17/02/2025: Era da tempo che volevamo assaggiare le proposte di Rosanna Marziale e, finalmente, unendo il piacere di visitare la Reggia, siamo stati in questo famoso ristorante. Curiosa la scelta di aprire solo a mezzogiorno, ma da tempo preferiamo pranzare in questo tipo di ristorante piuttosto che cenare. Abbiamo scelto il menù tradizionale con le 5 portate e il dessert. Tutte le peritate, dal pre antipasto, ai due dessert hanno più che superato le nostre attese. I vini proposti in abbinamento, tutti locali, erano molto validi a supporto delle pietanze. Il servizio è stato impeccabile con il maitre estremamente competente e disponibili. Abbiamo anche molto apprezzato l’incontro con Rosanna a fine pasto. Tutto perfetto? Diciamo si, con l’unico appunto di una temperatura un pochino troppo bassa, ma che la magia dei piatti ci ha fatto dimenticare.

Chef Salvatore Bianco has managed to perfectly combine the most surprising innovations with skills rooted in the Mediterranean tradition. The creativity, presentation and intense flavors of the dishes are the result of a deep knowledge of the region, long experience, research and creativity. From the open kitchen you can feel an excellent teamwork. Even in its elegant sophistication, the innovative Evoluzioni tasting menu inviting you to explore and accept the experience and feel the excellent ingredients. You go from dishes that spread new unknown flavours, to others who, soft and gentle, amaze and caress all the senses. It means that you are faced with something really deserving and intimate. The rabbit was amazing and we discovered a new way to enjoy the spaghetti and shellfish, the Green Zone were close to perfection. The only flaw, on the service, you must have the best and unfortunately we did not receive it. I’d suggest the women at the entrance to improve a more warm welcoming and not talk to each other so loud. Precious and valuable wine list.

08/01/2024: Very beautiful location. The service is average for a starred one. The price is higher than the category average. The food did not live up to my expectations. Ni🫥
