deludente atteggiamento, zero attenzione al cliente.

04/04/2025: Great Venetian food! Especially the sauces are excellent. Venetian squid was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

25/05/2025: Calling it an ice cream shop is daring, little choice of ice creams, the taste of my ice cream was not pleasant, in addition to having found pieces of ice inside; we sit at the table outside to consume it but they make us get up because "busy" P.s. After twenty minutes other people sat down. Not recommended!!!

17/05/2025: We ate the pizza and found it very good. Unfortunately we ran into many oversights. Booked for 7:15 pm, we arrived at 7:05 pm and were locked out, the post office closed and the lights off, even though the place opened at 7 pm. When we entered they served us quickly but then the waiters disappeared. It took us 30 minutes to attract the attention of a waiter to order dessert. Finally convinced to pay with meal vouchers, since the place was on the list of participants on the website and we discover that they are tied to lunch and only with a fixed menu. There was no communication about all this. I understand the company policy, but there is no transparency. I might think it is a shady policy that aims to take advantage of the surprise effect at the time of payment.

17/05/2025: We booked for 7:15 pm, arrived at 7:05 pm they left us outside even though the place was supposed to open at 7 pm. When we entered the table was not prepared. The pizza was good but there was a lot of flour left on the plate, slow slow service, it took half an hour to order dessert. There was a finger of dust on the shelf next to our table. When it came time to pay the bill they did not accept meal vouchers, even though they appear to be usable on the voucher site, with the excuse that they can only be used at lunch and with a fixed menu, all of this is not written anywhere.

28/05/2025: We were offered a comfortable seat at a table for two. We ordered pasta Carbonara, onion soup and beer. The service was good. The camellia girl speaks several languages. The total bill was in line with our expectations, but I was happy to add 5 coins. There were few free tables during pomeriggio.

24/05/2025: Pizza and aperol spritz were tasty. Portion was decent and the price isn't too bad. Seats were a bit uncomfortable. Menu design is a bit weird and not the most obvious to understand. Overall I'm not sure I'd come again.

09/02/2025: Il locale è molto curato, luci soffuse, pareti scure, un enorme acquario, tavolini stretti, musica soffice e laida, personale preparato e di bell'aspetto. Pare di essere in una capitale europea, non a Favaro veneto. Menù a meta' fra ristornate e bistrot con tutti i grandi classici in carta, dal club sandwich al filetto alla Rossini, dal lobster roll alla Cesar salad. Bella carta dei vini, più di blasone che di sostanza. Orari agevoli e notturni delle 19 e 30 a finché dio vorrà. Molto comodo per chi torna da un viaggio (l'aeroporto di Venezia e' vicinissimo) ad ore improbabili e vuole mettere qualcosa in pancia che non sia paccottiglia mediorientale. Veniamo alla nota dolente. Veramente l'unica, ma veramente dolente: prezzi altissimi. Altro che Londra o Parigi. Andateci, ma preparati. Fa malissimo al portafoglio. Più di quanto possiate ragionevolmente immaginare. Mandi.

23/10/2024: Quando si veniva al caffè concerto nei primi anni ottanta il locale era molto più piccolo ma sempre gestito con le stesse amorevoli cure. Oggi gli spazi sono più ampi ma sempre caratterizzati dalla stessa intimità e convivialitá. Menú ricco e sempre aggiornato. Prezzi adeguati alla elevata quantità e qualità offerte. Merita.

11/05/2025: Overpriced and unhygienic – not a recommendation. The accommodation is centrally located, but that by no means justifies the price. There were no real duvets, just a thin, summery cloth - far too cold in spring. I asked the receptionist for help because of my fear of rats, but he just brushed me off. Deducting €290 for three people seems to work without any problems, but offering help doesn't work. In addition, there is a smell on every corner. Never again.

25/05/2025: Muito caro para o vem na mesa. Carbonara fria e carne de 26 euros com uma micro folha de alface de acompanhamento. Um absurdo. Um prato gigante com a carne no meio sem nada mais. Garçom simpatico. Mas não voltaria!

14/05/2025: I ordered Sarde in Saor which was fabulous. I had no idea what to expect but wanted to try something traditional. Glad I did! I followed it with the fegato. It was also delicious but portions for both dishes were not generous. My companion ordered sea bream with vegetables. Her fish was very nicely cooked but a slice of aubergine, one slice of courgette & one slice of pepper really isn’t ’vegetables’. It’s garnish! The liver came with just 2 small leaves of lettuce on the edge of the plate. We enjoyed our meals but it was an expensive lunch considering the small portions. Our desserts were standard fare, tiramisu and an Italian meringue with strawberries. Service was professional but quite speedy. For €114, which included two glasses of rosé, I would have expected service that was slightly more leisurely and not such skimpy portions. On balance, although our lunch was pleasant, Riva Rosa didn’t justify the price.

24/05/2025: Nice place, but definitely too crowded to the point of not being able to hear the other diners at the table. Good food, but not corresponding to what is written on the menu (written puree and arrived baked potatoes). Chaotic, confusing service and, when asked why the dishes arrived at very different times, (one diner started dinner when the others had already finished consuming their dish) instead of showing kindness and apologizing, they bring you the bill offering sorbets making it clear that we have to leave as soon as possible...

22/05/2025: The stables are a good place to spend the evening, the service gets a bit confusing when there are many tables to serve.
