15/09/2025: A special place, with incredibly kind staff. They look after you carefully, offering passionate advice and even offering tastings. Everything is truly delicious, from the cheeses to the cured meats to the delicatessen. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it given the quality of the food and the professionalism.

28/08/2025: Quick, fast, and painless. Called in the middle of service, pizza made in less than 10 minutes. Enjoyed a delicious pizza with arugula, bresaola, and parmesan. The owner is friendly and knows his job. I highly recommend it. I had a great time, and will definitely be back. I won't add a photo because I devoured it in no time.

01/05/2025: Next to the pizzeria you will find the artisanal ice cream shop. I recommend the cheesecake flavour: truly balanced! In my opinion it has a better price/quality ratio than the famous ice cream shops in the historic center. Approved, I recommend it to everyone

26/10/2025: It couldn't have gone worse. I had lunch with friends on Sunday. The place was packed, 40-45 people. The problem? Well, the service was embarrassing to say the least: slow, disorganized, and chaotic. The fault, however, isn't of the two girls who were running around like mad, taking orders, running the service, paying the bills, clearing tables, and so on. Humanly speaking, they can't work well when there's only two of them, the place is packed, and the dining room logistics are a maze. The responsibility lies with those who manage this place so sloppily and incompetently. People like that need a new job. The kitchen is also seriously lacking. The platters arrived with the ingredients placed there haphazardly, and the lasagna and cream soup were cold. I had to wait forever, given the simplicity and modesty of the dishes. It's obvious there was perhaps only one person in the kitchen. In short, a total disaster.

19/10/2025: I stopped by to get 8 croissants at 9 in the morning and was told that he couldn't give them to me because otherwise he would be left without them. For the customers at the tables, maybe my money is different 🤣🤣🤣

23/09/2025: This isn't the first time I've stayed here, always for work. I've always been pleased with the simple rooms and the delicious restaurant. I'll definitely be making reservations here on future trips to Bassano.

28/09/2025: We went to Trattoria alla Veneziana last night and the experience was truly wonderful. We tried the bigoli with duck, a superbly prepared dish: fresh pasta, authentic flavors, and generous portions. The waiter was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel at ease from the very first moment. Coming from Spain, it was a real pleasure to find such a warm and friendly welcome. We were truly delighted with both the food and the service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic Venetian experience.

26/09/2025: I stopped for lunch, a historic, dated place, they sat me down, the menu was awful!! Anyway, there were two of us, we had two appetizers, a sardines en saor (old) and octopus (to be seasoned) 🙈🙈🙈 they brought to the table a liter of supermarket oil without even the anti-refill cap, terrible. Then I asked for a bottle of prosecco (because there was nothing else) he showed up with a Valdo from the supermarket worth 3.50 and then charged 20 euros, shameful. I ordered tripe, the other person with me had gnocchi... the whole thing was... let's forget it. Well, when I got to the cashier he presented me with a bill for 90 euros. I wonder how one should not be ashamed of even asking for payment. The only thing that makes me sad is that all in all they were kind, but never let me be beaten like that again. Sorry for the outburst

20/10/2025: The hotel's structure and location are great. The hosts at the reception during check-in and the night shift were super polite — really appreciated that. However, the owner was a bit too strict. I'm an artist, and I always need a little flexibility with check-out times. I asked her, “What's the latest regular check-out time?” She said 10:30 a.m. I smiled and asked, “Would it be possible to make it 11?” She replied, without a smile, “Yes, but you need to pay 20 euros.” That was honestly the first time in my life I've been charged just for an extra 30 minutes. Also, it would be great if there were at least some complimentary water in the room. 🙏🏾 Update: I reply to the hotel :) it's needed!! Keep emphasizing the word "artist": I mentioned it not to ask for different treatment, but simply to make it clear that I played until late morning, always politely and with a smile. My request for confirmation lasted a minute, not thirty. If the goal is to be "eco-friendly," then it would have been helpful to specify that there are water dispensers throughout the facility: that's hospitality. Or perhaps you're only used to guests with a lot of free time or tourists who enjoy hiking and can explore everything at their leisure. I kindly invite you to check out the smell coming from the bathroom: there's obviously something wrong with the plumbing. Regarding the gym, let me point out that a bicycle, a mat, and a wall with two cables do not constitute a "gym": perhaps it would be more honest to remove this wording from the description out of respect for the guests. Finally, regarding your barber metaphor: sure, I pay him for my beard, but if I ask him to trim my eyebrows, he certainly doesn't charge extra. In the hotels I've stayed at before, I've been granted a 30-minute check-out grace period, always with a smile. Do you know why?
