26/11/2025: We visited this grill restaurant with friends from work. I can say it's a lovely, homey place. Reservations are essential, as there aren't many seats. The owner is very friendly and professional. We started our meal with a wide selection of homemade appetizers. The meat was very tasty, grilled lamb, bombette, turcinieddi, braciole, and meatballs. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.
02/11/2025: CRAZY!
In Fasano for a weekend, list of grill restaurants to book, first phone call no one answered, second phone call Angelo answered: "Are you ready?" Communication was simple, homey, and welcoming. Once we sat down at the table, we just listened to Angelo telling us: "Here you'll just eat, you'll eat things you've never eaten before!" As a native of Puglia, I have to tell you that I've truly never eaten so well, authentic and unique flavors, meat that truly melted in your mouth. We ate so much. Digestion was incredibly easy, the quality was truly excellent! Super price! For the quality, I think it's low!
I'll return and recommend it!!

06/09/2025: The food was very good, including the view of the lake.
Points deducted for the service. Too few employees, who even looked away just to avoid having to serve. Old dishes were still lying around everywhere. When you finally got around to ordering, because you were able to move, things moved slowly but surely.
Another point deducted for the bill. You didn't see it until after you paid, and it was incorrect, too. Too many drinks were charged. My impression was that the employee was somewhere between intentional and incompetent.

01/02/2026: Visited on January 15, 2026. The dining room is located in the basement, nice and welcoming. Efficient service and very good food (I had the cured meats and cheese appetizer and the nocchi alla norcina). Average prices.
17/01/2026: We ordered a beef cut and they brought us a veal, when it was pointed out they shamelessly lied, so be careful what they bring you, a veal certainly can't cost the same as a beef cut

16/02/2026: This restaurant is located in Perugia's Quattrotorri Hotel. The restaurant is large, elegant, and clean, with soft lighting and well-spaced tables. All the dishes we tried were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was the only downside to a lovely evening. We felt abandoned and neglected. Despite the staff's kindness, the service was very, very slow (we waited far too long for our food).
17/01/2026: We dined here two nights.
Everything was excellent, except for the very poor and disappointing service, which you'd never expect to find in a restaurant of this caliber.
Table service was extremely slow, and the wait staff was repeatedly rude and unprofessional.

02/02/2026: Chronologically, starting with the food. It must be said quite clearly that the most capable man in this establishment is the chef. The service would love to recapture the glory of bygone years. Unfortunately, it's just as outdated as the wine glasses. Wine service isn't a priority here. Guests are expected to help themselves if they wish to enjoy their wine. The ambiance is a complete panorama of 1980s elegance – certainly Grand Novel Cuisine back then. Today it looks much the same, a bit dated, but nonetheless possessing an elegant charm. All in all, worth a visit.
05/01/2026: Two of us went for lunch yesterday, and it was admittedly a bit late—it was around 2:20 PM—so I understand we had to order quickly. The waiter who took our order didn't write down what we ordered, and more importantly, he was busy making the other order while he was taking our order. The result was that we ordered an appetizer and two entrees, but they only brought us one appetizer and one entree. We ate in a hurry, and the waiter couldn't wait to clear the table. We paid a lot for what we ate. When you decide to go out for a meal, take out a mortgage first.

06/01/2026: A pleasant and accidental discovery. A charming place with a wide selection of delicious dishes. We tried the house specialties following the owner's recommendations. Recommended!
07/12/2025: We stopped for lunch... we asked for cappelletti in bianco for our daughter, but it wasn't possible to have them since, according to the waitress, the first courses were all already creamed... okay, never heard of it, but we'll adapt. Platters were no longer available, so we opted for a lasagna for our daughter and 2 strigoli with truffle (I don't remember if that's what they were called exactly, but it was a long pasta). The lasagna didn't look the best but it was appreciated, the first course with truffle... AWESOME... pasta drained badly with a drizzle of oil and a truffle sauce drizzled on top... we paid and left. I feel sorry for the waitress who was upset when she saw us leave, but certain dishes shouldn't even come out of a restaurant kitchen. The rest of the menu is probably worth it, but in my opinion the first courses absolutely not.

Buena relación calidad-precio y un excelente menú de comida Italiano .
Una visita obligada si estás en la zona.
10/07/2025: Ondanks het sfeervolle terras en mooie menu-kaart was de service in dit restaurant zwaar ondermaats. De vriendelijke gastvrouw leek de bediening in de zaal alleen te verzorgen waardoor we lang hebben moeten wachten op onze menu-kaart en het opnemen en krijgen van onze drank. Verder kwam de gastvrouw bijna niet op het terras dus iets bijbestellen, verliep moeizaam.
Na meer dan anderhalf uur wachten kregen we onze gerechten. Hierbij kaderend dat elk van ons enkel een hoofdgerecht besteld had; 4 vleesgerechten en 1 pasta. De pasta met mosselen en de ribs waren lekker. De eend was aan de droge kant. De porties waren erg klein in vergelijking met anderen restaurants in de streek. Door de ondermaatse bediening durfden we geen dessert meer bestellen wat maakt dat sommigen onder ons met honger naar huis gegaan zijn.
Over het algemeen was dit één van de duurdere restaurants die we in de streek geprobeerd hebben. De kleine porties en veel te lange wachttijd, maakt dat we dit restaurant slechts een 2 geven. Er zijn veel betere alternatieven in de streek waar je meer waar krijgt voor je geld!

13/02/2025: Premetto che ero stato qui qualche anno fa', e mi era piaciuto molto, si poteva mangiare alla carta, a differenza di quanto è successo adesso! Questa cosa mi ha dato fastidio...siamo stati costretti a scegliere un menù "percorso " tra tre tipi di menù e ci è stato imposto di scegliere lo stesso menù per entrambi......non va bene!!! a mio parere chiaramente!!!
Comunque ho gradito antipasto e dessert, primo e secondo da dimenticare.....la mia compagna non è riuscita proprio a mangiarli.....
Ho speso troppo per quello che ho bevuto e non ho mangiato!!!

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno!
Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert.
Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!
