24/05/2025: Nice and well-kept place, but unfortunately they are very slow. Reading the other reviews it doesn't seem like an exception to have waited 40 minutes for two cappuccinos, a coffee, a juice and three mignon. It's a shame because the food was good and for that I would return, but you know when you come in and you don't know when you leave. You need to have the whole morning free to go and have breakfast there. Since it's market day on Saturday, I would advise them to increase the staff on those days, knowing they have a lot of work, but apparently, despite the many reviews complaining about this, they haven't done anything yet. The bathrooms are clean

22/06/2025: Unfortunately the place didn't have air conditioning so we ate outside, but under the tent it was still warm. The pizza, not having chosen supplementary dough, was too thin and the dough almost raw. Too bad, I expected something more

22/06/2025: Very good pizzas with quality ingredients but not supported by an environment in line with the prices paid, for example we ate outside with wasps flying everywhere, unfortunately there is a lack of attention to the end customer.

15/06/2025: I was very disappointed by this experience and by the rudeness of one of the staff members. I had a wedding so I had to take a shower at 6 in the morning and I did it with COLD water. In the evening when I returned I pointed this out (because I thought there was a problem with the boiler) and the employee responded to me dryly and rudely saying "this is a 100 year old hotel what do you expect? And I'm not a technician". I find this behavior very serious. The next day I asked for clarification and I was told that at night they turn off the hot water to save money. However, I pay for a service (not a small one) and at least I expect to be warned of this. It is not possible that someone gets up early and has to wash with cold water without knowing it.

28/04/2025: Very nice modern place, well looked after. I was there for lunch and I ate really well, excellent for a quick lunch break or simply for a day when you don't feel like cooking a good aperitif. The owner is very approachable and kind and attentive to his customers. Recommended 😊😊

04/06/2025: We were there with the family for a birthday on June 2nd; I already knew the place after the last renovation and from the first time I was thrilled by the spectacular location: on clear days you can see all the way to the Venetian lagoon. As for the food, since October there has been a notable change of pace: high quality food (meat in particular), dishes with attention to presentation and the right timing between courses; but the desserts were truly a sublime surprise! For aperitifs, then, the large terrace with gazebo in front of the restaurant is the best!..and last but not least, the presence of Alberto: when you imagine what an ideal manager should be like, it's him! Attentive, precise, always friendly and available for advice and explanations on what he can offer you..A number one! If the staff will take the same approach as the owner, it will be a guaranteed success. A small sore point is the distance from the plain, but a half hour drive will certainly be repaid by the experience!

13/07/2025: We ate a 1.6 kg Spanish Florentine steak, truly delicious, tender, and flavorful. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was homey. Well done, guys, keep it up.

13/07/2025: A charming location with indoor and outdoor seating, a grill for grilling meats, and quick and very friendly service, with a smile and a friendly chat, which is uncommon. A good selection of traditional dishes, especially grilled meats. Highly recommended for its excellent value.

26/06/2025: I had dinner with friends from abroad who were staying in Bassano del Grappa. I had already been here for aperitifs and had never had dinner before. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and the welcome. They immediately seated us at the table in the air-conditioned room also for the aperitif. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also excellent. The dishes are balanced, the ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. The courses take a bit of a wait, but this wait is immediately justified when you taste the dishes and their freshness shines through. They are certainly not reheated dishes. Highly recommended, prices are not cheap but in my opinion honest for the quality and quantity offered. Excellent wine list. Excellent desserts.
