The best dough I've ever tried. The rising is incredibly slow and well-made, especially considering the 144-hour dough. I've never had such a light and digestible pizza. It's a shame about the ingredients: this is my third time here during artichoke season, and despite the menu and the high price, or "carciofi alla romana," they always use small, jarred artichokes that look like they're in a commercial product. Apart from that, everything else is truly excellent. Attentive, professional, and friendly staff. Recommended.

Excellent location, spacious but not overwhelming (which is a good thing), a selection of pizzas with various toppings. Unique desserts and truly delicious and captivating after-meal spirits. Always a touch of creativity in the presentation of the dishes and drinks. Highly recommended!

We came with the volleyball team. A unique place, delicious pizzas, and a wide variety of doughs and ingredients (which were also very good). The gluten-free pizza was also very good and well-made.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
We really had a lovely evening 🤩

I attended the Spicchietti evening for the first time. I really enjoyed the pizza, with excellent quality ingredients. The only downside was how crowded the second round was; next time I'll opt for the first round.
All in all, a great experience, definitely worth repeating.

GIROPIZZA Evening: APPROVED
We had a great time, we tried many different types of pizza, the waiters were friendly, the pizzas were all different, and in short, we thought it was an experience worth repeating! Recommended!
