02/05/2025: We had the perfect lunch experience – everything from the food to the service was simply exceptional. The hospitality left us speechless, thanks especially to our waiter Marko, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The highlight of our visit was the private tour of the wine cellar, which truly amazed us. It was both informative and beautifully presented, adding a special touch to an already unforgettable day. Highly recommended!

25/04/2025: Great experience, enjoyed the efficiency and reasonable portion sizes. Beautiful decor inside the villa. Really loved the table-side pigeon service, as well as baba rum. Bread was delicious, nice wine list with very extensive options. Would definitely recommend. Risotto and pastas were delicious too.
18/04/2025: Amazing meal. Husband and I both did the 8 course taste and he opted in for a 4 glass wine pairing and I tried a glass of their non alcoholic bubbly which was surprisingly very good. The 8 course spanned a leisurely 3 hours so plan accordingly. We were able to get through many of the chef classics - everything tasted divine tho not innovative. Personally we felt the flavor profile was pretty rich, tho every dish is paired with a strong acidic flavor of some sort to balance. Overall we enjoyed the meal very much. Our favorites were the cod fish and the rabbit. They spread out their house made bread pairing as well with great smoked butter and olive oil. The meal ended with a carrot dessert (not that great it tasted like Thai food) and an amazing chocolate dessert with many kinds of cocoa beans blended. Of course they wheeled in a super cute petit four to wrap it all up. The space is was quaint and beautiful, though a bit stuffy/warm - most of the men started taking off their jackets halfway through the meal. Great place for celebrations.

30/03/2025: Quarto stellato nel mio percorso di scoperta della cucina sperimentale. Menù da 9 portate a 330 euro per due persone e 3 calici di accompagnamento a 110 euro per due persone. Pietanze assolutamente di spessore. Un percorso sensoriale importante con accostamenti entusiasmanti a materie prime anche semplici ma.molto.ben esaltate. Non ci ha entusiasmato l'ultimo piatto: amatriciana rivisitata fuori contesto sia logico che di percorso... Con cipolla e aceto... Purtroppo per in romano è un accostamento poco gradevole con permanenza in bocca spiacevole post pasto. Tutto il resto promosso. Fantastico e di compagnia il servizio. Serata molto piacevole nel complesso

A restaurateur is a person who works and who plans the evenings based on the number of seats!

21/05/2025: Better than a starred restaurant in the woods of Bergamo. A place we have known for years and that has managed, starting from very high culinary levels, to continue to improve and amaze. Beautiful modern room with atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the illuminated valley. The dishes are a delicate and imaginative combination of flavors and aromas.... lately also presented in an artistic but centered way. Ingredients of the highest quality. The chef between philosopher and poet.... gives birth to dishes worthy of a Nobel Prize in chemistry in the kitchen. Conclusion Michelin experience at affordable prices of a good restaurant 👍🏻 I went back recently, the prices have skyrocketed!
20/05/2025: Very pleasant experience both for the delicious food (the spaghettoni were worth a second or third and the pre-dessert cannoli were a delicious surprise) and for the exceptional, discreet and precise service. I add 5 stars for the welcome and the interesting conversations with the chef Mario and the pastry chef Giovanni. And you can't leave without buying their award-winning dessert, the Albenzola: truly exquisite! Finished in a day and a half! One more reason to come back 🤗

14/04/2025: Un’esperienza di gusto e raffinatezza nel cuore di Milano – Ristorante Bianca Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare al Ristorante Bianca in Via Panizza e non posso che condividere un’esperienza culinaria all’altezza delle aspettative. L’ambiente elegante ma accogliente e il servizio attento rendono il Bianca una vera perla milanese per chi ama la cucina di mare rivisitata con gusto e creatività. Abbiamo iniziato con una tartare di capasanta e salmone marinato, accompagnata da una riduzione al lampone: la delicatezza del crudo si sposava perfettamente con la vivacità del Franciacorta Lantieri Cuvée Brut, elegante e persistente. A seguire, un polpo arrostito su vellutata di piselli e salsa di sesamo tostato: un gioco di consistenze e sapori dove la dolcezza della crema verde incontrava il gusto deciso del polpo, il tutto esaltato da un calice di Pinot Grigio Fallwind di San Michele Appiano, fresco e armonico. Come piatto principale, un delizioso tonno in crosta di pistacchio servito con una doppia crema (carote e zafferano) disposta artisticamente sul piatto. Un equilibrio di colori e sapori davvero sorprendente, con il vino che continuava a sostenere perfettamente la portata. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro, non solo per il palato ma anche per gli occhi. Consigliatissimo per una cena romantica o un pranzo di lavoro di classe. Tornerò sicuramente!

05/05/2025: Everything was excellent and the bill was commensurate with the quality. The free ones should be a little more abundant. The fried food and the shrimp tartar were among the best I've ever eaten.
03/05/2025: Excellent culinary experience, with high quality dishes. The only aspect that could be improved is the waiting time between courses. Friendly and helpful staff.

29/04/2025: The food selection is based on seafood! This is not clear from the outside. Portion sizes are extremely small, which is not acceptable at this price point. You’d have to get a main course and two sides to get full (I had the Gnocchi). The service was great when they were at the table but they weren’t around very often. We were left “unserviced” for 30 minutes after eating and had to get up from the table to call the waiter. While the waiters were busy cleaning up. The wine by the glass selection is limited to only two red wines, and the bottles start at 60€s for uninspiring wines. Around the tables were no Italians which leaves the place as kind of a tourist favourite, which is not exactly my taste.

14/04/2025: I'll admit that I'm not a regular visitor to ''starred'' restaurants, but for this very reason I expected a totally different and certainly better experience. The restaurant is located in a non-idyllic urban context (to use a euphemism), and looks like a small luxurious fort in a rather run-down neighborhood.... the interior is gray and dark, despite the large window overlooking the internal garden which, however, as it is not illuminated at night, is almost impossible to see. It looks a bit like a sushi restaurant in a shopping mall, including the music in the background, but the good thing is that the tables are large and spaced out. The dishes are certainly good and with quality raw materials, but none particularly excited us, on average the flavors were quite bland, nothing to make you say ''wow!''. The service then surprised us a bit, the dishes were presented with disdain, in a very low voice and quickly, almost in a hurry, it was really difficult to understand what you were eating... And then I understand the luxury but not the waste: in a 6-course menu the cutlery was changed for each course even if they were not used.... why?? In light of all this decidedly high price.
18/02/2025: Sono stato un paio di volte quest’anno e nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo. Prodotti eccellenti, accostati in modo super creativo. Impossibile a mio avviso uscire senza una mezza emozione e non lo dice uno non avvezzo a questo tipo di ristoranti. Unica nota personalmente un po’ negativa è la generale freddezza del locale.
