07/01/2026: We dined at this restaurant, a very welcoming and characteristic location. The waiters were particularly gracious and attentive, but never intrusive. The menu offers a wide selection of both individual dishes and convivial platters. We opted for a charcuterie board as an appetizer, followed by two convivial platters and desserts. The food was excellent and the prices were fairly reasonable. A small negative: in our convivial dish, "l'Encore de Sapin," the pickles were too few compared to the amount of cheese. Positive: The chef's welcome entree was very welcome, and the service deserves praise. The desserts are also highly recommended: the excellent apple parcel and the zabaglione prepared at the table.

06/01/2026: A truly excellent lunch, from the quality of the food, to the presentation, and the service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and very attentive to their customers. The menu featured a variety of cheeses, as well as meat and fish. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.

02/01/2026: When I come to Italy for the Christmas holidays, I always stop by Cogne and eat here. Prices are high, so it's not a cheap restaurant, but the food is good. Service is a little slow.

11/12/2025: Beautiful location, very characteristic in classic Aosta Valley style, very well-kept inside. At dinner with friends from the Aosta Valley, we enjoyed the appetizers, especially the charcuterie board. I personally enjoyed a superb pierrade, very rich in both meat and vegetables, all washed down with an excellent Cornalin red wine. The desserts were excellent, especially the Cogne cream with classic tegole. Finally, thanks to Alessia and Giulia, who with rare kindness made our experience at La Brasserie du Bon Bec wonderful.

30/11/2025: My boyfriend and I spent an unforgettable evening at the old restaurant. The attention and care given to the food and the customers is without a doubt impeccable. The dishes are refined, and the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

The food was outstanding: I especially loved the savory tarte Tatin with Aosta blue cheese, the fondue, and the meringue dessert with milk foam — all perfectly balanced and full of flavor. 29/01/2026: I have visited this place for their restaurant, but definitely consider it as hotel for my next stay. I can't really explain the impression of this place, there is something magical, like you step in to fairytale/museum. The decorations, the atmosphere is very mystical, the staff is very helpful to help to check and find your way to downstairs where restaurant is. The food was on the par with entourage, elegant and delicious. The highlight for me was variety of local cheeses, potato leek soup and porcini mushrooms risotto as well as sliced beef and homemade tiramisu. Great place, really enjoyed my dinning there.

12/01/2026: I dined at Pierre Alexis on my last evening in Courmayeur and it was a simply wonderful experience. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: the homemade bread was exceptional, as was the macaron served at the beginning, truly out of this world. The wine pairing was incredible, especially the champagne at the tasting. We chose the tasting menu and it was extraordinary from start to finish: the risotto, quail, and especially the venison were top-notch; elegant, intense, and perfectly balanced dishes. A truly exquisite gastronomic experience, highly recommended, and I will definitely be back. The only small improvement would be to perhaps offer an extra glass of wine or digestifs at the end of the meal, to make an already excellent evening even more special.

07/01/2026: A truly positive experience. We were warmly welcomed by the owner couple, who are truly kind, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is simple but offers little homemade gems, like their wonderful yogurt, which is truly special. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept. The only small flaw is the location, a bit uphill from the center of La Thuile, but this is easily solved thanks to the shuttle service that passes very close by and is really convenient.

16/01/2026: The resort is family-run. It's located in a garden with fir trees offering a wonderful view. The restaurant's cuisine is a truly special experience. The people who take care of the place are truly special, especially Debora, who will guide you, pamper you, and make you laugh. 30/12/2025: A splendid location facing the Matterhorn. The warm welcome from everyone at the hotel makes this place feel even more timeless, like being at home. The spa and relaxation area are very well designed, with a jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and cold plunge pool. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped with ample storage. The restaurant is chic and refined, and the dishes are expertly prepared and of high quality. It was absolutely excellent! The slopes are a 7-minute shuttle ride away, operated by the hotel, so you don't have to lift a finger—just relax and enjoy! The hotel also takes care of purchasing your ski passes, saving you the hassle of going to the base of the slopes to get them. I highly recommend this sporty, gourmet, and relaxing getaway. 01/02/2026: This restaurant is a must-visit if you're looking for great pizza after your stay in Breuil Cervinia. The pizzas are fantastic, the staff are attentive and friendly, and the service is fast. The only downside was that it was packed and noisy, but that's understandable given how busy it is. Plus, it's very affordable.
