06/08/2024: Greatly disappointed. This restaurant was recommended to me by my airbnb host as a “local favorite”. I have to give my expetience a 1/5 but if I could drop it down to a 0, I would. Unfortunately, the service ruined it for me. Seeing that they had an English version of the menu, I allowed myself to ask questions to my waiter in English. He looked visibly annoyed when I started speaking. When I asked him for recommendations, he let out a heavy sigh. I felt very unwelcome. I had the octopus salad which was decent. The tuna wellington was chewy like rubber. Disappointing. Not tourist-friendly.

04/08/2024: On the beautiful sea of ​​Monopoli, in Lido Bianco. Restaurant inside, lounge bar outside. Very kind staff, super place. We were at the lounge bar where you can also eat without committing too much to the restaurant. Had a great dinner. Very good drinks menu. Cherry on the cake? The prickly pear sorbet (in the photo), nothing short of superlative. Thank you. I will definitely go back

16/07/2024: Il cameriere si era scordato di dire uno degli antipasti e mi é arrivata prima la pizza ma poi ho detto di non voler più l’antipasto e quando ho ordinato il dolce ho chiesto un soufflé mi é arrivato un gelato tondo nel piatto

Convenient to reach and parking almost always available. On weekends it is preferable to book, it is a place that you will never find empty. Advised! 28/04/2024: Booked through The Fork, chose the 25 euro menu with tasting of appetizers, a savory crepe and a dessert. The savory crepes are good, genuine ingredients with good combinations. SERVICE Good. Recommended.

27/07/2024: The place is nice and the recommended beer was quality. But I can only agree with the other reviews regarding the menu... There are no drinks on the menu and we were told that the menu changes every week, both in terms of drinks and food... so when we tried when ordering some things, we were told that they were not available and in fact we did not choose the beers ourselves. I think it is correct to include drinks in the menu and update it entirely every time it changes. I let these things slide, but a meticulous person could also take serious measures, given that it's not really suitable as a thing. The customer must have the power of choice and maximum transparency on the part of the venue.

16/06/2024: Trovo veramente scorretto fare i soldi sulle malattie delle persone. Già non indicare i prezzi del panino senza glutine e della birra senza glutine nel menù non è corretto, ma in più far pagare 12€ un panino confezionato in una busta di plastica, messo tipo sottovuoto e scongelato al microonde, dall'aspetto peggio del cheeseburger da 1€ del MC Donald's... In più senza neanche scriverlo nel menù!! Un celiaco non ha altra scelta, una volta che si trova lì. Ma sicuramente la prossima volta sceglieremo di andare altrove.

10/06/2024: Heading into the main area for dinner and saw this place instead and thought why not, I’m so glad I did, the bar man was extremely friendly and helpful, the waitress helped me with my order as I know very little Italian and i didn’t have my glasses with me, she chose my beer 👌🏻and o wanted a burger and her suggestion was the “basic” burger, it was probably the best burger I’ve eaten, I’ll be back for sure

14/08/2024: I give one star because there is no possibility of giving 0. The food LOOKED good but only the next day all the guests had an intestinal virus and ended up in hospital. DON'T GO THERE

18/08/2024: As soon as we arrived we were disembarked in a closed enclosure between the hedges... there was no air the food was terrible the drinks were undrinkable the service was terrible the careless waiter was rude not knowing how to clear the table he threw the cutlery at my friend hurting her this is it the last one didn't even receive an apology... lastly, extra things were added to the bill and it was a very high bill, for what we ate it wasn't even half worth it. We will never go back again and I advise against it as I am also a local.

