If you want to treat yourself to a treat for the palate you absolutely must visit this gem of a restaurant.... you always return to where you have had a good time, and we found a breathtaking addition represented by a garden at the back of the farmhouse, which hosts this fantastic culinary experience, with a visit that is nothing short of spectacular, a panorama that fills the eyes with wonder as it ranges from the sleeping beauty (Gran Sasso) to our enchanting Majella... a superposition that makes everything almost surreal... We've been frequenting this restaurant for years: it's one of my favorite places. Impeccable cuisine from every perspective, professional hospitality, and kindness are its hallmarks. The menu is constantly updated, and every dish is perfectly composed. The atmosphere is elegant, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The wine selection is excellent.

Excellent service, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every course is an experience, from appetizers to desserts. All washed down with an incredibly varied and high-quality wine cellar. Kudos to Massimiliano, the owner (always ready to offer valuable advice) and his staff.

Over there, in the kitchen, chef Giulietta distils a concentration of flavor and harmony, impeccably plated. The food is very good, as are the ambiance and service. Anyone looking for sophisticated new cuisine that showcases local treasures and the chef's creativity will find it here. The building itself, a magnificent old structure, is also very inviting. — Only one thing marred the evening: If a man arrives with a woman, or men arrive with women, there are regular menus only for men. Women are given so-called "ladies' menus," meaning menus without prices. This is not only absurd, but a throwback to the 19th century, when men had the money and were the ones who procured the women. What's the point? This doesn't encourage chivalrous behavior; it's reactionary and misogynistic.

Beyond expectations... a beautiful 18th-century venue, the owners are very kind, both Massimiliano, a sommelier: one of the best in Abruzzo, and his wife Giulietta, a great chef... not to mention the service, professionals with great communication skills... the menu??? Great... try the cod cooked by Giulietta!!!! And not only that... what are you waiting for???? ❤️❤️

My husband and I have been there several times, sometimes with friends, and we've always been satisfied, both with the refined atmosphere, the hospitality and professionalism of the owner, an expert sommelier, and above all with the excellent dishes, always new and carefully prepared by the chef. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.
