27/10/2025: Central location, clean and comfortable room rooms. My balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. Luis, who speaks perfect English and runs the hotel is super kind and helpful. His father is the chef, and the food was amazing - mix of seasonal and traditional. Great bar attached too
11/10/2025: The location is nice. The pizzeria restaurant is very sparsely crowded. The waitress is very friendly, but the pizza crust is excessively crispy. Prices are average.

We spent a wonderful evening here with a 7-course tasting menu, where everything was simply perfect – from the first to the last course. Each dish was thoughtful, balanced in taste and beautifully served.
The environment is elegant and peaceful, ideal for a special occasion. The cleanliness, professional team and large selection of wines only underline the overall impression of perfection.
Simply put – a place that I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience true gastronomy at the highest level. 👌🍷

30/11/2025: After waiting for an hour, despite already having a reservation, I decided to try the pizza anyway. It was a regular pizza, nothing special. I only ate half and took the other half to go because it was already 11 PM.
I can only say that I fell asleep at 7 AM from an insane thirst: I could barely breathe, as if the dough had just been made.
I'd give it 0 stars if that were possible. Obviously, I won't be back.

16/02/2026: A five-star hotel located in a large building and conveniently located for travel. The room was comfortable and spacious enough; however, for a hotel of this caliber, I found some amenities lacking, such as slippers and a toothbrush and toothpaste kit.
Soaps were provided in sachets, and there was also bidet soap. I also think the customer service could be improved: empathy and attention to guests are essential in hotels of this category.
Breakfast was good, with a varied and pleasant selection. The dated furnishings could be improved, and the bathroom window was exposed to the school, with no opaque finish and no shutters, so its use seemed to be in plain view...this choice is also questionable. Overall, a good experience.

05/03/2026: I visited this place while traveling around the islands of Venice with a friend. When paying, I noticed that €6 had been added to the total of our order. I asked the waitress what it was and why we had not been warned about it. She replied that it was a service charge that was “written on every page of the menu.”
I checked the menu and this information was printed only on the first page, and somewhere inside it was written by hand. I asked other waiters about it and received a very rude and aggressive response: “It’s like this everywhere.” They said it included cutlery (!), bread (!) and even the toilet (!), and that it was “my problem that I didn’t read it.”
Terrible experience.

12/09/2025: I ordered mussels marinara but I got clams marinara. I said that's not what I ordered, but the waitress insisted since that's what she wrote... She didn't question for a second that she might have made a mistake. I had to accept the dish and was charged in full. Everyone can make mistakes, but the arrogance with which I was treated is shameful. I've been there several times in the past, but luckily Caorle has a great selection of good restaurants with better customer service. They won't see me again.

25/12/2025: The pizza dough was very good but the ingredients left much to be desired, the table service was lazy, and the bill for what we ate was very salty. I do not recommend it.
20/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in the town center, just steps from the boulevard.
Spacious, bright, and clean, it offers excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients.
Beyond the restaurant, there's an upstairs floor with a stunning view that offers a spectacular dinner.
The service is excellent, with friendly and courteous young people and experienced waiters.
The prices are reasonable for the magical location and the products served.
Compliments and recommended.

I used to go there when I was younger, and it was nice to be back with my family. A very stylish place with an atmosphere that always feels warm and welcoming.

14/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere with a beautiful open view of the lake. I'd say the value for money is okay given the location. For two people, including an appetizer and a main course, we spent about €40 per person.
