Excellent rotisserie. Whenever I come to Trapani, I always stop by with my dad to stock up. The guys are all kind and delicious, always helpful and cheerful in helping you choose and offering you excellent quality and flavorful food—cabuci, arancini, and sandwiches—made fresh, fresh, and flavorful. Yesterday, Roberto's son was superb in everything he did. I've known his sister for many years, and they're all hard workers and decent people who deserve their time. A truly exceptional experience! The arancini are gigantic and, above all, delicious: crispy on the outside, richly filled, and made with quality ingredients. It's rare to find such a good value.
The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling, making us feel immediately at ease. The service was fast and the atmosphere was welcoming.
If you're looking for a rotisserie where you can eat well at a reasonable price, this is the perfect place. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

Very good selection of arancini and other dishes. It's crowded, you'll have to wait in line, but the service is very polite and attentive. The staff speaks English. The prices are low, and the portions are good. The largest variety of toppings for arancini, and there are really a lot of toppings, especially cheese. The only thing is that the salmon was too salty.

The BEST Arancini in All of Sicily!
If you come to Al Pollero da Roberto, you have to get the arancini. Hands down, they are the absolute best in all of Sicily! You can immediately tell they use genuine, high-quality local ingredients—the crisp outer crunch and rich, authentic fillings are out of this world. Everything here is prepared with real tradition and pride. An absolute must-stop spot!

I heard from a local that this is the best Arancine in Trapani. We tried the Arancine con Carne, it was really delicious. The service was very nice. The place was full at 1 pm, but we didn't have to wait long. We tried the fries and the croquettes, which were also very delicious.
