Non si può andare a Catanzaro e non passare a salutare Armando e il suo Team Ci vai non solo per cenare ma anche perché sei seduto a tavola a casa tua Ieri sera ho cenato ovviamente a base di pesce che viene preparato in modo raffinato e presentato in modo elegante Tartarre di tonno e paccheri con la ricciola con due cannoli fatti sempre dallo chef con crema mou sarebbero sufficienti per non farti andare più via da questo ristorante che è sempre più un locale di degustazione Complimenti ancora

Prima volta a Catanzaro, da sola per lavoro, quindi piuttosto spaesata. Ho cenato in questo ristorante dietro suggerimento della gentile receptionist dell’hotel e…mi sono sentita a casa. Parto dal contorno: amo le verdure, e un piatto di verdure grigliate potrebbe apparire banale; ma è nella semplicità che si rivela l’arte, e le zucchine e melanzane assaporate qui sono pura poesia. Il primo (fusilli con melanzane, caciocavallo silano e pomodorini), un connubio di sapori, l’entrée graditissima, il rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, così come la location. Che dire, non vedo l’ora di tornare con la mia famiglia!

Il Semaforo Sila

03/04/2024: Tonight we had dinner with a delicious pizza by the meter, the Sila potatoes were also excellent. I noticed the professionalism of the waiters which is not always found in the premises and the cleanliness of the place itself. We also stayed in one of the rooms of this property and were very satisfied. Tomorrow I will reluctantly leave but I will definitely return even if the structure is a bit far from my city. Congratulations for everything to all the staff 🙏, yours is truly a beautiful reality
31/03/2024: Located a few steps from the Mancuso village and the Passante Lake...Beautiful, very comfortable rooms, very beautiful restaurant room where I had dinner with an exquisite pizza by the meter In the morning a good breakfast where I must underline the special quality of the croissants The staff at this property are really friendly
