18/11/2025: We had dinner last night at this lovely trattoria. The staff were truly friendly and attentive. We had an excellent bean soup and the tonnarelli cacio e pepe, both delicious and perfectly flavorful. The platter of cured meats and pecorino cheeses was also good. Highly recommended.

18/11/2025: Authentic Orvieto cuisine, highly appreciated. Excellent family service with expert advice. All at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

04/11/2025: We had lunch here on our last day in Orvieto. We had focaccia with prosciutto, stuffed rabbit with a side dish, and pavlova. The food was very good, the place was very nice, and the service was attentive. Everything was great.

17/10/2025: We booked with The Fork. Excellent welcome. An unsolicited entree kicked off the meal. We asked for a carbonara with a pasta substitution, and they accommodated us without further ado. However, I found the carbonara a bit disjointed, although good. But my 10/10 goes to the Argentine Angus steak with soy sauce reduction. A stroke of genius.

11/11/2025: Very good lunch with a wide variety of food. Very nice place. I was sad I couldn't eat out, so I'll definitely be back.

25/10/2025: A truly excellent experience! The staff is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to accommodate customers' needs with a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The food is simply excellent: authentic, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. The meat, in particular, is exceptional—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

30/11/2025: Service here was incredible, and the truffle pasta was so good. I had it gluten free and they were so nice with their understanding. We ordered one dessert but they sweetly split it into two plates so he could have the cookie crumbs and I could avoid. Everyone in there seemed happy and enjoying their time.

19/09/2025: Few first courses but all refined

15/09/2025: I playfully tried to find a flaw in this place, and... I couldn't! Sesto Canto is spacious, elegant, and welcoming, with plenty of seating, including outdoor seating. The menu is refined yet affordable, the pizzas are truly excellent (the dough is simply divine!), and the service is quick and friendly, despite the high attendance. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. If I return to Città di Castello, I'll definitely stop by to try the other specialties on the menu. And if one day I end up in the Sesto Canto's infernal circle... well, at least it will have been for a pizza like this: it will have been worth it! 🍕🔥

01/11/2025: A terrible evening, a group of about 10 people, shared an appetizer, and then everyone chose what they wanted: pasta, meat, or something else. It's unacceptable that a restaurant that claims to be a Michelin-starred restaurant with its prices and menu doesn't have veal steaks on a Saturday night. What I find truly annoying is that this was communicated after the order was placed. When a dish runs out, it should be communicated when the menus are brought, so diners can decide what to order instead. A terrible experience, and I'm disappointed because we've always had a great experience, but tonight I give it a 0 rating.

09/11/2025: A truly enchanting place to stay. My partner and I found a little paradise in the Umbrian hills. Every detail reflects the care and commitment the property dedicates to its guests. We were pampered in every way, from the food to the services, to the splendid view. We will definitely be back soon, thank you so much for everything!

20/11/2025: We just returned from I Capricci di Merion Resort & Spa—and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences in recent memory. The hotel is incredibly beautiful: everything is designed down to the smallest detail. Every corner exudes style, atmosphere, and maximum comfort. Special praise goes to the spa area: welcoming, relaxing, and with a completely rejuvenating atmosphere. The restaurant is a true pleasure: delicious dishes and a truly impressive wide selection of wines for dinner. The rooms are spacious, warm, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very professional. 💛 We sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates high-quality service, comfort, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

14/09/2025: A refined and relaxing outdoor setting, greeted by a single, attentive and helpful waiter. Very flavorful dishes with interesting and popular pairings. The cappellaccio with white pigeon ragù and truffle is highly recommended. I would gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

01/11/2025: The food here was amazing. They do a 2 course menu for €13 which was fantastic. The service was great, nice atmosphere and tasty food at an unbelievable price. It is a shame I did not discover it until my last night, I would have loved to return.
