12/09/2025: The service staff are friendly and helpful. The cured meats and cheeses are simply exquisite, but the prices are unreasonable for what, while excellent, is essentially a selection of sandwiches and platters. It's no coincidence that they've started the The Fork promotions...

29/08/2025: A superb restaurant, which I stopped at on my way, having never been there before. When I arrived, a very friendly waiter fetched me a menu in English since I don't speak Italian. His equally friendly colleague then gave me some information in English. The atmosphere was very pleasant, bistro-style, frequented by people enjoying wine after work. I enjoyed an excellent Piedmontese tartare with a glass of incredible red wine. The cheesecake with fig jam was also to die for. The bill was certainly high (€47 for one person), but the quality of the meal was definitely worth it. A Milanese address not to be missed!

07/09/2025: 28 Posti redeemed Milan’s food scene for us. Tucked into a not-so-trafficked alley near the popular Navigli district, the restaurant is chic as one would expect in looks-obsessed Milan but not overly so that it came across trying too hard. There was also an interesting voyeuristic dimension to the kitchen with its counter-level viewing window. The staff was relaxed, professional, and knowledgeable of the dishes. We opted for the three-tastings surprise menu; the kitchen would essentially determine what we would be eating. Both diners were expected to eat the same three dishes. Luckily for us, they kindly diverged on my dining companion’s main entrée. The experience began with a trio of delicious amuse bouches. For the antipasti, tenderly grilled aubergine laced with an herb and burnt aubergine oil, accompanied with an apricot umeboshi. The Primi consisted of a delicious pasta that we had never heard of or had before, Lumachini, immersed in a fish and roasted tomato broth. The Secondi were slightly uneven but not in an unpleasant way, my entrée (grilled white fish with a white asparagus sauce) while delicious and ample paled in amount compared to my fellow diner’s, which included three chunks of lamb, a potato and kimchi tzatziki, chickpea hummus, a piece of naan bread, a potato puree with lamb jus reduction, and even a Milanese meatball (a mondeghili). The icing on the cake was being offered a complimentary trio of pickled melons for dessert.

02/09/2025: Excellent cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. The service provided excellent explanations of the various dishes.

29/08/2025: Small venue, tastefully furnished, excellent tablescape, and the soft lighting makes the place very welcoming. Professional service, excellent cuisine with refined dishes and top-quality ingredients. The outdoor area is also very beautiful, with just a few tables but well-maintained; I would see the outdoor greenery again with a different type of hedge, more covering and more carefully maintained. Dogs are welcome, which is a plus. Highly recommended. 🤗

23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant with a very refined atmosphere and menu. Prices are moderately high, but in line with the quality offered, and it's definitely worth the expense. Highly recommended.

02/08/2025: Last July 5th, we celebrated our wedding at Il Faro Restaurant. From day one, both Stefano and Duilio were there for us with every detail, doing everything possible to make our day truly ours. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request, both organizationally and regarding the menu. Speaking of the menu, all our guests complimented us on the excellent quality of the food, from appetizers to dessert. The location was also perfect for the sunset photo session. We definitely recommend Il Faro, both as a restaurant (we even dined there as guests) and for celebrating events. We would like to thank Stefano, Duilio, and the entire staff again for their professionalism and empathy.

16/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. Clean, pleasant location, with attention to detail. Welcoming atmosphere. I went for lunch and had a great meal. The appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert were all delicious and absolutely worth trying, served with great style. Very interesting menu, excellent first courses prepared by the talented chef, well done. Easy to reach in Agrate Brianza. Good value for money. The staff were helpful, welcoming, fast, friendly, and very kind. Everything was delicious, the dishes were excellent. Make a reservation to ensure you get a table. I recommend it to everyone.

03/09/2025: I've already been back here for the second time, especially for their risottos, which are truly delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful and very cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening. It's also an ideal place for a holiday dinner: attention to detail ensures an unforgettable experience. It's also a truly Instagrammable place, with corners worthy of being photographed. Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant for dinner; it's definitely worth a visit for lunch or brunch, too. They reserved a lovely outdoor table for us, and the atmosphere is welcoming and refined. We ate and drank very well, with quality dishes and reasonable prices. A place I recommend for special occasions.

12/07/2025: Terribile esperienza. La carne, una volta fiore all’occhiello di questo ristorante, era praticamente immangiabile. La stessa cosa per lo gnocco fritto e il culatello (terribili). Un primo a base di pesce che meritava di essere mandato indietro. Deve essere successo qualcosa in cucina.

11/08/2025: I've passed this restaurant a hundred thousand times. I finally went there with my wife. First of all, I found the atmosphere beautiful, and we ate really well, choosing from well-cooked dishes and fast, friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.
