WAOOOO Exceptional Friday Evening! We went to the Flipper Restaurant on a Saturday evening, and although the reservation was for 9pm, the lady kindly welcomed us before the scheduled time. The owner, like a true host, stopped by to say hello and once again made sure that everything was going well. The waiters were also very kind and competent. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes arrive quickly and are plentiful. Without a doubt, I would go back tomorrow. Thanks for the great dinner! 🌟

Truly high quality food! We stayed for two evenings in a row and if it hadn't been over the weekend it would have been a hat-trick... exceptional!

It might seem like an exaggerated and false rating having given 5 out of 5 stars to everything but it was truly a wonderful evening. My wife and I celebrated and we received an excellent welcome and really delicious food, even the cost, although high, seemed justified.

Excellent restaurant! One of the best I've done. Pasta dishes to die for, perfect service from start to finish. Upon arrival you are entitled to a complimentary cup of Prosecco and some appetizers. The wine list is very complete and if like me you are not familiar with Italian wines then you will have no problem getting advice based on your dishes and your tastes. Special mention to the pistou and vongole pasta (photo attached). If I come back to San Remo, I will stay there again with pleasure.

Perfect for any occasion, an elegant but at the same time informal place. The staff were courteous and attentive. If you pass through Sanremo, a stop is a must. Thanks for the lovely evening

Durante il mio soggiorno a Sanremo nell'ultima settimana di gennaio sono andato a cena in questo ristorante. Io e mia moglie abbiamo mangiato due piatti di buonissimi tagliolini con carciofi e scampi e un superbo fritto misto di gamberi e calamaretti. Non so se la gestione è la stessa del Flipper nel Porto Vecchio dove avevamo mangiato benissimo a dicembre del 2013, come dichiarai nella mia recensione.
