07/12/2025: This evening, December 7, we arrived from Verona for dinner, after having difficulty finding the restaurant. The website itself said it was open, but everything was barricaded. Not serious.

28/11/2025: We had a private party here and it was simply fantastic. The location is unbeatable. The food and drinks were excellent.

11/10/2025: Came here for breakfast and coffee, amazing and not expensive, highly recommend. Friendly staff

10/09/2025: Passing by for a snack, I didn't want a sandwich, so I was offered a classic toastie with cheese and ham, with no other options. Moral of the story: 16 minutes of waiting for a toastie. My tea arrived at 11:15, and the toastie at 11:32. It certainly wasn't worth it; a girl at the counter who looked like the manager was busy chatting with the customers; I guess she forgot the toastie. 5 euros for toastie 3.50 for tea

07/12/2025: We were here two days in a row, we had a good meal, the burgers were excellent and so was the club sandwich. Interior, beautiful environment where we really felt at home, I definitely recommend it!!!🥰

25/08/2025: Very friendly staff...very good sandwiches...Close to the beach.

10/10/2025: Tourist trap restaurant. If your tour guide recommends a 3 course meal with fish, pasta, and dessert for 30 euros that means cheap tilapia, spaghetti with canned tuna and tiramisu with not even proper mascarpone. These restaurants solely exist to scalp tourists.

17/05/2025: We ate the pizza and found it very good. Unfortunately we ran into many oversights. Booked for 7:15 pm, we arrived at 7:05 pm and were locked out, the post office closed and the lights off, even though the place opened at 7 pm. When we entered they served us quickly but then the waiters disappeared. It took us 30 minutes to attract the attention of a waiter to order dessert. Finally convinced to pay with meal vouchers, since the place was on the list of participants on the website and we discover that they are tied to lunch and only with a fixed menu. There was no communication about all this. I understand the company policy, but there is no transparency. I might think it is a shady policy that aims to take advantage of the surprise effect at the time of payment.

17/05/2025: We booked for 7:15 pm, arrived at 7:05 pm they left us outside even though the place was supposed to open at 7 pm. When we entered the table was not prepared. The pizza was good but there was a lot of flour left on the plate, slow slow service, it took half an hour to order dessert. There was a finger of dust on the shelf next to our table. When it came time to pay the bill they did not accept meal vouchers, even though they appear to be usable on the voucher site, with the excuse that they can only be used at lunch and with a fixed menu, all of this is not written anywhere.

30/11/2025: It was a nice place to have a light cup of espresso.

29/11/2025: If you're looking for a place to end your day in Venice, I recommend Gran Caffè Quadri, nestled in a corner of St. Mark's Square. While the prices are certainly on the high side, the unique combination of an outdoor terrace, live music, and a view of St. Mark's Square more than makes up for it. I sat on the terrace facing the square and ordered coffee and cocoa. As soon as my cups arrived, a band began playing, a combination of string instruments and piano, under soft lighting. As the violin melodies flowed, travelers at nearby tables and couples sitting far away naturally moved to the rhythm and smiled. It felt like watching a performance unfold across the entire square, without having to move anywhere. Gaze out at the square with your coffee cup in hand, and the silhouette of St. Mark's Basilica, the people passing by, and the classical music all merge into one scene. The sight of travelers from all over the world listening to the same music and gazing at the same square created a sense that "at this very moment, we're all on the same journey." The sweet aroma of cocoa added a touch of warmth to the cold night air. In summary, Café Quadri offers: Outdoor terrace seating overlooking St. Mark's Square A Venetian nighttime atmosphere with live classical music A perfect nighttime destination to end the day with a cup of coffee A place that can be used as a nighttime destination. Rather than expecting a reasonable price, approach it with the mindset of "spending money for the experience of sitting in St. Mark's Square and listening to music" and you'll be more than satisfied.

16/11/2025: Whenever we're in Bardolino, which is at least five times a year, visiting Ancora is always one of our highlights. It's a fantastic spot right in the heart of Bardolino, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere and service are second to none. Even though the owner is a bit of a local. Maurizio, we love you!

