Very nice hotel. Excellent hospitality. Fenced parking. Bright, new, and well-furnished rooms. Beautiful view. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel through Smartbox because of its proximity to Bassano del Grappa. It's a nice hotel with ample parking. The only downside was the room... the bed and pillows were truly uncomfortable; we woke up the next morning with a stiff neck. We found dust on the bedside tables and headboard. The mini-bar was dusty and empty, not even a bottle of water. The bathroom was clean but dated. Delicious sweet and savory breakfast. Friendly staff.

I've been coming to this hotel for several years now. The excellent service, cleanliness, friendliness, and communication regarding the booking process have always remained consistent, which has always satisfied me. I'll gladly return. I wasn't able to take advantage of the complimentary welcome drink this time. I hope I get two next time ;-) Oh yes – I did get the room I wanted. I was also allowed to use it a few hours early, which was very helpful. Bye!

Excellent hotel in a strategic location for visiting the city of Bassano del Grappa and the surrounding area. The room was well-maintained, although we found it a bit too warm (even though we were there in winter).

Everything in its place, just like you find a stay whether for business or for a mini vacation.

Very friendly and helpful staff, daily room cleaning. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfast. I would visit it again.

This review, in addition to the structure, is mainly about the kindness, helpfulness, and spirit of the owner, a truly exceptional person. In a time of need, I had his complete disposal. I definitely recommend the structure and it's wonderful to find old-fashioned hoteliers!

The hotel is well located, a 15-20 minute walk from the Bassano Bridge (there's a bike/pedestrian path). The staff and hospitality are exceptional, the spa is lovely, the rooms are renovated, and especially the bathroom has a window (a real plus). The value for money is truly hard to come by, and is more than excellent. A few things I hope serve as good-natured advice: - I used the spa, but I would have preferred a few degrees warmer in the relaxation area/loungers, which was a bit cold; - Breakfast was good, but I could use a little more choice in the products (pastries and cured meats). Overall, I was more than satisfied. Thank you.

I stayed with my boyfriend for 2 nights. I was happy with the rooms, which were very spacious, elegant, and very warm (heat is essential for me)!! I found the breakfast a bit basic, but it was still well-organized! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the spa. I had booked it well before our stay, but when we entered, it was quite cold, and the Turkish bath still needed to heat up properly. "Maybe it should be turned on before guests arrive?" Still, it's beautiful and basic. About a 30-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, so it's still in an excellent location!!
