11/03/2026: A truly positive experience. The atmosphere was elegant and refined, yet welcoming, with excellent food and great attention to detail. The service was impeccable, and the wine list was well-curated, with very interesting selections. A restaurant definitely worth a visit.
10/02/2026: I already knew this place from previous management. It's a small villa in a very quiet location with minimal furnishings. I tried them for both lunch and dinner. They're very thoughtful, but sometimes, perhaps, for my personal taste, the flavors of the herbs accompanying the dishes are a little too strong. The ladies in the dining room are very attentive, but I'd say they put a little too much pressure on the timing. The second courses are the ones I loved the most. I'll definitely be back to try their creations again.

26/04/2026: We visited this pizzeria just outside the center of Bergamo, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful discovery. The location is convenient, not exactly central, but still easy to get to. The place, both inside and out, is well-kept and pleasant. What struck me most was their attention to celiac disease; they were extremely knowledgeable and attentive, which is not a given. They offer several options, not only gluten-free but also alternative doughs (for those with yeast intolerances, vegans, etc.), so they're truly inclusive. They even changed my cutlery and brought gluten-free bread separately—a level of attention rarely found. Both pizzas (both the regular and gluten-free) were truly excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Fast service, short wait times, and fair prices.

09/06/2026: Lesson number one. Never underestimate easy places. Easy not in the banal sense. Easy in the rarest sense of the word: those places where you walk in and after five minutes your defenses are already down. Where you don't have to understand the concept. Where no one holds you hostage to explain the philosophy of the cuisine. Where the waiter doesn't look at you as if he were officiating an initiation rite over a tartare. At Le Stagioni, in Orio al Serio, something very simple happens. And in fact, very difficult. You sit down and feel good. Which sounds trivial. Instead, it's almost an exact science. Because making people feel good doesn't mean filling a room with beautiful objects, putting on two warm lights, writing "seasonality" on the menu, and waiting for applause. Everyone does that. Or at least they try. Making people feel good means creating an atmosphere. And you can't buy atmosphere. It doesn't come with the decorator. You can't find it in the chair catalog. You don't fix it with a more elegant table setting or a photo-worthy dish. The atmosphere is created by people. The way they greet you. The way they escort you to your table. The way they pass by without disturbing you but without disappearing. The way they understand if you want to talk, eat, laugh, ask for advice, or simply be left alone with a pizza in front of you and a day to forget behind you. Well, the staff at Le Stagioni understands this. There's none of the sad rigidity of certain restaurants that try to appear more important than they are. Nor is there the forced familiarity of those who mistake hospitality for a resort-like performance. There's a professional ease. Which is the most elegant form of service. They make you feel like a guest, not a customer. A huge difference. The atmosphere is easy, but not slovenliness disguised as informality. Here, easy means breathable. It means you can talk without feeling like you're in a library, laugh without disturbing the liturgy, look at a dish without having to interpret it as a conceptual work. The ingredients are the quietest and most important part of the whole thing. Because food, before it becomes a story, must be good. Before the presentation, before the plating, before the adjective "gourmet" that these days is stuck even where it shouldn't be, there's that brutal and magnificent thing: the taste. If a pizza is good, you know it immediately. You don't have to read the dough's technical data sheet like it were a notary contract. You don't have to convene a symposium on digestibility. Bite and understand. If an ingredient is well chosen, it shows. If the fish is treated with respect, it shows. If behind a dish there's a kitchen that works seriously but without performance anxiety, it shows even more. This is why Le Stagioni works. Because it unites two worlds that often clash in restaurants: quality and relaxation. On the one hand, attention to detail. On the other, the desire to keep your evening simple. And when these two things come together, the kind of place is born where you return not because you need to experience something new, but because you want to feel good again. That's no small thing. In fact, it's almost everything. Because today, true luxury isn't always about surprising. It's often about not setting the wrong tone. And here, the tone is just right. Friendly staff, quality ingredients, a relaxed but not ordinary atmosphere. The kind of place where quality doesn't take a back seat. It sits down at your table, orders something delicious, and finally leaves you alone. Which, if you think about it, is one of the greatest compliments you can give a restaurant.

21/05/2026: This information will be useful for those planning an evening arrival or risking flight delays (WIZZAIR): The hotel doesn't offer 24/7 reception, which isn't a problem in itself – the problem is the lack of flexibility and support in emergencies. My flight was delayed due to bad weather, and the plane couldn't land as scheduled. I informed the hotel of the situation and asked them to keep my reservation – I was supposed to arrive about two hours late. Despite this, the hotel unilaterally canceled my stay in the middle of the night, leaving me without accommodations and no real support. The hotel was closed, and the only "help" offered was a suggestion to find another hotel. Furthermore, communication is very difficult – the staff doesn't speak English, and in emergency situations, contact is only through Booking.com, which significantly delays the response time. It's a very uncomfortable and stressful experience to arrive at a closed hotel at night, despite having confirmed your arrival. If you're planning an evening arrival or there's a risk of delays, I strongly advise against this property. If you encounter any issues, you may be left without assistance.

20/05/2026: At the recommendation of two friends, I dined at this beautiful restaurant last week. The welcome I received from owner Marcello and the very sweet Giulia was brilliant. We all asked for advice on the house specialties, and the result was a delicious dinner that made the evening wonderful. I had the hearty house rigatoni and the delicious casoncelli, accompanied by an excellent red wine. My friends had different dishes, but everyone was equally satisfied at the end of the meal. The success of this cuisine and its kind custodians is evidenced by the numerous photos and drawings hanging on the restaurant's walls, left by famous diners of owner Marcello and his dishes. The culinary excellence and gracious hospitality will make us return often. Luca, Federica, Valerio, Irene, John, Erin, Marcela, and Torstein.
19/05/2026: Very tasty dishes, excellent aperitif menu with several delicious appetizers, fresh salad, and truly special traditional dishes with beef and polenta. The staff was very courteous and friendly, good value, and seating both outside in the square and inside...with a more intimate atmosphere. Very satisfied...
