04/09/2025: On a beautiful evening in mid-August, we tried this place. Excellent value. Like dining in a beautiful square, with excellent food, great hospitality, and fair prices. They also pay special attention to animals. Our little puppy was treated with care. These are the places I love. Francesco Raimondo (with Luciana Musella and Mia).

22/08/2025: It's like eating with family. We moved here last June from America, and from the first time we dined there and shared our story, we and they were hooked. They make a special piadina for our youngest son, Nutella with green "sprinkles". The bread they use and the crocante pizza are spectacular. It's a family business and the owners are the kindest. Great value, great food, great location.

15/06/2025: Quick lunch for two after visiting the city. Very nice atmosphere and professional and kind staff. Good omelette with truffle and equally good torta al testo with porchetta and roast potatoes.

07/06/2025: Compliments to the young chefs, and to all the staff. Good dinner, well-kept place, and refined dishes! I recommend it.

09/07/2025: A charming location with a garden full of flowers and paths. I went there for a friend's wedding anniversary and was really impressed by the buffet, which featured finger foods from all over the world, rather than the usual fare. Everything was very well thought out, well done.

09/07/2025: I learned they were under new management in 2025, and I contacted them for my baby's baptism. It was a resounding success; there's plenty of space for children, and even though there were a lot of us, they put us in one bright, spacious room. Special thanks to the chef, who created delicious dishes, even for the vegan guests. The welcome aperitif on the veranda was delicious and original. A heartfelt thanks to Hakam for his hospitality; we were very satisfied.

30/08/2025: A dish was missing from the menu already at lunchtime, and the portions are also small, especially when compared to the prices.

16/08/2025: Kindness and courtesy. I wasn't expecting such good pizza in a tourist area (typically the sauce is disappointing, but here it's excellent).

22/08/2025: A restaurant right on the street overlooking the lake. The food was okay, though nothing special. A bit of a style-over-substance affair. On the day we visited, it was impossible to order gluten-free pasta or risotto because they were out of stock. They spent quite a while searching the menu to see what they could prepare, and they settled on steak. Prices were higher than in other restaurants. Service was okay, though not everyone spoke English.

19/08/2025: We visited the restaurant twice during our vacation. The restaurant is located next to many other restaurants on a street directly by the lake. In addition to the original restaurant, there is a kind of extension, slightly elevated, resembling a semi-open outdoor terrace. From there, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the sunset, whether inside or outside. The service is very good, multilingual, and attentive. However, delays can occur during peak times. The menu is ambitious and combines Italian cuisine with some exotic elements. The quality and presentation of the dishes are very good, but the prices are sometimes excessive. (A starter consisting of three garnished shrimp costs 18 euros.) Update 2025. We had the opportunity to eat in this beautiful restaurant twice again this year. Fortunately, little has changed: the cuisine has maintained its very high standard, and the service is consistently excellent. Due to the location (view of the lake and sunset), the beautiful, slightly elevated terrace, the good service, and the excellent cuisine, I'm happy to upgrade my rating from four stars to five. This restaurant remains my top recommendation for this region.

12/07/2025: Una comida magnífica con un servicio amable en el restaurante con hermosas vistas desde Montone. Buena relación calidad-precio y un excelente menú de comida Italiano . Una visita obligada si estás en la zona.

10/07/2025: Ondanks het sfeervolle terras en mooie menu-kaart was de service in dit restaurant zwaar ondermaats. De vriendelijke gastvrouw leek de bediening in de zaal alleen te verzorgen waardoor we lang hebben moeten wachten op onze menu-kaart en het opnemen en krijgen van onze drank. Verder kwam de gastvrouw bijna niet op het terras dus iets bijbestellen, verliep moeizaam. Na meer dan anderhalf uur wachten kregen we onze gerechten. Hierbij kaderend dat elk van ons enkel een hoofdgerecht besteld had; 4 vleesgerechten en 1 pasta. De pasta met mosselen en de ribs waren lekker. De eend was aan de droge kant. De porties waren erg klein in vergelijking met anderen restaurants in de streek. Door de ondermaatse bediening durfden we geen dessert meer bestellen wat maakt dat sommigen onder ons met honger naar huis gegaan zijn. Over het algemeen was dit één van de duurdere restaurants die we in de streek geprobeerd hebben. De kleine porties en veel te lange wachttijd, maakt dat we dit restaurant slechts een 2 geven. Er zijn veel betere alternatieven in de streek waar je meer waar krijgt voor je geld!