17/08/2024: Prime location for the table, imposed by the head waiter. The card is dealt to us without more tact and kindness. Our choice is still imposed because if one of us chooses the menu, the other cannot take “a la carte”. “Porque? » I asked the same head waiter? Peremptory, she gave us no choice. The quality of the dishes, up to the 2nd plati, was there. The Salento white was very good. Impeccable service from attentive waitresses. The head waiter distributed the desserts to us with less attention. The amount of €180 for our 2 menus would have deserved experience from this team, more focused on the customers that we were. A management lesson is needed

17/08/2024: Let's start from the location which is beautiful, overlooking the monument dedicated to Modugno...apart from that, the rest is all relative...a sense of terror reigns among the staff dictated by the owners who with apparent smiles and kindness want to tell the opposite of what who I really am. Rude and arrogant... a smile and a nice word every now and then is not enough to mask one's total arrogance lack of respect towards your fellow diners! 1) we were "kindly" asked to get up from the table in order to set the cutlery as the waiter was unable to move between the tables 2) high quality of the raw material, too bad we didn't have the slightest idea how to cook it 3) leave an ice cream directly under the sun for about 3 minutes while waiting for the table to understand who had ordered it (a drop of lat would have been an excellent milkshake) 4) air conditioning in the internal room not even worth talking about 5) the bathroom!!!! An excellent Turkish Sauna experience where temperatures easily exceeded 50 degrees! 6) imposition of the minimum courses to order..... with related arrogance "It seems to me the minimum that you order 2/3 courses per head" And I could still continue... but I prefer to end it here Ah ... tourist area ... at least a minimum of English ... you lost a table of 6 foreign people because the waitress (the only one who tried to speak in English), told the customers in her English "two bring for everyone" And they went away！ A mention is not enough to be an excellence.... It is needed much more! You have a gold mine in your hand.... learn to use it! (- those who choose to sit at your restaurant are aware of the prices and above all have the opportunity... know how to appreciate it and treat it as it should be...... Don't treat people as simple as you pass by to be fleeced and badly treated as a good connoisseur of few words

11/07/2024: Semplicemente fantastico. Cibo delizioso, servizio cordiale e meticoloso. Dopo anni sono tornato a Bari e volevo togliermi lo sfizio di andare a cena in uno dei migliori locali in città. Risultato eccezionale-lo consiglio vivamente.

08/06/2024: Gentilezza disponibilità e cortesia sono di casa … personale fantastico … cibo sublime dalla pizza ai primi piatti per poi finire al dolce veramente tutto buono anzi buonissimo… complimenti

18/06/2024: Ci tenevo a scrivere questa recensione per evidenziare piccolo spazio per i parcheggi, inoltre le pizze aihme non di nostro gradimento. La pasta sembrava biscottata e il capocollo era nero. Abbiamo pagato e siamo andati ad un’altra pizzeria.

08/06/2024: Antipasto così così, due nodini, qualche fettina di capocollo e un paio di stick di pollo fritto, poca fantasia, ma sapori gradevoli. Insalata con verdure grgliate in fretta, poco condita ma nel complesso non male; il condmento va portato a tavola senza che venga richiesto. Nota positiva per la ricetta della pasta con peperoni cruschi e guanciale croccante, sembrava ottima. Le pizze non so. Unico dolce disponibile la panna cotta con vari topping. Non ho mai visto un ristorante che lavora ogni giorno a pranzo e a cena non avere dei dolci. Alla richiesta del senza lattosio (o senza glutine, non ricordo bene) è spuntato un sufflè al cioccolato. Mah!... La panna cotta che tutti siamo stati costretti a scegliere era metà porzione. Una bella caduta di stile, credo che abbiano fatto proprio le cose a risparmio!

27/08/2024: The place works, the service and times are good. The condiments of the sandwiches we took were excellent, the only problem was that the meat was lukewarm, almost cold which ruined everything.

04/09/2024: We had Aperol and pizza and both were great. The only negative thing is, that somehow the online menu tranlstes automatically in your mobile phone language which made ordering little bit difficult (anyways we had a lot of fun reading this, because the translation was so bad that nothing made sense to us^^)

26/08/2024: 5 coffees and 1 coke 17 EURO, this is because sitting at the table drinking these golden coffees. NEVER AGAIN
