I've been to New Gilda as a DJ, and I have to say it's a truly fantastic venue. They treated me with kid gloves, which wasn't a given, considering they weren't even required to: professionalism and attention make all the difference. The food is also top-notch, but what really impressed me was the second course: superior.

Today Easter April 5, 2026 the years pass where I celebrated our wedding 30 years ago my two children's communion and the various weddings of my grandchildren, but you remain the top lunch as usual superlative and fantastic environment congratulations to Donato and Mattia😋😍😍

I attended a wedding at the New Gilda restaurant and it was a truly enchanting experience. The location is breathtaking: elegant, refined, welcoming, perfect for such an important event as a wedding. Not to mention the food, it was truly sublime. Excellent dishes, both in quality and presentation, from start to finish... like the dessert buffet and the confetti buffet, everything was perfect and delicious. Special praise also goes to all the waiting staff: impeccable, elegant in their service, and always extremely polite and professional. A restaurant I absolutely recommend!

01/02/2026: Fantastic little place in the stunning setting of Villa Santa Maria. Excellently prepared dishes with ingredients whose quality is undeniable. Prices are in line with the products... The owner's friendliness is a real plus! We recommend it and will be back.

11/05/2026: Excellent bar, café, and pastry shop. Fast table service. Helpful, friendly, polite, and professional staff. Ample uncovered parking with side entrance. You can sit indoors or in the garden. A wide selection of desserts. The croissants, especially the freshly filled almond ones, are fragrant, fresh, large, and uniquely delicious, rarely found elsewhere. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The restrooms are decent, but small and cramped. In my opinion, they should be expanded and upgraded to accommodate the number of daily customers. The restaurant is located at a major north/south/west intersection and is a popular destination for quick, convivial breakfasts for families and workers. Excellent management, focused on continuous improvement for the benefit of their customers.
