06/04/2026: We had lunch at Villa Baroni on Easter Monday. The property offers limited parking, but a few meters ahead, there are two free public parking lots. Because it was a special day, the restaurant was very crowded, and the wait was a bit long (but we weren't in a hurry, so it didn't bother us). The only downside was that some waiters, one in particular, was running (literally) around the room. The food was delicious; the raw fish appetizer was excellent; we highly recommend it. The view is beautiful, and after lunch, we stopped by the pool to soak up some rays. That part of the property is also very beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

31/03/2026: We celebrated our wedding at this restaurant on Lake Varese with about 20 people, and we were truly delighted. The menu was well thought out, the dishes were of excellent quality and carefully prepared, and the service was efficient, friendly, and always attentive. All our guests had a wonderful time. We definitely recommend this place for special occasions.

21/04/2026: Dining at Bottega Lombarda was a truly rejuvenating experience. The attention to quality is evident from the moment you arrive: the bread and taralli accompanied by exquisite spreadable butter are a perfect start. We tried the breaded zucchini flowers: the ricotta inside was top-quality, a true delicacy. The rump steak was also excellent, perfectly cooked and seasoned, incredibly tender, and accompanied by flavorful potatoes. The dessert also lived up to expectations, confirming the high quality of the cuisine. The service deserves special mention: the staff were very courteous, and the wait times were short, despite the attention to detail in the dishes. All this is complemented by a beautiful setting and an enviable panoramic location: the view, stretching from Campo dei Fiori to Sasso del Ferro, overlooking Lake Varese, creates a magical atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars for the food, service, and location. We'll definitely be back!

19/04/2026: The food was delicious. You can taste the traditional flavors of the dishes, which are very unique and delicious. The location is homey and welcoming, overlooking the lake, while the outside area is filled with colorful plants. You can also buy wine. Highly recommended! 😋
