14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto! Complimenti

29/10/2024: No sé por qué tardamos tanto en llegar. Lo sabemos desde hace un tiempo (creo que lo encontré en la guía Espresso? ) y vamos al restaurante del papá (Ottavius Hosteria D'Autore, también en Bevagna) todo el tiempo. Estuvo muy bien — me recordó en cierto modo UNE. El servidor era muy profesional y agradable y el chef salió y sirvió algunos platos también, explicando las cosas. Inventivo y encantador. Excelente carta de vinos. Traeremos a nuestros amigos aquí cuando queramos impresionar. : )

21/08/2024: I don't like giving low marks, but the evaluation must be done at 360° and managing a booking is part of it. I had booked the day before via TheFork app with the intention of having a family lunch out of town, attracted by the location and the extensive menu. Instead, upon our arrival we were greeted by the maitre d' who warned us that on summer Sundays they would only serve a light lunch by the pool. Too bad it wasn't written anywhere, not on TheFork, not on Google or even on their site. However, it would have been enough to notify via email or telephone, given that I had left my contact details, and the booking was from the day before. Among other things, it had just rained and so, instead of by the pool, we had lunch in the breakfast room, sitting on uncomfortable iron chairs. The time, it was 1pm, and the presence of my eighty-year-old mother stopped me from leaving. Nothing unforgettable as a light lunch: Good strangozzi, decidedly dry hamburger, in the ceasar salad the crouton was dry and not toasted. In short, a Sunday not exactly to remember.

22/09/2024: Very good fusion cooking and great service too like their fusion cooking like risotto with Japanese sauce and dressing but not much on menu anymore. More western n Italian cooking. But flavour and taste is still great.

15/10/2024: Our bicycle battery is empty, so we had a drink here. And a croissant. Nice owner where I can charge the battery. Waiting in the sun until the time comes is no punishment here.

02/12/2024: Siamo stati questa estate e mi ero ripromessa di andarci più. Abbiamo riprovato,ma, proprio no.....cibi scongelati e non fatti con cura. Vi prego cambiate il cuoco. Avete un locale molto bello con tanti pezzi della nostra città ma il cibo ti fa dire usciti da la "ricordiamoci di non tornare più". Crostone con pecorino e barbozzo grassissimo e buttato la ....pane cattivissimo. I gnocchi con ricotta e salsicce erano proprio fatti male. Non ci siamo proprio. La zuppa scongelata era buona ma salatissima . Proprio da non tornarci ed è un vero peccato. Reinvestite sull'attività . Ci sono tanti cuochi italiani giovani che sono in cerca e che hanno l'amore nel fare. Questo mi dispiace ma dipinge nei suoi piatti la non curanza. È un peccato

30/11/2024: penoso, non aggiungo altro. rapporto qualità prezzo veramente pessimo, prezzi alle stelle. Menù con pochissima scelta. la tagliata ve la sconsiglio (25€), carne dura e piena di nervi, il tartufo c’era ma il sapore inesistente; ps fate scorta di acqua o rischio soffocamento. tagliere per 2 persone con un solo misero pezzetto di crescia, ve lo sconsiglio! Il caffè ha però compensato la cena (ci tornerei solo per un caffè). luogo stretto dove viene difficile anche muoversi, ma carino, ha vibes vintage

14/11/2024: We went to this place after finding it online. Having not booked, they let us sit inside the restaurant which had a terrace. The waiter very quickly seated us, taking it for granted that we would not take the wine and without giving us the QR code, which was however delivered to the tables next to us, where the dishes of the day were marked. Furthermore, during the ordering we were the only table to whom he did not offer off-menu items. Excellent starters (egg and truffle the first and scallops and kefir the second). When the first courses arrive, we taste them and immediately notice that the pici with truffles contain anchovies which are not listed on the menu. After pointing this out to the waiter, he goes to the kitchen to ask for confirmation and tells us that the anchovy is present. The pici wouldn't have been a problem if I hadn't been a vegetarian, so we had to exchange plates... Our advice is to indicate on the menu all the ingredients present, even if "imperceptible" (adjective used by the waiter). Everything needs to be reviewed

01/10/2024: I returned with my parents after Luciano's time. The son has maintained the high standard of the past. Delicious and beautiful dishes with high quality seafood and local products. Welcoming and kind service. Highly recommended! P.S. The view of the lake is enchanting.

13/08/2024: Fabulous food fabulous service fabulous location in this beautiful hilltop town. Imaginative food prepared to the highest standard and all delivered to our table by the excellent front of house staff. We could not fault our evening and to prove it, seven of us are going back for lunch on Friday. Keep up the great work.
