21/05/2025: We went last Sunday for lunch and we had a great time. We liked all the dishes and we really appreciated the small pastry at the end of the meal. The service was also excellent.

28/06/2025: The portions are excellent and abundant. All the pasta is fresh and homemade. The dishes are tasty and fully reflect the best gastronomic tradition of the area. You should return to taste the many dishes on the menu. The environment is clean and the service is prompt. The staff is attentive and prepared. The house dessert is essential. You leave the table very satisfied.

15/06/2025: We got married at the end of May 2025 and had the most amazing wedding. Our guests described as the most Picture Perfect wedding venue. The whole venue is very very well kept and the owner truly treats it as importantly as it should be treated. There are so many options and possibilities when choosing the Convento as a wedding venue. Multiple areas for wedding ceremonies, wedding dinners and the appretif. Also there are multiple options dependent on the weather which is perfect as it can be very unpredictable. The Bride and Groom both have separate area's to get ready before the wedding to so that also makes for an excellent experience as well as brilliant looking photos! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue enough. Whether it be wedding or not it should seriously be considered when choosing to celebrate something special! To all at the Convento, thank you for having us for our special day and thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the venue. 09/02/2025: Incredible place for a wedding as it's miles from anywhere. We were there for niece's wedding and as you were outside for the wholeday in 34° heat we were trying to find as much shade as possible. The grounds are lovely and the food was amazing. Lots of individual stations with all things fishy, meats, cheese and breads then 2 starters of pasta, then sea bass and potatoes then all the different sweet stations! 🐖 🐷 only issue was lack of toilet facilities. Staff were wonderful

30/06/2025: We took the Ego menu. Excellent quality of raw materials, excellent plating and imagination. The cod tiramisu is an experience you absolutely have to try. Professional and friendly service. Excellent wines, if you have any doubts you are advised and it is possible to taste depending on the dishes. You absolutely have to try them

06/07/2025: The restaurant is inviting: lovely decor, beautiful exterior, and ample parking. The menu is appetizing and the prices are affordable. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed with our experience. We ordered two Aperol Spritzes, which were a real disappointment. In Italy, you expect a minimum of quality for such an iconic aperitif… Here, it felt like we were drinking a simple orangeade. The aperitif probably wasn't homemade… Too bad. The food was mixed. The Polipo alla Griglia was quite good. The tagliolini with salmon and pink pepper were also very good. The two plates of spaghetti alle vongole looked tempting when they arrived: served in a piping hot pan, generous portions… but unfortunately, the flavor wasn't there. There was a lack of garlic and seasoning, and far too much olive oil. The pasta was swimming in it, which smothered all the flavors.

15/06/2025: It was my first time, hosted by a couple of friends. Absolutely super experience, from the welcome, to the mise en place, to the service and last but not least the food. Very high quality, presented in an equally captivating and elegant way. A special note also for the choice of glasses with a decidedly refined design.

03/06/2025: Di solito si diffida dei locali con prezzo fisso; qui mai! Il locale sembra un bar ma c'è un servizio buffet servito dal personale senza intervento del pubblico sui piatti, tutte cose fresche e molto gustose, nella quantità voluta; oltre un primo ogni giorno diverso. Prezzo decisamente accattivante, servizio veloce e corretto. Bravi!!!
