11/12/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The dishes were so well-crafted, we didn't miss the restaurants we'd tried in Japan at all—quite the opposite. The tasting menu is well-balanced and allows you to try multiple dishes on the menu. Highly recommended. Kudos to the lovely owners and staff; we'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Aji - Japanese Restaurant offers the incredible privilege of transporting your taste buds directly to the land of the Rising Sun, forgetting for a few hours that you're in the Vicenza area. The passion that the two owners, Francesca and Giulio, convey is evident in every dish. I came here for the first time with my partner for her birthday, and we tried the Wagyu tasting. It was the perfect choice. Every dish we were lucky enough to try truly wowed us. The Ramen, in particular, was sublime, a practically perfect balance of flavors with no one ingredient overpowering the other. To top it all off, I also enjoyed the sake tasting, which, thanks to a coherent and thoughtful pairing, made the experience even more complete and enjoyable. All this was topped off by Francesca's kindness and ever-gracious presence, with whom we even had the opportunity to chat a little after dinner in the shop area, where you can find rare gems of carefully selected Japanese craftsmanship—another sign of the profound passion and respect these two wonderful people have for this incredible country. If you haven't already been, treat yourself and spend an evening at Aji. We had such a great time that by the time we paid, we already booked for next time. 20/01/2026: The restaurant is truly well organized, from reception to service. It features cloth tablecloths and attentive service (perhaps a bit too busy between courses). The baccalà alla Vicentina is certainly well-made, while I found the mantecato a bit heavy (better to share a portion for two). The wine offered, Vespaiolo, tells the story of the area, with grapes that are a delicacy for wasps... The boiled meat is definitely worth trying, even though this tradition is in our DNA in Emilia.

11/12/2025: The location is truly stunning, but the beverage selection isn't up to par. I found the non-alcoholic drinks extremely basic (basically juice or little more), and even the alcoholic ones were too simple and uninspiring for my taste. It's a great place for atmosphere and convenience, especially if you're looking for a place to stay late in Chinatown.

13/11/2025: We were here on November 7, 2025, to celebrate my graduation, and I couldn't have made a better choice! The staff was incredibly kind, from the owner Carlo to his mother—truly wonderful people, always available and attentive to every request. The value for money is excellent: the food is delicious, and the wines are truly excellent. I made a great impression on all my guests, who were thrilled and completely satisfied. The room we were offered for the party, the one on the first floor, was truly a treat: intimate, welcoming, and with a splendid panoramic view. A perfect experience in every way, we'll definitely be back!

07/10/2025: If you're in the Schio area, you can't miss a stop at this place of a thousand wonders! The views are breathtaking, the kindness is immeasurable, the quality of the food is enviable, and the service is commendable. I won't say anything else, but I can't wait to go back!

13/01/2026: I know the management... I've been there a couple of times... excellent local dishes with average prices... during the war, this tavern was frequented by E. Hemingway... there's no parking nearby but Piazza del Bao is a little further away.

04/01/2026: We had a group dinner last night. The place was welcoming and the staff were very friendly. One of us had the gargati with cheese and peppers, and they were delicious. Others had pizza, and the pasta was undercooked. I had the spaghetti allo scoglio, and unfortunately, it tasted like tomato pasta with a few shelled, frozen mussels. Their Mexican food is probably their forte.
