14/06/2025: L'ambiente è accogliente e caratteristico, con un'atmosfera che sa di tempi passati, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a consigliare al meglio, aggiungendo un tocco di calore che fa la differenza. Marco e sua moglie Eleonora saranno degli ottimi "suggeritori". In sintesi, Ada Nurzia è una tappa obbligatoria per chiunque voglia assaporare autentici sapori di Tagliacozzo...e oltre!! Ottima la cantina.

07/01/2024: Appena entrati eravamo molto affamati ,abbiamo ordinato 2 panini kebab , all’interno ho trovato una blatta e non faceva parte del menù , il mio amico invece notò un odore nauseabondo proveniente dall’insalata mordicchiata probabilmente dal piccione che si trovava all’interno il frigorifero ( e non era una bevande come le altre) . Anche se non eravamo soddisfatti , alla richiesta del conto il mio amico fu malmenato , dopodiché nel locale entrò un collega del posto , munito di mustacchio che prese e mangio il piccione che si trovava nel frigorifero . Purtroppo adesso il mio amico non è più abile nel mangiare però del tutto la gestione è mistica.

05/11/2023: Mia moglie ordina una torta per una festa di compleanno, mi presento con cinque minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario di previsto ritiro e … la torta per 12 persone è stata consegnata ad altro cliente!!! Non volevo crederci… 30’ di attesa….cercano di recuperare il disagio creato telefonando all’altro cliente non omonimo e mi sono dovuto accontentare di una torta fatta sul momento ma con gusti diversi da quelli ordinati. Ma il bello deve ancora venire….mi sarei aspettato…non si preoccupi la offriamo noi per recuperare al ritardo al pranzo e al fatto che non è la torta che ha ordinato, insomma per il disagio….invece no. Le facciamo lo sconto…da 46€ a 40€. Mi sono sentito un attimo preso in giro, senza parlare del fatto che cercavano di attribuire la colpa al cliente che ha preso la mia torta e non a chi l’ha consegnata. Veri professionisti!!!

I asked for 2kg of red Borbone beans and they did not have it so they offer me the 500gr bags I accept but then the price is higher because the 500 bag costs more convinced that the shopkeeper gave me the same price of the kg and without asking me if it was okay he makes me pay more I go home and another disappointment I open a bag and see the coffee that the beans are all ground should I have gone back?