27/04/2025: Encontramos este bonito restaurante por casualidad y no nos decepcionó. La comida era muy buena (ñoquis, espaguetis con tinta de calamar, tomate y mozzarella,...) y no se puede superar la vista. El precio era medio (unos 140 euros para los cuatro) para Venecia. Sin duda volvería allí de nuevo y lo recomiendo.

21/04/2025: Le restaurant est situé sur une terrasse flottante au bord de l’eau. On voit les bateaux passer. Très bon accueil Nous avons pris 2 plats - Spaghettis préparés dans une demi meule de parmesan. Un délice - Moules et palourdes en sauce avec tomates cerises et basilic avec chapeau de pain. Du jamais vu. Un vrai coup de cœur !

15/07/2025: The pizzas are authentic and very tasty. There is a lively atmosphere and the owners are very friendly. We had a lovely time.

14/07/2025: Superlekker gegeten bij Pitstop en op de verjaardag van de eigenaar krijg je er nog een feestje bovenop 👌🔝🇮🇹 Laat je niet tegenhouden door het uitzicht aan de buitenkant maar probeer bvb de pasta met zeevruchten. Terecht de nr 1 van Lazise!!!

02/08/2025: Perfect location with a view. Delicate dishes and very cosy setting. Good wine also: pinot Grigio. Would surely come back !

30/07/2025: Porzioni minuscole e prezzi esorbitanti! Siamo andati via affamati. Come antipasto ci hanno servito due capesante e tre canestrelli, il tutto a 22 euro — e con la sabbia! I primi: spaghetti alle vongole, forse meno di 80 grammi di pasta. Esperienza deludente, assolutamente non consigliato

11/11/2025: It's famous, so I went! I was able to get in right away. You can hear the music outside, but you can't hear it once you're inside. The atmosphere inside is lovely 💓 You pay for the atmosphere. Everything is expensive! Amazing! I ordered a Mont Blanc, but it was quite sweet for Japanese people. The tea was just average 🫖

10/11/2025: Undoubtedly a centuries-old and legendary place for aesthetes, and against this background, prices are 4 times higher than in the average restaurant outside Venice; you might also be asked to pay 7 euros for the music)

18/07/2025: Die Pizza war sehr gut, das Schweinesteak war gut und der Wein war sehr gut. Service war auch gut. Empfehlenswert. Ggf. muss man etwas Schlange stehen, scheint beliebt zu sein.

16/07/2025: Cena in famiglia in questo ristorante trovato per caso, ma che si è rivelato una bella scoperta. Abbiamo assaggiato primi e secondi, buoni e abbondanti. La pizza, non assaggiata, aveva un bell’aspetto e ci ha invogliato a pensare di tornare per provarla. Sebbene il ristorante fosse molto pieno la cucina ha lavorato in fretta, minimizzando l’attesa, e soprattutto i piatti sono arrivati a tutti i commensali nello stesso momento anche se attribuiti a partite di cucina differenti. Anche il prezzo ci è sembrato molto interessante.

20/10/2025: Fast service, good value for money. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable, and the waiter (a bit older) could use some practice smiling. The younger waitresses were very friendly and always with a smile. Otherwise, a very nice atmosphere.

10/10/2025: We had a great meal with vitello tonnato as a starter...very tasty and a huge portion...and then a pizza that was also perfect...plenty of toppings and crispy. The house red wine was also very good, albeit a bit pricey at €12 for a half liter, but the atmosphere made up for it 👍 we would come again 😉

10/11/2025: I booked through Booking.com with the wrong date due to a translation error, and I contacted the hotel multiple times, via email and Instagram, simply asking to move the reservation, without requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response, even though the date was approaching. It was disappointing not to receive any assistance or communication, especially considering it was a honeymoon trip. I remain available via email if the hotel wishes to resolve the situation amicably.

04/11/2025: I called to make a reservation, and the lady who answered the phone said, "I'm busy now." If that's how you treat your guests, I'm glad I didn't stay with you. Really unfortunate.

20/11/2025: An intimate atmosphere, almost a secret treat, with traditional cuisine but with a contemporary feel. Family-run. The atmosphere makes for a serene yet elegant yet unpretentious treat. Even the staff are part of this special place, a hidden gem.
