10/11/2025: I visited this pizzeria a few weeks ago, and what left me most disconcerted was the response to my request for a Margherita, which the restaurant adds oregano to. "We make it like this," I find, is completely out of step with the typical attitude of a restaurant owner, who is expected to meet customer needs, especially in the food sector. The Margherita, by the way, is made without oregano.

03/11/2025: Fantastic welcome from Nino, he made us feel at home immediately and recommended new, very original dishes. We also ate both appetizers and pizza and meat, everything was really good. We spent a lovely evening on October 29th in this fantastic location facing the sea. Compliments to all the staff, very kind and professional, and this certainly speaks to years of experience. 16/09/2025: Totally hidden, and unless you're specifically looking for good restaurants off the beaten track, you wouldn't find it. Great service, good food, and the portions are absolutely enormous! Be sure to ask about the daily specials—they also had pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms. We'll be back!

01/09/2025: It's a wonderful discovery that deserves even more than five stars. Truly authentic dishes, smiles, and kindness in a warm and tastefully decorated environment. I tried the cacio e ove balls, excellent; I tried the fried farro pizza with lard, honey, and pine nuts, another specialty; followed by the ravioli with mushrooms and truffles and the chitarra with crispy bacon, each one better than the last. The flavors are distinct and perfectly complement each other, a harmony on the palate! Oh...the semifreddo...what can I say?!

12/11/2025: The best pastry shop in Francavilla al Mare, there's nothing else to say... just the freshest pastries and cakes, and they really outdid themselves with the pan au chocolat. Always kind, if sometimes it seems less than kind, it's only because the work is so much and they work like a charm, but anyone who isn't used to working with the public wouldn't know that. You guys are fantastic!

20/03/2025: A wonderful surprise, I was transported back in time when I tasted the pizza at Le Dodici Torri! The pizza is good and tasty, just like it used to be... crispy crust (not Neapolitan), with quality, fresh ingredients! The atmosphere is very quiet, well-kept, and clean. Prices are very, very fair (not to mention cheap). The kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake; they're truly lovely. I highly recommend it; in my opinion, it's the best pizza in the center of Francavilla.

21/08/2025: I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 PM and was told it closed at 9:00 PM, so I needed to get dinner quickly. THE RESTAURANT HAS NO PARKING FOR TRUCKS OR TRAILERS. The owner isn't very friendly, and the food is preheated, not fresh as you'd expect from a restaurant/trattoria. The portions are very small, but if there's nothing else you'll be happy with. After finishing dinner in a hurry, I went to the counter to pay and had to wait for the owner, who was finishing playing darts with friends and family. I personally don't recommend this restaurant, but once you exit the toll booth, there are no other places to dine in the area. The price paid for all this goodness was 24 euros.

18/10/2025: We had a very good raw fish appetizer and a cooked seafood appetizer. A portion of monkfish, a portion of prawns with cherry tomatoes, a mixed salad, and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. All very good. Total €110. I highly recommend it.

01/11/2025: I went here for dinner with friends. The place is cozy and close to the sea. The focaccia is excellent, along with cold seafood appetizers, fresh fish, and successful pairings. The service was friendly and quick, the atmosphere relaxed, and the prices fair. Recommended for a quiet evening just steps from the beach.

15/09/2025: Fantastic experience. I went for dinner with a group of friends and was pleasantly surprised, first of all, by the kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness of the owner and his son, who pampered us throughout the evening—an aspect that is almost impossible to find in other places these days—and then by the dishes they served, where I rediscovered the pleasure and flavor of authentic dishes cooked with love and attention. Excellent value for money. A very beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing location. I will gladly return. Finally, a wonderful place to dine with friends and enjoy delicious dishes. A must-try for the chitarrina ferfellone and anchovies...excellent! Compliments to all of you and the kitchen staff. Thank you, and see you soon.
