25/05/2025: I was looking for an omakase dining experience and after some research I found this restaurant that had an unpredictable menu. I admit that placing such trust, especially in the kitchen, is a challenge. After all, when you have an omakase experience in a traditional Japanese restaurant, you already have an idea of ​​what to expect. Here, however, the unknown was as big as modern cuisine. Well, we found ourselves in one of the best restaurants we have ever tried. We have been to other starred restaurants and some "set by stars" (without a star yet), and this one has forcefully entered our top 3. We particularly appreciated the contact with the chef: present but never invasive. I will not describe the dishes; the photos in the gallery will speak for themselves of their beauty. But I can assure you that they are delicious, with a couple of truly stratospheric creations. Go there.

The welcome, despite the tough biker outfit not suited to the place and a few perplexed looks😅, was very cordial. The refinement of the dishes and the flavor of the food was an orgasm for the palate. The professionalism and kindness were impeccable. The visit to the "tunnel" was interesting. I thank Moreno, his wife and the staff. We will definitely see each other again.😎✌️

01/06/2025: We had the great pleasure of spending an unforgettable evening at the Madonnina del Pescatore in Marzocca. The modern, stylish ambiance is a true highlight in this unassuming coastal town. From the moment you enter, you feel welcome and sense that enjoyment and hospitality are a top priority here. The menu was a firework of creativity and flavor. We were particularly impressed by the perfectly prepared pigeon with bone sauce, the artfully presented tuna Genovese pasta, the tuna ossobuco, and the sophisticated apple dessert "Celeriac Tarte Tatin." Each course was not only a visual experience, but also impressed with its extraordinary flavors and the perfect balance of ingredients. The service was attentive and professional – you feel completely at ease and well looked after. A special highlight: Chef Moreno Cedroni personally came to the table, explained the dishes, and offered exciting insights into his innovative cuisine. The wine pairing was excellently matched and perfectly complemented the menu. To top it all off, we were even able to take a look at the kitchen's experimental laboratory – a fascinating insight into the creative world behind the scenes! Madonnina del Pescatore is a place where tradition and innovation merge at the highest level. If you're looking for exceptional cuisine, an atmospheric ambiance, and first-class service, this is the place for you. For us, it was a wonderful, delicious evening – highly recommended!

05/05/2025: Dear The Delight of Cake I would like to share my experience with ordering the cake for my son's baptism, a very significant event for us. We had specifically requested a millefeuille, confirming our willingness to pay for any additional weight, and we paid the entire amount in advance with enthusiasm and trust in your professionalism. On the day of the celebration, at the time of cutting, to our great surprise and disappointment, we discovered that the cake was not a millefeuille as agreed, but a simple sponge cake. This caused some embarrassment among our guests, to whom we had joyfully anticipated the arrival of a millefeuille, creating an expectation that unfortunately was not met. We understand that mistakes can occur, and we appreciate your apologies. However, given the importance of the occasion and the significant discrepancy between the order placed and the product received, we would have hoped for a more concrete gesture to demonstrate your real regret. A partial refund or a small discount for a future order would have been tangible signs of customer care and willingness to remedy the inconvenience caused. Despite this episode, we hope that you can take inspiration from this experience to further improve order management and customer communication, especially during important events like this. 18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

09/06/2025: Compared to other udon noodles (even outside of Italy), the taste is very good and always freshly prepared. We try to eat here at least two or three times a year. The team lovingly ensures that everything runs smoothly. Even if the ambiance isn't particularly special, this small WokAway is always busy.
