19/05/2025: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's first communion in this magical place and there are no adequate words to describe the perfection of the event. Everything was impeccable! Obviously, however, nothing happens by chance and therefore our special thanks goes to Valentina, simply perfect!! Excellent advisor and organizer. She was the pillar of the event that was a great success and as we wanted and... expected! Thank you and see you soon

17/05/2025: I went to the Borgo San Gregorio estate with my wife, using a voucher that included a visit to the winery, a lunch for two and a final gift. The visit was interesting. The cuisine and service in the dining room were excellent: kind, attentive and professional staff. Unfortunately, the general organization left much to be desired. To be able to speak to someone on the phone and ask for information I had to call several times, without receiving an answer. At the end of lunch, we stopped at the *counter* for a coffee and were charged *5 euros per person*. When asked for explanations, the dining room manager responded evasively, with unprofessional and almost denigrating tones towards the fact that we had booked with a voucher. (The costs of the vouchers are visible on the website) Only once we returned home (after an hour of travel) did we realize that the expected gift had not been given to us. No member of staff mentioned it or delivered it, even though it was included in the package. To understand how it worked in this regard I called them and after 3 attempts they answered me saying, in these exact words "gentlemen, the gift was nothing special". A real shame: an experience that could have been truly pleasant was compromised by a careless management that I expect is the basis for such an important company.

13/05/2025: Visited 3 3 stars this trip. Enoteca pinchiori, la pergola and this. This kinda destroyed the competition. Best restaurant in Italy yet. Highly curated experience per table from start to finish. Incredible

11/10/2024: Attentive and polite staff, good location, it was evening and unfortunately it was already dark and the panorama was not visible, but the quality of the dishes replaced it

23/09/2024: The service was absolutely incredible. We got the surprise and all of the selections were nothing short of amazing. Everyone on the staff is extremely welcoming, informative, and friendly. They even gave us olive oil as we left!

19/04/2025: Most exquisite and delicious food we had during our vacation. A very creative chef with daring ideas and phantastic new combinations. Every bite leaves an explosion of taste in your mouth! Highly recommended! Do not let the rather plain ambience deter you from enjoying lunch or dinner here. Very good value for money!!!

09/02/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo senza conoscerlo prima e siamo rimasti molto colpiti da tutto il servizio: ottimo menù ricercato ma non minimale, con aperitivo accompagnato da un Gin di Fondi, carta dei vini eccellente e soprattutto un servizio a tavola e una sommelier veramente brava. Suggerisco di andarci e poi di fare un giro nel centro storico di Fondi.
