25/08/2024: Great hotel. In our opinion, the price-quality ratio was not entirely correct. For example, we paid 130 euros for a simple room with a very hard bed, there was no duvet in the sheet, which made it chilly at night. We also had to pay for breakfast separately. For thirty euros we received a beautifully cut fruit bowl, 1.5 croissant and a ciabatta sandwich. We also expected a bit more given the price. All in all a great place to spend the night, super clean, friendly staff, WiFi and air conditioning.

23/06/2024: Un tempo era davvero eccellente, e decisamente tra i miei ristoranti preferiti. Poi ha scelto di volersi impreziosire, e l’ho abbandonato. Un vero peccato 😢

30/07/2024: I was in a starred restaurant for the first time and it was a spectacular experience, very professional service, equally high quality courses, very high level location, but like all things there is a but, and the but were the things charged outside of what was budgeted and therefore: 1 a wine paid 90 euros and then for fun found on the internet for 20 euros same winery, same type, same vintage. 2 bottles of very ordinary mineral water 7 euros. and finally 3 two glasses for 25 euros of a wine that had a hint of denatured alcohol, later certified by the same sommelier.... I expected not to find them charged but instead I didn't find 50 euros. Given the level of everything, I didn't expect to see them charged given that the sommelier himself had agreed with me that the wine wasn't good... it's a shame it's a stain on a spectacular evening and I'm contesting 147 euros on more than a thousand in the bill. .....so it's not the money but the principle. AFTER 3 MONTHS FROM THE REVIEW THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER ME!!!! CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION!!!!!!

01/08/2024: Beautiful discovery on a sunny and hot August day. Fresh and characteristic place, housed in the fortified walls of the village. Excellent business lunch with two colleagues, in a wonderful atmosphere. Excellent food, cooked and served directly by the owner. Lots of passion, excellent ingredients, tasty and original dishes. All very very good. The quality/price ratio is also very good. To try.

22/08/2024: Frequentiamo questo ristorante una volta l'anno (causa lontananza) da diversi anni in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie e sua sorella . Non mi dilungherò molto. Ritengo, frequentando diversi ristoranti, Da u Titti il migliore ristorante per la qualità dei piatti, della materia prima utilizzata e del prezzo delle province Imperia Savona. Lo consiglio da anni ai miei conoscenti ma ora voglio anche lasciare la mia prima recensione a questo eccezionale ristorante. Cucina innovativa con sapori equilibrati da ristorante stellato nella qualità e professionalità dello staff. Consigliatissimo anche per qualità/prezzo . Bravi è sempre un' ottima esperienza.

18/08/2024: The absolute best experience you can have! At least that's how it was for me. The balanced flavors alternate on the palate, in a triumph of tastes (I'm not exaggerating). The plating is a real pleasure to behold. The environment is intimate and welcoming; in summer you can also dine on the terrace. The service is professional and very attentive. Complete wine list, and with adequate prices. It definitely deserves a place in a starred guide!

21/08/2024: 2024 update. Always pleasant. Quiet environment where peace and views of the plain reign. Quality dishes (SUPREMA eel, without fat). Adequate price Optimal Dinner with his wife, after being welcomed by the owner, on his advice we opt for a local tasting menu; while we wait, the appetizer offers Codevilla prosecco and sliced, crunchy eggs. As an appetizer the wife receives "a door to the garden", with carrot mayonnaise, pasta alla norma. For me, the meeting of waters, in which they place a salmon tartare on a whitefish and raspberry pâté, covered with a crouton made with whitefish skin. First course Venere risotto with missoltino fondue and courgettes, well cooked and balanced. For second mountain: hay ice cream, venison morsels in blueberry sauce, pine drops, grappa brittle. Delicate flavors, cooked correctly. Another second course is the porcini mushrooms and nectarine peaches, ok For dessert we choose hidden with aromas, hazelnut, chocolate and salt (intriguing). The wife opts for berries in four consistencies. Before dessert they bring us a black foam mousse on lime, which is good. With coffee tasting biscuits produced by them. Of note is the bread, also self-produced, with peanuts, milk, tomatoes and capers, black flour, breadsticks, focaccia. All good. Elegant environment. Waiters who rightly explained each dish. Adequate price without excesses.

17/08/2024: My husband and I spent a fantastic August holiday in our favorite restaurant, and we can't help but thank everyone for the wonderful experience! A heartfelt thank you to Mario and his wife for the always warm welcome. Every time we come here, we feel truly pampered and at home. A big round of applause and praise to the dining room staff for their impeccable service, kindness and attention to detail. You are always ready to make us feel at ease with a smile and you made our lunch even more pleasant. Finally, a special and heartfelt thanks to the chef and kitchen staff who worked hard despite the crazy temperatures, giving us delicious dishes with fresh and genuine ingredients directly from their garden, the quality of which was evident in every bite. Thank you for making our August holiday so special. We can't wait to come back, you are always a guarantee.

09/07/2024: It's been years since we've been to IL Liberty for dinner, which has become a point of reference for innovative cuisine. The dishes tasted are different from those we tried when we opened several years ago, but the chef's hand is unmistakable. The environment is very nice and the service is truly excellent. Also ideal for those like me who have celiac disease.

30/06/2024: This was an excellent meal from start to finish! The servers were extra attentive and friendly and the food and wine were incredible. The scallops au gratin and linguine with lobster…oh my goodness!!

26/06/2024: I went twice on my most recent trip, first to Giacomo Bistrot and then next door to Giacomo—both excellent meals. At Giacomo Bistrot I had a phenomenal Veal Chop and good glass of wine. Came with small roasted potatoes and their home baked bread. Finished it off with a good tiramisu. Second time I had the spaghetti pomodoro with a great house salad. The aroma of the tomato sauce was outstanding. I love the ambience of the “library room”, though sitting in the small bar area is charming as well. Giacomo might be a bit pricey but the food is great and worth it.

12/06/2024: Dopo più di un anno sono tornato in questo ristorante che si è confermato un’eccellenza per la qualità delle materie prime, la cortesia e professionalità del personale e l’ottima cucina dello chef Arrigoni. La nuova location è molto bella e permette di avere una certa distanza tra i tavoli con una grande vetrata che si affaccia su un curatissimo giardino. Il parcheggio sotterraneo attraverso il quale si raggiunge il ristorante senza prendersi una goccia d’acqua anche in caso di diluvio è un bel valore aggiunto.
