25/02/2025: Fantastic location, everything very nice and tidy. Very high level restaurant, with precise, attentive and pleasant service. Menu full of both first and second courses, including starters. Very high quality of food, the cuisine is refined, not always for all palates. Prices are correct for the quality offered. Highly recommended for special events, family lunches and holidays.

15/12/2024: Se non andiamo da Accursio almeno ogni anno ci manca qualcosa. Per fortuna da anni non è successo. È sempre un'esperienza sorprendente e intimamente coinvolgente. Infatti tra di noi durante il pasto non commentiamo con parole ma solo con sguardi eloquenti. La raffinata semplicità del locale e la ricercata semplicità del menù si sposano bene con la genuina cortesia delle persone (non del personale) che si prendono cura di noi. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

27/01/2025: è stata la prima esperienza per noi alla Madia. Tutto bello e tutto buono, emozionante la presentazione del sig. Cuttaia al tavolo per presentare il menu, fantastico il servizio del personale di sala, il sig. Angelo e Enzo, ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio.le portate sono state molto gradite, si prova una emozione difficile da spiegare... ti senti trasportare in un mondo speciale in cui trascorri un paio d'ore in beatitudine.... bravi tutti. Siamo state coccolate tutto il tempo, antipastino della casa originale e delicato, pesce fredchissimo. Delizioso tutto, l’ambiente, la cortesia e la bontà e originalità dei piatti. During my work lunch break I had the opportunity to try bigoli with renga, a typical dish executed to perfection: tasty, balanced and with an authentic taste that tells of tradition. Every bite was a real pleasure, and the quality of the cooking is evident. The staff is another great strength of the restaurant: kind, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and courtesy. The atmosphere is the welcoming and genuine one of real trattorias, a place to feel at home and enjoy an excellent meal. I can't wait to return to try their meat, hoping to sit in the cave and discover other specialties on the menu. If you are looking for an authentic place with excellent dishes and impeccable service, Trattoria dal Taio is the right choice!”

07/01/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel but we had lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant. The setting was magnificent with views of the Maiella and the sea. The service was excellent; they were able to adapt the menus to our needs and tastes. We went with our two children and they offered them dishes from the menu to choose from, and for the youngest, a first course of pasta with ragu and a second course of cotoletta and fries. She loved it. They also offered two glasses of apple juice for the children. For us adults, we chose one of the menus offered. The dishes were sometimes a little confusing, but overall, good. The only downside for me was the slightly small quantities.

14/02/2025: We chose the Castello Aragona Restaurant to celebrate Valentine's Day, certain that, as always, it would be a special evening. And once again, they exceeded all expectations! From the welcome with a welcome cocktail to the romantic details such as chocolates, balloons and accurate decorations. The atmosphere was perfect for an evening of love. An elegant and welcoming environment, ideal for those looking for something truly magical. The cuisine was simply exceptional, with carefully prepared dishes and refined flavours. My favorite of the night? The beetroot gnocchi…absolutely perfect! A restaurant that I recommend, not only for the quality of the food and the impeccable service, but for the ability to make every occasion truly unique. Wonderful view, a real enchantment! The only small flaw that unfortunately I have to point out was that it was a little cold in the upper part, but the atmosphere and the overall experience still made the evening special.

09/02/2025: Ristorante molto ben curato, terrazza vista mare ed ampie vetrate. Atmosfera accogliente. Servizio impeccabile, il proprietario del ristorante molto presente, attento e gentile. Pesce freschissimo. Noi abbiamo assaggiato antipasti e zuppa di pesce, spettacolari. Buona carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci ritorneremo.
