08/07/2026: My mum has severe allergies (anaphylaxis), which we clearly informed the staff of when ordering. We asked if the cashews could be removed from one of the antipasti, and were assured this was possible. However, when the dish arrived, I noticed there were still cashews in her salad.
This was a serious mistake that could have been deadly if I hadn't noticed. Naturally, we were then on high alert with every dish that followed, which meant we could not fully enjoy our experience at the restaurant.
What was even more disappointing was that, despite this, we received no apology beyond the initial response and no refund or compensation for the dish.
For a restaurant that presents itself as high-end, the lack of care and attention to such a critical matter was extremely disappointing. We will definitely not be back.
07/07/2026: The restaurant had been on our bucket list for a while, and we finally managed to organize a lunch. We ate very, very well, including the seafood dishes, which we were very impressed with, considering the location is more mountainous than seaside. The location is elegant and the service excellent. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. The opportunity to visit the cellar was a plus.

17/03/2026: First of all, courtesy, friendliness, and a lot of patience with the customers!!!
Then the pizza: excellent!
The dough, the toppings, and last but not least, the takeout packaging...
The selection is wide: from the classic menu to the specials, with those created by the pizza chef's imagination in between...
By the way: two young people, he the pizza chef and she the front office, deserve recognition regardless!
But the pizza, which is what matters, is truly, truly good.
I'm here in the area for a period of continuous work and will be a loyal customer.
Well done.

03/06/2026: A truly welcoming and thoroughly consistent family business. We ate focaccia with the freshest ingredients and really enjoyed the atmosphere!
It was also very cheap, and these days, that's a pleasure that's half enough.
Recommended by a local, and highly recommended to everyone!

03/06/2026: I stopped by for lunch by chance, knowing nothing about the place, but I have to say it exceeded my expectations! Very clean and tidy, the service was punctual and friendly, especially the young woman with ash blonde hair and glasses. Otherwise, I can definitely say I'd go back, not just for the food but also for the ambiance.

06/07/2026: I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and it definitely lived up to my expectations.
The place is very cute; there are tables both inside and outside, and the atmosphere is pleasant and intimate. The service was quick, the waiters are attentive and helpful, and the owner is truly friendly and welcoming.
The menu features mostly meat, and we ordered the rib-eye steak for two. It was truly delicious and plentiful, cooked to perfection, but served on lava stone so everyone could finish it as they liked. The prices are proportionate to the excellent quality of the ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

Returning to Antica Osteria da Cera was much more than sitting in a two-Michelin-star restaurant for me: it was returning to a place where cuisine, memory, sea, and vision meet with a rare ease.
I ate divinely. Each dish spoke of a cuisine crafted with absolute precision, yet never cold: supreme technique, extraordinary ingredients, elegance, depth, and a marine sensibility that only comes from those who truly know fish, respect it, and know how to transform it without betraying it.
From pasta to fish, from shellfish to bread, from the dining room details to the most essential small steps, everything communicates one thing: here, we don't seek effect, we seek the truth of flavor.
For me, it was also a special evening on a personal level: I chanced upon a loved one whom I hadn't seen in 10 years, and I had the pleasure of reuniting with Chef Lionello Cera, with whom I had the honor of collaborating in the past. Rediscovering that human, as well as professional, quality made the experience even more intense.
Antica Osteria da Cera is one of those places where you understand that great Italian dining isn't just about cooking: it's about family, territory, discipline, identity, and continuity.

They only offer takeout or delivery, but I couldn't wait and ate it right in front of the shop as soon as I picked it up because I wanted it fresh!
The crust is crispy and the pizza is delicious.
There's always a line of locals and people who've heard about it through word of mouth, so it's easy to spot.
You line up to order, place your order, wait for it to be baked inside or outside the shop,
and when it's ready, they'll call out your order. When they call yours, you pay and pick it up.
Cards accepted.
11/04/2026: Excellent pizza. The “maxi” is very maxi, but worth every bite.
