08/07/2024: Davvero ottimo, uno dei ristoranti migliori che abbia mai provato; al tavolo tutti concordi nel preferirlo perfino al “Piccolo lago” di Mergozzo, nonostante le due stelle. Anche la pasticceria si difende egregiamente: la torta ordinata ha soddisfatto i gusti di tutti. Note di merito alla signora Luisa, padrona di casa davvero impeccabile e alla cameriera molto professionale nonostante la giovane età. Complimenti, torneremo sicuramente a farvi visita

02/09/2024: Welcoming and well-kept location. Relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, friendly, highly qualified service. We are greeted with a fantastic welcome including, unforgettable, Tomato au gratin in the 21st century. We choose a la carte. Exquisite appetizers: courgette flower in tempura and cuttlefish in the wind. The first courses are a riot of flavors and aromas: pappardelle stuffed with cheese and pepper, calamari, clams and courgettes and a fantastic underground Spaghetto Mancini. We accompany dinner with a French rosé wine. We close with desserts: try the Pesaro rose and the apricot, rosemary and almond Babà. We are pampered with the small pastries served in a scenographic way paying homage to Maestro Rossini. Chef Stefano Ciotti passes between the tables and stops to chat amiably with the guests. 06/05/2024: Excellent cuisine, cozy furnishings and centrally located for trips to the hotspots! We were warmly welcomed by Ronald and Ivana and spent a few wonderful days in Cascina Dani. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained, clean, and the garden is wonderfully relaxing. The hosts take care of the guests' well-being warmly and personally. We were also provided with very good tips for excursions... so we felt completely at home and would love to come back!

25/06/2024: prima volta che andavo in questo ristorante, accoglienza ottima, ho preso il menù mano libera 4 portate, ottimo, il benvenuto che sono stuzzichini che valgono un antipasto, mi è piaciuto molto e mi ha sorpreso, tutto il resto buono, e più che ottimo il dolce esotico, strano ma veramente buono, complimenti, ci tornerò.

29/07/2024: Was für ein köstlicher Abend. Wenige Tische, aufmerksame Kellner (m/f) und ein abwechslungsreiches Menü. Für Ravioli Liebhaber sind die Agnolotti Del Plin unverzichtbar. Tipps: a. Reserviert einen Tisch nicht bei einer Klimaanlage, b. das Weinpaaring zum Menu war passend, spannend und preislich fair, c. DAS Dessert war super köstlich:-)

14/07/2024: The restaurant offers delicious and carefully prepared dishes with fresh ingredients that are a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The environment is elegant and welcoming, perfect for special dinners. The service is professional and courteous. Highly recommended for those looking for the best of Piedmontese cuisine in a beautiful place. I especially recommend the vitello with tuna sauce and the guinea fowl.

14/08/2024: Location chosen thanks to reviews on the internet. Never was a more appropriate choice than this one. Excellent welcome in the room, without a reservation, we sat down and immediately some carasau bread and water were brought to us. We opted for 3 dishes off the menu of the day: -Tagliolini with melted butter and truffle -Tagliolini with friarelli pesto and Sardinian flower -Sheep in sauce with peas Furthermore, a portion of broad beans was taken from the à la carte menu. Half a liter of super good and recommended house wine. As for the first courses, we were advised to try the Tagliolino with melted butter and truffle first and then the other one. Indeed, an excellent indication as the tagliolini with pesto was very intense in flavour. Both perfect, excellent cooking and excellent seasoning. The sheep in sauce with peas made me feel at home, authentic and genuine flavours. Exquisite. I personally didn't eat the broad beans as I'm a fabian, but my partner appreciated it 100%. To close coffee and coffee grinder. I'd say it was a great choice, considering we weren't local and relied completely on reviews. If there is an opportunity we will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone passing through Gavoi to stop and eat. The portions of the first courses in the photo are not for one person, but from one portion we tasted both. I would say that the portion for one person is quite rich and satisfying. The à la carte menu had a lot of choice, different from the usual restaurants; Furthermore, I can confidently say that you have the opportunity to really eat traditional Sardinian dishes revisited in a modern way. The person who welcomed us and served us throughout the entire lunch was very kind, friendly and professional.

23/06/2024: Come ogni anno tappa fissa a Gavoi una perla nel Gennargentu, e tappa fissa da Rossano trattoria Borello a Gavoi. Antipasti spettacolari la fonduta di pecorino una bontà e il porcetto che ogni anno chiediamo fantastico cotenna croccante che si scioglie in bocca. Sempre il Top grande Rossano

13/08/2024: Albergo diffuso nel centro di Santu Lussurgiu. La magia del paese dalle acque curative è dei verdi boschi, rivive nei dettagli del Gruccione. Dal portone d'ingresso alla libreria di una delle tante zone comuni, dalla cucina, ai buoni costumi dello staff tutto crea un' atmosfera che pare rallentare il tempo,trasportando in un mondo agropastorale colto e a modo. Camera pulita, asciugamani morbidi e profumati e una doccia spaziosa. Cena spettacolare : dall' antipasto al dessert con rivisitazioni studiate di piatti classici nostrani e una ricchissima carta di vini. Più che un pernottamento la definirei un'esperienza.
