05/02/2025: Don't be fooled by the name. They make amazing starters! Delicious wild boar pappardelle and gnocchi with duck sauce too. I also recommend the Ciaccina with berries Nice and friendly owners, at times they would kidnap my dog.. We had a very good time!

15/01/2025: The owner was so rude and rude that I didn't have the chance nor the desire to try the piadina, which they say is very good even if it's not very stuffed and expensive, but I really can't judge it because I will never have the idea of ​​trying it again despite being I'm a local, I avoid the place like the plague and I never recommend it to anyone, you can't be in public and be so rude (see also the replies to the other negative comments in particular for the often very vulgar attitude). The event happened many years ago and I never thought of giving a review before, now that I have the opportunity I do it because such an attitude would deserve no more customers, in short, rudeness is the only thing in which the owner it excels and is quite famous for this, passenger tourism helps it, but I don't think there are many who would come back a second time. Who knows, maybe if I had caught it on a good day I might even have been able to try something among the offerings. After reading the owner's response, I am even more convinced of my idea, having simply asked a question upon entering the restaurant and having been treated rudely and insolently for no apparent reason, I have no doubt that it was my fault, evidently I am not capable of to relate to certain people, but at least I don't manage a public place. In reality, there were two of us and we were both terribly disappointed by the owner's reaction, maybe two of us made a mistake. However, I wish him a good job and he needs good wishes if his attitude hasn't changed, which doesn't seem to be the case, he even allows himself to insult in his responses to negative reviews, especially if someone is taken aback by how the guy presents himself to customers, I can imagine what an unpleasant person he is in general

15/02/2025: The restaurant is located inside the BW Quattrotorri Perugia hotel and is an obligatory passage for the lift that takes you to the rooms. The raw material, the way in which it is processed is top notch. See wasabi, o-toro. Unfortunately, given the waiting times, the experience was bittersweet: we waited about 2 hours for 4 courses and it was really unnerving. After 1 hour and a half, on the second round of courses, they didn't even arrive together. The service was not attentive and not very present. The price, excessively high, then corresponds to a stressful evening and not to be repeated again. I recommend completely reviewing the format, maybe it only works with takeaway.

16/01/2025: Pensavamo di cenare in un posto esclusivo….invece ci siamo ritrovati nel set di “vacanze di Natale”!!!!! Grazie per avermi rovinato il compleanno !!!!

07/02/2025: Mi permetto di dire che andavo là per la vecchia gestione del posto però ieri sera eravamo in 12 persona (tutti famiglia) ed è successo di tutto e di più. Per primo il barista non accetta lamentele dai cliente abbiamo chiesto come d'accordo una apericena per 12 persone, con drink due di noi abbiamo chiesto un mojito e una caipirinha, il mojito aveva il lime nero, le buccie erano già macchiate di conseguenza abbiamo chiesto di rifarlo, cose che lui invece di rifarlo e basta provò a giustificarsi con il ghiaccio e con il lime addirittura ci lo porto un altro po' in tavolo, cosa che realmente non si fa, si paga per avere ciò che si desidera non per le sue giustificazioni, con la caipirinha lo stesso abbiamo assaggiato in quattro e realmente era più acqua, abbiamo chiesto il cambio e tornò scocciato, e di nuovo con le giustificazioni. Poi il ragazzo che ci serviva si vedeva che aveva presso qualcosa perché divento energico e iperativo, quasi schizzato e hanno dovuto rimandarlo in cucina, fece cadere le nostre cose e calpesto andando anche per terra nella borsa di une delle mie nonne. CREDO CHE L'UNICA RAGIONE PER LA QUALE ANDREI, e per la carissima e gentilissima signora brasiliana che ci serviva realmente con gentilezza e addirittura si scuso molto per tutto quello che era successo, salverei solo lei, e la sua delicatezza nel provare a rimediare. Grazie mille tornerei solo per te.

30/12/2024: We stopped in briefly on the way home and decided to opt for the happy hour consisting of drinks and buffet. More than excellent quality/price ratio (excellent food and aperitifs as well), and the staff is very approachable and helpful - so much so that, even though the waiter and I didn't understand each other at the beginning, they still kindly offered to refill my drink . Thank you!!! We then had the opportunity to try the pastry products which we took away and ate the next morning. GOOD-NIS-SI-MI! We will definitely return to one of their venues

01/02/2025: I was there for dinner this evening...nice place with friendly, polite and sociable staff. The take away with the local cured meats was very good, the smoked paccheri were good, I didn't like the umbrachelli with truffles very much, the wild boar stew and the pork chunks with apples and mustard were very good... what can I say... if it ever happens to me again another weekend in Perugia I'll definitely be back... well done guys, congratulations ☺️

28/01/2025: It's not just a pizzeria, it's a place where you can immerse yourself in the peasant history of our Italy. I love pizzas, but the other dishes are also excellent. Fantastic background music. The staff were friendly and very helpful. available. Must try!!

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto! Complimenti

22/02/2025: Tried it by chance, we had some amazing oysters and then a lobster risotto, with a scent of citrus fruits and black garlic that was mind-boggling. Absolutely worth trying, it is worth going to Lake Trasimeno and stopping by them

21/01/2025: Bella terrazza e veranda, piatti molto curati con ottimi abbinamenti. Prezzi nella media per mangiare del buon pesce. Ottimi gli antipasti, soprattutto la tartare di tonno e il polpo, così come gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare o scampi e cacio e pepe. Deluso dallo scorfano ma davvero buona la cheescake. Molto gentili proprietario e camerieri. Lo consiglio
