Run by a long-standing local family, the restaurant has distinguished itself over the years, while retaining some of the traditional features and dishes that have defined it in the past. The menu offers dishes for all tastes, with off-menu options available upon request. On certain evenings, roast fowl, expertly prepared by the owner, is also available. The boiled meats are a must-try. The wine list is extensive and caters to all budgets. Prices are in line with the offerings.

02/08/2025: A delight! A haven of pleasant serenity accompanied by good wine, good food, and a warm welcome. Perhaps slightly larger portions and a greater variety of menu options over time wouldn't be appreciated... but I always gladly return and am satisfied every time.
30/07/2025: A family evening for my daughter's partner's birthday....a wonderful place with a stunning view of the city of Schio...the food was special...the service was very competent...I'd say it was a real success...we'll definitely be back.

28/07/2025: Spinechile is a truly special place. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with a tiny dining room and a window offering a breathtaking view of the valley. The atmosphere is elegant but not at all cold; you immediately feel at ease.
The cuisine is creative, made with incredible ingredients, and every dish is a surprise. Some pairings are bold but incredibly well-executed. The service is impeccable, attentive but never pretentious.
It's one of those experiences you'll remember, where you realize there's so much thought and passion behind it. Highly recommended if you want a truly unique dinner experience.

The view is wonderful and the peace reigns.
The restaurant is always well-maintained and the service excellent.
The 8-course menu (alchemy) is spectacular in my opinion.

06/07/2025: For years our favorite takeaway pizzeria in the area. The dough (even for gluten intolerant) and the ingredients are fresh and quality. Well-filled pizzas.
Daniele, Matteo and all the staff are always welcoming and patient.
Highly recommended!!

25/08/2025: The food was average, but the price was a bit too high in my opinion. For a starter, a first course, two second courses, a litre of wine, a bottle of water and a coffee, almost 90 euros, it seems a bit high and I repeat, in my opinion, thank you.

21/06/2025: A very pleasant experience that brought us back to Japan a few months after our return home. Delicious food and great service.
16/06/2025: Finally, a real taste of Japan in Italy. The appetisers were spot on, and the ramen was just like the one you’d find in Japan: rich in flavour and simple, but made with care.
Fresh curly noodles, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount. Every bite brought back memories. We finished with a great dessert, then explored the little shop inside with items imported from Japan. Yes, yes, yes: absolutely recommended!

22/07/2025: A former deconsecrated church, this is a very charming place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The cocktails are very good, and they also have vegan/vegetarian options if you're looking for a snack. Highly recommended, I'll be back.

05/07/2025: Very good pizza and calzone. This time I opted for the Timilia dough and this time too both the pizza and the calzone did not disappoint me. This is one of the few pizzerias that stays open until after 10:30 pm in the summer. We enjoyed the pizza outside enjoying the cool air.
Very kind staff and honest prices

05/04/2025: The girl who served us was very kind and super nice in serving us and making us feel at ease. The canapés are spectacular, ranging from special ones to more normal ones with mortadella. The environment is also peaceful with a small green corner outside and little lights hanging which makes it super welcoming.
