25/04/2026: The place is very well-maintained, with a well-organized table layout. It's a shame that no one greets you at the entrance. We chose this pizzeria for its gluten-free options, but we were disappointed by the fact that they serve frozen bases with seasonings on top. The bases also feel like bread, heavy and full of oil. They often forget to bring drinks to the table, even when asked!

19/04/2026: Terrible experience: we booked a table with children and dogs (trained and from the Civil Protection Department). We'd obviously asked if they could have access, and were assured there were no problems and that we'd have a table at 9:30 PM. Bottom line: at 10 PM we still hadn't been seated. The incredibly arrogant and rude "lady" first invited us to sit down, then overbearingly pointed out that the stroller was in the way, the parquet was scratched, and that the position wasn't suitable because dogs "stink," and that on a Saturday night they should be muzzled (what do you mean?). In short, after yet another overbearing insult, we left. We definitely won't be returning. Kindness isn't for everyone, but when you're doing a job like this, it should be the bare minimum.

03/05/2026: Il Ghiottone in Francavilla deserves all its stars! Delicious food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A great place for dinner with friends. We had a very pleasant evening with excellent, artistic appetizers and dessert. The price was also very reasonable. The staff was kind and friendly! We'll be back.

02/05/2026: We chose this restaurant by chance a few months ago, since we're not from the area, but we made an excellent choice. Every time we come to Rome, we come for lunch or dinner. A quiet, elegant place, with very professional staff who pay attention to the little details. Thanks, see you next time.

20/02/2026: Yesterday we had two seafood risottos with baby octopus, clams, and shrimp. They were out of this world, believe me, I could have eaten a kilo of them. They were so good. The fried fish was well-cooked, and the sea bass with potatoes was delicious. But the risotto was mind-blowing. The owner was too serious, so let's smile, my goodness.

05/05/2026: We stopped at this place almost by chance and were very satisfied. A quiet and welcoming place, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. We had a very good and tasty Emerald Green Pizza, which even won an award; and a Carbonara Special, equally satisfying. Both were generously topped and had a soft dough that wasn't heavy. We also tried the delicious Blueberry Crocchè, more than just a simple potato croquette... a must-try as a tasty appetizer. We'll definitely be back!

27/08/2025: Everything was excellent: the welcome, the food, the atmosphere, and the prices were fair considering you're dining with a sea view. For one person, I paid about 20-25 euros for water, a mixed salad, and mixed fried fish.

03/05/2026: I wonder how it's possible it doesn't have 5 out of 5 stars! The place is beautiful both inside and out: attention to detail, order and cleanliness, and impeccable aesthetics. I went there for lunch while returning home after a trip and had a wonderful time. As a vegan, I recommend the sagne e ceci. Delicious! Of course, the menu also offers alternatives that I'll definitely try next time, as I plan to return in the summer. Last but not least, I found the entire staff to be very professional and kind, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive.

05/04/2026: I'm sad to leave this review because the service was top-notch: the owner and his son were super helpful. Except... The menu: roughly 3 choices. Okay, you're an Abruzzo trattoria, so it's okay to serve a few dishes, but at least a Pallotta cacio e ova? A liver arrosticini? A salad???!!! The food: First course: chitarrina alla teramana, loose, low-quality tomato, but overall okay. Chitarrina ferfellone (crusco pepper) and anchovies. It was like eating a tube of anchovy paste (€1 at the supermarket) and a liter of olive oil: it felt like spaghetti all'assassina, but with the very strong anchovy flavor. Second course: average arrosticini (in Abruzzo, average-low). Mixed roast: small plate with 1 sausage, 1 piece of pancetta, and two other pieces of meat thrown in there. Meager, sad. Side dishes: frozen fries. The price is obviously the highlight (kebabs still under a euro!), but the quality of the food is terrible. I hope this comment isn't a judgment, but rather a suggestion: it wouldn't take much to become a respectable restaurant! But start removing all those fake plants, add more lighting, and offer quality products. A family restaurant can't bring that level of cuisine to the table. Good luck for the future!
