06/04/2026: Terrible food. The starters were overcooked and tasteless. The bread was stale and dry. The service was peculiar, like something out of a 1950s movie. The waiter in an Armani suit was a classy touch. Nice restaurant, perfect for tourists. Italians, stay away.

19/04/2026: A striking hotel in an extravagant Baroque style. Gilding, chandeliers, and timeless woodwork adorn every floor. The charm of the old world blends seamlessly with modern comfort. The expansive saltwater pool and spa area boasts facilities we've rarely, if ever, seen elsewhere, such as the tropical shower suite and the "snow" cabin. Add to that an efficient and welcoming staff (a special mention for Carmen in the spa area). Our room was small but comfortable and very quiet, overlooking the garden. A sumptuous buffet breakfast was included in the room rate, as was parking. This hotel offers excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

12/04/2026: The staff were very friendly; we arrived at 3:00 PM, and they served us with kindness and helpfulness.
The food was truly excellent; I haven't found such good fish in a seaside location for years.
Furthermore, the prices were more than justified, perhaps even low for the location and quality.
07/04/2026: Not recommended, you have to chase after everything, even the simplest things, with so few visitors and so many staff. A change in management should be considered; the organization is in Zerro's hands.

09/03/2026: We stayed for one night. That's fine. The hotel is located right in the middle of the small town, very close to the lake. That's perfect. The hotel is a bit dated, but the service is extremely friendly. Breakfast consists of cake. If you ask nicely, they'll also give you bread. The coffee is excellent. There's no elevator, so it's difficult for older people.
04/11/2025: Centrally located hotel, very close to the lake and within walking distance of the station for those arriving by train. Unfortunately, the bed cover in the room we were assigned was falling off and the mattress cover was missing. The bathroom had no bidet, which was another major drawback. When we requested a replacement room, we were unfortunately told they were fully booked. I recommend including photos of rooms like the one we were assigned on Booking.com and also include the option of bathrooms without bidets. The included breakfast was pleasant and served at the table, not a buffet, but there was a decent selection.

13/04/2026: the pizza was frozen and inedible, I went in convinced by a lady outside and that the pizzas and other dishes were invited but in reality it turned out to be the complete opposite

25/04/2025: Ci sono stata oggi con la mia famiglia ,ci siamo tornati dopo due anni , abbiamo ritrovato lo stesso staff , abbiamo pranzato in terrazza con una bellissima vista lago ,il maitre Luca molto ospitale,gentile come tutto il personale .Locale pulito .Cibo ottimo complimenti allo chef e a tutta la cucina . Prezzi adeguati perché c'è da tenere conto che la merce deve essere trasportata con le barche ... Lo consiglio !! Ci torneremo !
25/04/2025: Peu accueillant, prix excessif, le plus mauvais déjeuner que l’on ait mangé en Italie. Très déçue, seule la vue ne faisait pas défaut.
