07/05/2025: I was in this hotel with friends, from the beginning I was a little skeptical but I had to change my mind. The added value of this hotel in my opinion is the staff, from the breakfast staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff, they were all extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and available for all our requests. The hotel is impeccably maintained, the external areas are well-kept, the view is breathtaking, I would give the bathrooms a redevelopment but they told us that they are thinking of redoing them next year. The rooms are very large, bright and spotless. The flagship is the restaurant, fast, friendly, friendly but not intrusive service, an assortment of wines that you won't be able to choose. In conclusion, truly a pearl of a hotel, a little treasure chest to discover!

13/04/2025: Not only is the place and of course the structure fantastic🤩 but so are all the employees... As for the dishes, they literally make you 'get high/enjoyed' in every sense 😋😛

15/12/2024: Se non andiamo da Accursio almeno ogni anno ci manca qualcosa. Per fortuna da anni non è successo. È sempre un'esperienza sorprendente e intimamente coinvolgente. Infatti tra di noi durante il pasto non commentiamo con parole ma solo con sguardi eloquenti. La raffinata semplicità del locale e la ricercata semplicità del menù si sposano bene con la genuina cortesia delle persone (non del personale) che si prendono cura di noi. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

02/06/2025: Really compliments! We went for dinner, I recommend booking. It's been a long time, I haven't found a restaurant where all the dishes were of such high quality as here. As a first course we had tricolor tagliatelle with Chianina ragù, excellent. Second courses of meat; fillet with truffle and pork ribs, accompanied by side dishes. For those who love dessert, I recommend the cooked cheesecake, exceptional. Waiting staff, kind and helpful.

13/04/2025: Mi è stato consigliato e l’ho voluto provare. Ristorante carino, ho cenato nella sala dietro con sorpresa molto bella con le luci basse, davvero piacevole. Cenato davvero bene, dall’entrée di benvenuto, alla piovra con burrata come antipasto concludendo poi col risotto. Purtroppo non avevo più spazio per il dolce. Personale gentile e formato, qualità prezzo nella norma. Ci tornerò.

12/02/2025: Great varied menu with something for everyone and a really great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and professional. Probably our favourite restaurant in Champoluc for the balance of quality food and relaxed chalet-style atmosphere.

30/04/2025: Everything was delicious, very kind staff, super location. Dishes with attention to the smallest detail...excellent. The only flaw is perhaps the sphere dessert with salted caramel which in my opinion was a little heavy due to the excessive presence of dark chocolate. We will definitely be back

30/04/2025: The place is stunning, a restaurant that goes inside a cave. We arrived near closing time with small children and the service was courteous, patient and professional. The food was fresh and delicious and the wine excellent!

03/05/2025: We arrived to an excellent welcome, friendly staff. We ordered 3 first courses with a moderate wait. Good raw material but the preparation of the dish (not plating) was superficial for the first course with clams, while for the first course with lobster everything was fine. For the second course we ordered a sea bass caught of the day served with baked potatoes, portioned out at the table by a very knowledgeable and kind waiter. The fish was fresh and well prepared, a shame about the potatoes being a little too salty but still excellent. Bathroom with all stain removing products set up very well and clean. Overall a very pleasant place and location. Chef not at the level of the place and the quality of the products.

07/04/2025: Ristorante di livello superiore per la qualità delle portate, per i vini e per la vista mozzafiato. Staff qualificato, cortese ed empatico. Prezzi medio/alti ma valgono il "costo del biglietto"
