14/08/2025: We went to the restaurant with a reservation at 8:30 PM. We already knew what to order, so we ordered right away: a bruschetta with sausage as an appetizer, 20 arrosticini, and two beers. After more than an hour of waiting, the waiter informed us that the arrosticini were out of stock, including the frozen ones, and that we could choose something else. At the same time, our appetizer arrived... completely burned and inedible. At that point, we got up to leave, but had to wait in line at the cash register, which wasn't working. Meanwhile, other customers in our situation were forced to rush to other restaurants that were almost closing. Result: we left without dinner, still paying a cover charge and two warm beers after a pointless wait. It wasn't just our experience: the table next to us had ordered a Margherita pizza and a hamburger with fries. The fries never arrived, the burger was burnt, and the pizza was bland. There's a complete lack of organization in the kitchen and in order management. It's unacceptable to let you know after more than an hour that the main course isn't available and to offer frozen food instead of fresh. A terrible experience: never again.

13/08/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for three years because the food is excellent. The pizza is really good, and so are the arrosticini. Unfortunately, the pizzonde this year were horribly seasoned with low-quality vegetables and were completely indigestible. Isn't it negligent to use two fresh tomatoes? The problem with this place is the slow service. The waiters wander around like people who are in suspense and can't hear. The orders are almost always wrong, and you get one thing instead of another. To avoid further waiting, you eat but without satisfaction. There's no fruit. And in July, oh dear, buy her two bottles of ratafia... and yet it would take very little to make a customer happy, but it almost seems like you don't care because the tourists are just passing by and leaving.

14/08/2025: It's clear that the bar is still a desperate attempt to squeeze money from its regulars. The service leaves much to be desired, especially when the waitress, apparently in her eighties, is on duty. Most of the regulars avoid the bar as soon as she's on duty. Her disgruntled attitude certainly doesn't inspire anyone to linger there for a coffee. I've often heard regulars complain that she's arrogant and even offensive when it suits her. Every year, the bar loses its atmosphere and quality. Besides the miserable state of the bathroom, it's clear that the bar is only surviving thanks to the presence of older customers, who continue to support it financially. The owners apparently have no interest in investing or changing anything in this bar. It's sad that a beautiful town like Colonnella is decaying like this. Well, a bar is never alone in this town. A story about us: A few days ago, my husband and I were at the bar, and an incident bordering on the ridiculous occurred. We were speaking to each other in German, and a German family nearby apparently overheard some inappropriate language, which, given the presence of their children, they didn't like. We didn't know whether there were other German-speaking people nearby. However, the co-owner pointed out to my friend, an Italian and longtime regular, that German tourists had complained. My friend approached them and said in German that he didn't know there were Germans present and that children of that age (it was almost 11 p.m.) should be in bed by now. The woman's German partner stood up and almost raised his hands (his first mistake). The employees, unable to assess the situation and apparently devoid of any real emotion in their lives, called the owner. The latter, also lacking social skills, raised his voice at my friend and became aggressive. When the eighty-year-old waitress (N.) tried to talk about us to a retired police officer present, my friend asked her to stop. At that point, the German tourist, who has an aggressive problem and loves to raise his hands, approached my friend and grabbed him by the neck (second mistake). Since my friend is used to such situations, he did nothing, because whoever raises their hand first starts. The retired police officer warned the German tourist that he would be arrested if he didn't calm down. The incompetent employees, who apparently couldn't find any other job besides this, called the owner, who banned my friend from the establishment. Banning a longtime regular who expresses his opinion without becoming aggressive is highly reprehensible. The employees are probably incapable of assessing situations objectively and choose the path of least effort. 100% incompetence. Form your own opinion, but this bar will have one less customer now. PS: The waitress (N.) would be better off asking for her pension rather than venting her dissatisfaction on the customers and the village residents. She's damaging the bar's image. No one comes for her. Many come for the owner, but after this story, even his likability is in question.

05/10/2025: Nice bar with a nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive to their customers. The pastry shop is very well presented.

14/06/2025: Interesting sandwiches with good combination of ingredients, good also the cheese sauce provided in industrial quantities. Friendly staff even if slightly suffocating. Honestly 50 euros for two hamburgers a cola and a beer and a portion of potatoes is not justified.

26/05/2025: Good but I find it excessive to pay 18 euros for a normal sized burrito (they use piadina)!!

16/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance on the main road, but it was a great find. The girl at the cash register is incredibly friendly and even lets you sample their products if needed. The pizza is baked in a pan and is decent, but the place's real highlight is undoubtedly the fried food, especially the supplì... exceptional.

24/08/2025: Certainly not positive....we went during the week, the fryer only worked on Sundays, the staff at the bar were not very professional, I should point out that we went in the middle of August!

23/11/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. After a generous appetizer, we enjoyed excellent first courses: ricotta ravioli and anellini alla pecorara. The meat is excellent. The upstairs dining room offers a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly. Excellent value.

23/11/2025: Today, Sunday, without a reservation, they didn't have the cod menu, which I had the pleasure of trying on Friday! Really good! Today, however, I really enjoyed the first courses and the meat, truly excellent! The staff is very kind. Excellent value for money. Recommended!!

21/10/2025: We came from Belgium and, passing through the charming medieval village of Tossicia, were immediately drawn to the window display of this butcher's shop. We decided to go in and buy some meat: a warm welcome, excellent quality! A sincere thank you to this young craftsman for his passion and care in his products—a truly worthwhile stop!

25/11/2025: This restaurant is located on the second street from the seafront, easily accessible and with ample parking. The place is very beautiful, and they also offer takeout. The food is exceptional, with a varied menu offering many options. All dishes are typical Chinese cuisine, with a wide variety of variations. Highly recommended.

01/10/2025: We were there on Sunday for lunch, a very nice place, beautiful outside and breathtaking view, but for what we ate the price is very very very HIGH, good food but nothing exceptional... for 4 hot starters, 4 first courses, 4 second courses and side dishes, 2 bottles of water and one of coca-cola and 4 desserts WE PAID THE BEAUTY OF 214 EUROS 💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶💶 in other mountain restaurants 🗻🗻 in the area, for example RISTORANTE LA ROCCHETTA, we would have paid half. For this reason we will never go to this restaurant again.... It's a shame because the place deserves it
