21/05/2025: After arriving in Bardolino, we spontaneously decided on this restaurant while strolling through the old town. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The food and drink menu left nothing to be desired. We opted for a glass of Rosé and were not disappointed. The dishes were all plentiful and everyone enjoyed them. To finish off our meal, we had an espresso or a lemonade. We can recommend Ancora with a clear conscience.

04/06/2025: Un ristorante dall’impronta molto tradizionale, sia per quanto riguarda i piatti che per quanto riguarda il servizio. Comunque è molto piacevole, tovaglie sui tavoli (cosa oramai rarissima… ma molto apprezzabile), ampia scelta di menu, porzioni abbondanti e ben fatte. Complessivamente una buona scelta. Ottima la zuppa di pesce che consigliamo . Ci torneremo sicuramente

23/04/2025: Unterirdisch!! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Sehr schlechter Service, unfreundliches Personal. Schlechtes Essen. Nicht touristenfreundlich. Das Essen - Vorspeise, Pizza und Pasta - schmeckten gar nicht. Der Wein schmeckte nach Essig - erst auf Nachfrage, da der Wein ungenießbar war, bekamen wir die Info, dass es den bestellten Wein nicht mehr gab… ohne jegliche Info wurde einfach ein anderer Wein hingestellt. Am Nachbartisch wurden englische Gäste ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich bedient! Eigentlich war es eine Empfehlung von Einheimischen…

09/05/2025: Bad experience, I don't recommend it. I had higher expectations given the reviews and the location which is beautiful. The raw materials are not all of high quality, the service leaves something to be desired. The table lacks oil and vinegar, pepper and salt to season the vegetables, they don't bring grated cheese for the pasta, if you run out of bread they don't bring it back. Many little things that don't add up to the high bill which in my opinion should also include pouring the wine into the glass when it is emptied...

08/02/2025: The restaurant is located in a very beautiful and particular area of ​​the Berici hills. It is easy to get there but remains secluded and suggestive. The rooms have a welcoming atmosphere and are rich in history. The fireplace does the rest. Excellent for a dinner for two but also in the company of friends and colleagues. Very good courses, original but tasty cuisine and abundant dishes.

25/08/2024: Hearing the owner swear... you can't. Not to mention the rude response to some (non-Italian) customers who asked if it was possible to change the channel. Finally, there are two of us waiting to be served, on our turn we ask for ice creams as an answer -"there's a fridge, take them". If he said it before we would have avoided hearing him curse🥴.For discreet eating.

22/08/2024: In hindsight I would have taken photos of the dishes but hunger and the goodness of the sandwiches did not allow me to document the dishes!!! Excuse me Slightly out of the way place, we arrived there by mistake, everything was excellent from the staff, super polite and professional with a touch of friendliness, to the sandwiches and clubs served! Try the one with Fassona's joke, a real treat!!!!

22/04/2025: Con la mia famigliola ho pranzato in questo posto molto accattivante. La struttura è molto bella. fine, pulita, accogliente e merita una visita. Ma entrando nel vivo di un ristorante rinomato a mio avviso ci sono problemi. Bravo il sommelier ma scarso il personale di portata. I piatti che abbiamo scelto non erano tutti all'altezza, alternando cose buone ad altre portate normalissime, sempre però in scarsa quantità che a volte risultava difficile la valutazione (assaggia tu che assaggio anch'io) il mio giudizio tende all'insufficiente, Michelin mi perdoni, in quanto il conto, che non ci ha sorpreso.., non rispecchia quanto abbiamo ricevuto.

17/05/2025: Pesce spada alla griglia con contorno ottimo! Io l'ho preso con le verdure grigliate ed il mio compagno con le patate al forno, abbiamo fatto a metà assaggiando le due varianti. Hanno offerto la pizza al pane prima della portata che è stata davvero gradita. Servizio davvero buono e veloce, personale professionale.

14/05/2025: Jeżdżąc od wielu lat po Włoszech niestety nie spotkałem tak przepysznej pizzy i innych dań jak tutaj. Atmosfera TYPOWO rodzinna . Polecam z czystym sercem. Gdy jestem w pobliżu zajrzę tutaj zawsze.

13/05/2025: Direkt an der Straße, mit Parkplätzen gegenüber, super erreichbar. Beim ersten Blick denkt man eher das es um ein Bistro oder Take Away handelt, doch weit gefehlt. Es braucht nicht viele Worte: -Super leckeres Essen -Top Preise -Super netter authentischer Besitzer und Angestellte Waren die Woche breits in anderen Restaurants, teilweise Innenstadt, teilweise außerhalb unterwegs aber die konnten was das essen angeht, nicht mithalten. Wir hatten Salat als Vorspeise mit frischem Pizzabrot. Pasta für die Frau und Pizza für mich. Alles super und sehr schnell da. Pizza knusprig, Pasta aldente. Man könnte noch mehr schreiben, aber lange rede kurzer Sinn, hier kommt man gerne wieder her, was wir definitiv auch tun werden. Kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen wie die Bewertungen zuvor auch beschreiben.

15/04/2025: Venerdì 11 aprile, arrivati a Venezia abbiamo cercato un posto in cui mangiare in 20 e ci ha ispirato da subito questo ristorante. Il buon cibo, l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale sono il loro biglietto da visita. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo primo allo scoglio, un secondo di pesce con contorno e un dolce, il tutto accompagnato da vino ottimo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti a tal punto che siamo tornati, sempre in 20, anche il giorno dopo e la cena è stata ancora più succulenta del giorno prima con degli ottimi antipasti di mare, frittura di pesce strepitosa, dolce, amari caffè e vino. Un grazie particolare al gentilissimo e simpaticissimo direttore Dimenico e al carinissimo e tanto disponibile cameriere Sebastiano. Quando torneremo a Venezia sappiamo già dove andare mangiare.

27/04/2025: Encontramos este bonito restaurante por casualidad y no nos decepcionó. La comida era muy buena (ñoquis, espaguetis con tinta de calamar, tomate y mozzarella,...) y no se puede superar la vista. El precio era medio (unos 140 euros para los cuatro) para Venecia. Sin duda volvería allí de nuevo y lo recomiendo.

21/04/2025: Le restaurant est situé sur une terrasse flottante au bord de l’eau. On voit les bateaux passer. Très bon accueil Nous avons pris 2 plats - Spaghettis préparés dans une demi meule de parmesan. Un délice - Moules et palourdes en sauce avec tomates cerises et basilic avec chapeau de pain. Du jamais vu. Un vrai coup de cœur !
