Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti dello chalet, 1 taroz in crosta di parmigiano con salame nostrano, carrè d agnello,salmi di cervo con polenta, e 1 Tzigoiner ( mi sembra si chiami così) , carne molto tenera ,molto buona ,1 coppa di castagne e 2 tiramisù,2 piatti di pasta ( forse l unica pecca,xe nn c era molta scelta x i bambini a cui nn piace molto mangiare) . Sicuramente da ritornare ( senza bambini) .

09/08/2025: I've been frequenting this restaurant since the last century, and there's a reason for that. The menu offers four or five options per course, and some dishes have remained unchanged over the years. I can't get enough of the Alba-style raw meat, which is presented in a variety of ways. Both meat and seafood first and second courses are available, and every dish is meticulously crafted, from the individual ingredients to the final presentation. The bread, oil, and vinegar are not random, the coffee selection is meticulous, and every detail is carefully crafted. Vittorio is a profound wine connoisseur and a very affable restaurateur. In the kitchen, his sister and son contribute to creating the various delicacies, and Maria is always attentive to what's happening at the tables. I think it's clear that I'm always happy to return here!

18/06/2025: Great location, high quality food and tasty options. Ideal for business lunches but also lunches or dinners with family and friends.

17/06/2025: Came to eat lunch there. Had to wait long for the waiter, but when the order was made, the food came quite quickly. It was not so tasty as we expected, but the quality was good. Potato chips (served with shabu shabu) were especially disappointing. Nice with the compliment from the chef, it was the most delicious thing we ate there.

03/09/2025: Whether for lunch or dinner, visiting this restaurant is always a pleasure. The staff is always very attentive and helpful, and always greets you with a warm smile. You can always sense a great connection among the team, something essential that's hard to find these days. The food quality is always top-notch; my favorite is the freshly prepared tartar.

03/09/2025: Hello, We are currently at the hotel. Great location, extraordinary view, exceptional and wonderfully maintained gardens.... however this hotel has a renowned restaurant and this evening it was impossible to park our car. Everything was full with the restaurant, unacceptable...... This afternoon I asked for 1 glass of wine for the room, impossible because there is no bar. Everything is reserved for the restaurant. The person kindly offered to bring it to me outside the restaurant.... I am still waiting. Let's not talk about the breakfast, white and gray sandwich bread, small croissant, yogurt and scrambled eggs (very good by the way) but all this is not worthy of a hotel with such a reputation for its restaurant. Mixed results for this hotel which could nevertheless excel if less focused on its restaurant.

02/08/2025: Pub with good beer, friendly owners, and helpful waitresses. Excellent aperitifs. Highly recommended. I never give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement.
