Fantastic meal at Profumi Di Cous Cous tonight. The service was attentive but not over the top, cocktails were very good and every dish was full of flavour. Highly recommend the meat cous cous main dish. The bill was was very very reasonable considering it’s a Michelin guide restaurant. Make sure to book in advance if wanting to eat here!

A beautiful place to look at and eat. Cous cous with well-prepared fish served with a broth on the side, to be added little by little. The waiters were a bit too present. A restaurant we'll definitely return to.

My partner and I went to this restaurant about 10 days ago during our only day in San Vito. We'd chosen it before we even arrived, from a list of places to go for lunch. As vegans, we had no problem ordering. The vegetarian couscous was delicious, the panelle were truly flavorful, and the service was impeccable, and I thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism. The place is very cute and unique, and the bathrooms (which is not a given) were spotless. The satisfactory rating, however, is due to the attitude of the person who escorted us to our table at the entrance. He had a tone I'd dare say of superiority. He never glanced at us, never smiled, never even said hello, both when we arrived and when we left. In fact, he seemed almost annoyed. He seemed like the owner or someone with a responsibility. It's a shame; the staff puts so much effort into such an almost arrogant attitude. Would I recommend others to go? Consider it: maybe if you show up wearing designer clothes and with your makeup on, they might at least give you a "good morning" at the entrance.

Excellent food, impeccable service, the only drawback being that you have to remember to book in advance. I highly recommend it!

In the reviews I saw I had read that everyone spoke of a convivial atmosphere like home... it really is like that when entering this restaurant you immediately feel at home, the tables are inside a garden, the waiters are immediately available to explain the menu and help you choose... fast service, excellent couscous, fair prices... we will definitely be back

A wonderful experience at this temple of couscous. The setting is beautiful and evocative, set in a garden of lemon and olive trees. The fried foods and couscous are excellent. The only flaw, because I gave it 4 stars despite the beautiful wine list, is that they had a very poor selection by the glass. A special mention goes to the excellent cannoli.
