We couldn't have asked for anything better, from the quality of the dishes to the organization of the dining room. We treated our guests to an unforgettable lunch, crafted down to the smallest detail, from the study of each dish to its combination with subsequent dishes, creating a unique culinary experience. We will never stop thanking Chefs Alex and Vittorio for their expert creations in the kitchen, and Giovanna for the decor of the dining room and for the detailed and professional explanation of each course, along with the appropriate alcoholic or non-alcoholic accompaniments. 15/06/2026: A truly excellent experience at Le Goût Restaurant. The food is of the highest quality, prepared with exquisite raw materials, carefully selected and enhanced in every dish. The flavors recall tradition, but with a care and refinement that makes each course special. The passion behind every detail is clearly evident: from the cuisine to the service, everything is designed to provide the customer with an authentic and enjoyable experience. Special mention goes to the chef, who transforms high-quality ingredients into elegant, balanced, and flavorful dishes, and to Miss Alice, for her kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. When things are done with love, the result can only be excellent. Highly recommended.

11/07/2026: Beautiful setting. Food pretty good. But experience dreadful. Totally understaffed so I had to keep getting up to order something. The vermouth pairing option with the seafood is ridiculous. Does NOT pair at all. The lady who runs the place accuses me of not being a restaurant guest and that I shldnt use the toilets after she just took my order. Racial profiling? Hardly ever have I been so insulted in the midst of other guests and onlookers. Her staff had to correct her. She promises to comp my food, then forgets, then tries to take 20% off the bill then a bit more. I walk out frankly in disgust…

06/08/2026: The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere, with lovely decor. The waiters are kind and patient, which makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The menu offers a variety of options, including vegan options (which isn't my thing). They offer a good variety of pizza toppings, and the pizzas are truly excellent, very flavorful—one of the best I've ever had in Bergamo, and my son loved them. The burgers are also very tasty, and they're cooked to the required doneness, unlike some other restaurants I've been to. Overall, I recommend it to everyone, whether for a family lunch, a dinner with a partner, or just a solo meal.

13/06/2026: I had the risotto and tagliata. Not only was the food excellent, but the service was also superb, making me feel very comfortable.

15/05/2026: Great place for lunch, either prix fixe or à la carte. Everything is delicious, and the waiters are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I think it's worth a visit for dinner, too!

29/10/2025: The Artisan Café is the perfect place for a cocktail evening in Bergamo. An elegant and welcoming venue, with soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks are carefully crafted, original, and made with quality ingredients; the staff is professional and always friendly. Highly recommended for an aperitif or a refined after-dinner drink!

16/08/2026: A high-end restaurant that, unfortunately, can no longer guarantee the quality of the food and service. Although we were very happy to be assigned a table without a reservation, the service was very substandard. The waiters ran around the restaurant like headless chickens and couldn't handle the crowds. We received a bottle of water after 20 minutes, and a bread basket after half an hour, but without plates, which we had to ask for ourselves, by which time our pizza was already arriving. Our drinks were plunked down in bottles and we had to ask for glasses again, which we received after 10 minutes. We were shown a very extensive pizza menu, but the waiter pointed out that only 5 pizzas were available. The pizza was tasty, though. Full of anticipation, we ordered dessert, but once again, only a few were available on the menu. When a dessert was supposed to be flambéed, the waiter's gas lighter ran out and he went to refill it. Unfortunately, he forgot to put our desserts on the table. Once again, we had to ask for another waiter because our own waiter had suddenly disappeared for fifteen minutes. One dessert was finally deliciously flambéed and met expectations. The other dessert was quickly put in the microwave but unfortunately not long enough, leaving the chocolate inside rock hard. Absolutely inedible. And then the bill. A real rip-off. Although our baby hadn't ordered anything at all, and our 3-year-old had eaten a few slices of pizza, a "table setting" (coperto) was still charged for 5 people (including 1 baby and a toddler). Hilarious. We hadn't even taken a bite of that cheap baguette (without plates) and were already out 20 euros because of the coperto. The service was very poor. This restaurant is heavily overpriced and unfortunately seems to be going under due to popularity and greed. From now on, just give us local and honest food, because we won't be coming back here.

03/08/2026: Very positive experience. Nice place, you can also eat outside, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, excellent fish (you can taste it's fresh), very good casoncelli, as well as the pizza and desserts. Fair price. Recommended.

01/08/2026: Craving pizza! We had a good, tasty pizza. Very friendly, attentive staff. Fast service. I had a tiramisu decorated with ice cream, cream, and chocolate... delicious!! I recommend this place if you're near Spinone. The price was reasonably fair.

26/07/2026: I haven't had such a good pizza in a long time. The dough is extraordinary, light and fragrant. The ingredients are top-quality, as is the selection of beers. Impeccable service and a warm welcome made the evening enjoyable. Highly recommended!

21/05/2026: This information will be useful for those planning an evening arrival or risking flight delays (WIZZAIR): The hotel doesn't offer 24/7 reception, which isn't a problem in itself – the problem is the lack of flexibility and support in emergencies. My flight was delayed due to bad weather, and the plane couldn't land as scheduled. I informed the hotel of the situation and asked them to keep my reservation – I was supposed to arrive about two hours late. Despite this, the hotel unilaterally canceled my stay in the middle of the night, leaving me without accommodations and no real support. The hotel was closed, and the only "help" offered was a suggestion to find another hotel. Furthermore, communication is very difficult – the staff doesn't speak English, and in emergency situations, contact is only through Booking.com, which significantly delays the response time. It's a very uncomfortable and stressful experience to arrive at a closed hotel at night, despite having confirmed your arrival. If you're planning an evening arrival or there's a risk of delays, I strongly advise against this property. If you encounter any issues, you may be left without assistance.

20/05/2026: At the recommendation of two friends, I dined at this beautiful restaurant last week. The welcome I received from owner Marcello and the very sweet Giulia was brilliant. We all asked for advice on the house specialties, and the result was a delicious dinner that made the evening wonderful. I had the hearty house rigatoni and the delicious casoncelli, accompanied by an excellent red wine. My friends had different dishes, but everyone was equally satisfied at the end of the meal. The success of this cuisine and its kind custodians is evidenced by the numerous photos and drawings hanging on the restaurant's walls, left by famous diners of owner Marcello and his dishes. The culinary excellence and gracious hospitality will make us return often. Luca, Federica, Valerio, Irene, John, Erin, Marcela, and Torstein.

03/06/2026: Al Carroponte is an experience, period. The food is fresh, good, even better, so very good. The staff in the dining room are talented and eager to do well. For wine lovers, the place is perfect. We brought a bottle to taste and then shared it with them. How lovely. We had a really good time, the digestive at the bar was excellent. Well done, well done!
