18/01/2026: For lunch, The food was good, but the truly remarkable thing was the service: prompt, precise, elegant, polite, and attentive (but also friendly). The desserts were also very good, and we devoured them before we could even take a photo!

11/01/2026: Refined atmosphere, impeccable service, it was a dinner for two, as soon as we entered we were immediately served water, after ordering we were brought a welcome gift by the chef, delicious first courses both risotto and tagliatelle, the second courses were also equally exquisite, the change of cutlery between the various courses was appreciated, price consistent with the service and the raw material which is very good

29/09/2025: How wonderful! An enchanting place, where the welcome is warm and familiar, the service attentive, and every dish is a discovery of taste and refinement. The experience is accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, designed to enhance each course. The only flaw? My guests kept bothering me... but only to tell me how magnificent they thought everything was! But I was certain. When you create something with passion, it shows. And it shows.

09/02/2026: I gave the food three stars because, without a doubt, their strong point is the pizza, which is delicious. The rest is a matter of course... If you come on Saturday and Sunday, they give the impression they want to rush you out. I've been to this restaurant three times and noticed that if you come during the week, they work properly, but on Saturday and Sunday, they're like an assembly line. Gorgeous location with an excellent view! Fair prices for pizzas and desserts, but if you want first and second courses, other places are better. Unfortunately, Angera is a deathbed...

28/01/2026: The best pizzeria on Lake Maggiore. Delicious and well-executed pizzas, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices.

02/12/2025: It's a spectacular pizzeria restaurant in every way, with a wonderful view of the lake. Plus, you can walk to the beach directly from the restaurant. I had an incredibly delicious risotto; we had a delicious appetizer and a second course of fish, both excellent and sublime. If you want to make a good impression and eat very well, make a reservation.

17/11/2025: After visiting the lake, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant, which also offers gluten-free options. The location is absolutely top-notch. The place is beautiful and well-kept. The veranda offers a fantastic lake view. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious. Definitely worth a try.

20/09/2025: We came for pizza, but we had to go to the kitchen because there was an hour and a half wait. Then, when they served us from the kitchen, they told us we could also eat pizza. Very rude behavior.

05/09/2025: Terrible experience at the Kiosk (August). We were greeted by a stressed pensioner who huffed and puffed, talking behind his back, and shaking his head at every customer request. It's a shame about the restaurant, which is very nice, and the owner, who seemed very professional. But for goodness sake, let stressed pensioners act like pensioners.

14/01/2026: I went last night for the first time and it will also be the last. The starters and meat were good, the fish main courses inedible. We didn't even eat one of three different courses. What surprised me was that when it came to the bill, knowing that the three courses were brought back whole and they had asked why, and we kindly explained why, they didn't have the good sense to discount those dishes. We paid for everything in full without comment, but it will be the first and last time. An experience not to be repeated.

06/01/2026: I had the wedding lunch with my family and friends. We had a great time. The food was delicious, the seafood was spectacular, the service was fantastic, and the waiters were very professional. I thank them all.

06/01/2026: I called to reserve a table for a snack, and they told me that after 3:30 PM the bar doesn't take reservations. When we arrived, after a 50-minute drive, we were surprised to find that the bar was closed and that reservations were required for the aperitif. Even though there were free tables, they were already fully booked when we arrived. Significant communication and organizational problems. A ruined afternoon and a waste of gas. It's a shame because, having always known the place, it deserves better management.

30/12/2025: I should point out that this review is for the restaurant only. We've been coming here for years, not often because this type of restaurant isn't for every day, but it's always been an option for special occasions. Last year, again around Christmas, we had a "not up to par" evening, with a plate of foie gras served still frozen inside, but we love "our" Sacromonte too much and, thinking a sabbatical had been healing, we tried again. We enter, two of us, a waitress passes by, undoubtedly busy serving tables, but a "good evening" is just polite... never mind, we think... they let us sit and, as always, kindly store our jackets for us. On Saturday evenings there's a special menu; we try meat and fish, but we're not up to par... we only save the dessert, but not too much; It's a real shame because we remember dishes from a few years ago that left us speechless, and unfortunately a tasteless broth with two, yes, two mussels and half a broccolini doesn't have that effect, especially since the bill always comes to the same amount. Excellent wine list. Worth considering for an aperitif; we'll try again next year for the restaurant!

08/11/2025: A small and cozy shop in Luino, where you can choose from their wine selection or ask for advice from the owner, a charming and polite (and professional) person. You can buy wines, as well as other products they sell, such as teas, chocolates, and artisanal sweets... and for Christmas, they have some delicious treats! There's also a small outdoor terrace. A visit is a must... and a glass of wine is essential!
