18/08/2026: We ate wonderfully, everything was cooked to perfection, the staff was extremely friendly, the menu was extensive, and the atmosphere was very charming with soft lighting and music! We even got a discount by booking with the "The Fork" app. I 100% recommend it!

The tranquility and silence allow you to fully relax both in the rooms and by the pool and garden. What can I say about the restaurant? Simply excellent, with excellent dishes... 19/08/2026: I used the swimming pool.... The garden and lawn were well-kept down to the smallest detail... There is a large tree whose shade you can take advantage of if you don't want to stay under the sun all day... Quiet place... Nothing like the commotion of the other swimming pools... No shouting... No noise

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience. I came here with my wife as a wedding gift from some friends. I had a wonderful time, and the service was impeccable. The private spa is a gem, and the indoor and outdoor pools are the icing on the cake. The dinner was very good, especially the meat (one of the best I've ever had). The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and varied. The entire staff was super welcoming and professional.

25/05/2026: The location is easy to reach, nestled in greenery with a wonderful view of the lake. The room is huge, clean, and very quiet. The spa is beautiful. The on-site restaurant offers a vast menu and a well-stocked wine list. We dined there two nights and every dish was delicious. The outdoor pool is set in a large green area, ensuring peace and relaxation. Finally, the parking lot is ample, with shaded spots and electric car charging facilities.

14/03/2026: We only visited the restaurant as passing tourists, two couples, and ordered the tourist menu. The price was excellent, and the food was very tasty and well-portioned. The kitchen was spotless, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The young people at the tables were extremely courteous, extremely polite, and attentive. The owner's daughter, who is also a talented chef, was friendly and empathetic at the counter. Perfectly family-run, highly recommended. Reservations are recommended due to the large number of guests.

26/11/2025: We visited this grill restaurant with friends from work. I can say it's a lovely, homey place. Reservations are essential, as there aren't many seats. The owner is very friendly and professional. We started our meal with a wide selection of homemade appetizers. The meat was very tasty, grilled lamb, bombette, turcinieddi, braciole, and meatballs. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

02/11/2025: CRAZY! In Fasano for a weekend, list of grill restaurants to book, first phone call no one answered, second phone call Angelo answered: "Are you ready?" Communication was simple, homey, and welcoming. Once we sat down at the table, we just listened to Angelo telling us: "Here you'll just eat, you'll eat things you've never eaten before!" As a native of Puglia, I have to tell you that I've truly never eaten so well, authentic and unique flavors, meat that truly melted in your mouth. We ate so much. Digestion was incredibly easy, the quality was truly excellent! Super price! For the quality, I think it's low! I'll return and recommend it!! If you're looking, book now and you'll experience a CRAZY culinary journey!

19/06/2026: Our vacation ends this evening. We carry Gubbio in our hearts, and so does Officina dei sapori. Flavors are truly important, and they know it well and showcase them impeccably. Their kindness and their willingness to accommodate every request are impeccable. The service was impeccable, and the restaurant is also elegantly furnished and impressive. Highly recommended.

19/05/2026: I stopped in almost by chance...what a delightful discovery!!! Clean location, truly high-quality food, and extremely friendly wait staff. If I return to Gubbio, I know where to eat.
