24/08/2025: Welcoming place, helpful and friendly staff. The only thing that's not good is that you have to remove the olives from the diavola pizza. If you do, I'll change the rating from 3 to 5 stars. Remember, the diavola pizza doesn't have olives, you shouldn't even mention them, and something like this shouldn't be called a pizza.

18/07/2025: I ordered from Deliveroo after a busy day at work and it was a very pleasant surprise. I wasn't familiar with this pub and will definitely stop by one evening for a beer and the "matt sandwich" again; it was delicious! I'm not giving it a 5 only because, in my opinion, a little more béarnaise sauce would have been perfect. The fries were spectacular, incredibly crispy and delicious!

06/05/2025: I only had an aperitif, top craft beers on tap... IPA spectacular... it deserves an in-depth look, I saw some interesting sandwiches🤪

31/08/2025: Stunning views and very helpful staff. The person in charge of cleaning our room was very attentive! My shirt was put on a hanger, the dirty laundry was collected in a small bag... Thank you so much for this stay!

23/08/2025: Delightful. Decidedly out of the way of the city, but very unique and away from the chaos. The parking lot is on a small dirt road and inevitably cramped: from there to the hotel there are a few dozen meters, so it's best to avoid heavy suitcases. The building, on the other hand, is a gem, perfectly maintained. The room is spacious, furnished with simplicity and taste. The bathroom, or rather the fixtures, are more complicated: 'thin' to say the least. The restaurant overlooking the valley is tempting: personally, I was unlucky with the limited availability of dishes and desserts. I'm relaxed, with a full breakfast.

20/08/2025: Flight delayed at Malpensa, we stumbled upon this place late in the evening. We were welcomed like friends, despite it being close to closing time. Excellent value. Recommended.

02/08/2025: You arrive on this street in the historic center and, looking at the wrought-iron sign, notice the statue of Garibaldi at the end, who contributed to the unification of Italy in the late 19th century. You enter a quiet courtyard that leads you to a secluded and private space. At the door, Giorgia greets you and leads you with grace and elegance into the frescoed room that transports you to the countryside of our Italian hills. Giorgia leads you to a large table, and as soon as you sit in the comfortable armchairs, the journey begins through the sensations, flavors, and colors that will last the entire evening. The discreet background music pleasantly accompanies you. Each dish highlights the attention to detail and passion expressed by Chef Silvio, who from early in the morning prepares and analyzes every detail. Thanks also to the help of a great Asian chef, he further expands the culinary perspectives while maintaining tradition and discreetly ensuring his guests' satisfaction. The evening flows pleasantly, and each dish offered sparks curiosity and brings satisfaction. When we say goodbye, you feel like you've met great professionals who offer an experience you'll definitely want to repeat. Thank you so much.

05/05/2025: Dear The Delight of Cake I would like to share my experience ordering a cake for my son's baptism, a very significant event for us. We specifically requested a millefeuille, confirming our willingness to pay for any additional weight, and we paid the full amount in advance with enthusiasm and trust in your professionalism. On the day of the celebration, at the moment of cutting, to our great surprise and disappointment, we discovered that the cake was not a millefeuille as agreed, but rather a simple sponge cake. This caused some embarrassment among our guests, to whom we had joyfully anticipated the arrival of a millefeuille, creating an expectation that unfortunately was not fulfilled. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we appreciate your apology. However, given the importance of the occasion and the significant discrepancy between the order placed and the product received, we would have liked a more concrete gesture to demonstrate your sincere regret. A partial refund or a small discount on a future order would have been tangible signs of customer care and a willingness to remedy the inconvenience caused. 18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

09/06/2025: Compared to other udon noodles (even outside of Italy), the taste is very good and always freshly prepared. We try to eat here at least two or three times a year. The team lovingly ensures that everything runs smoothly. Even if the ambiance isn't particularly special, this small WokAway is always busy.
