29/08/2024: Trovato per caso dopo una mattinata al parco Sigurta’ ci ha piacevolmente stupiti, sia per la cortesia del personale che per la qualità dei piatti. Ottimo tutto, dai primi ai dolci.

25/08/2024: Qualità e gusto. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. La pasta fresca è fatta in casa. Abbiamo preso i tortelli di zucca, i tortelli di brasato su fonduta di formaggio locale. Ottimi anche i bigoli al tonno e gli spaghetti alle vongole veraci. Lo consiglio

15/12/2024: I was here more than 20 years ago, and now that we have returned we have noticed that consistency is always rewarded, Paolo everywhere and his sister with their mother in the kitchen, have created in more than 30 years a wonderful place where there is it is a great attention to detail, very refined porcelains decorate the perimeter together with adorable references to Sicilian objects, very high quality of the dishes with great selection of raw materials, a simple traditional cuisine and everything homemade with recipes handed down for generations, from appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes and finally desserts, really very very well, friendly atmosphere and kind and fast service, very good always like this. 07/08/2024: We went here on Saturday for dinner for a family occasion. The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with a pleasant climate despite the heatwave of this period. Traditional and good dishes, from the typical appetizer of cured meats with polenta and giardiniera, to an encore of first courses, mixed grill and assorted side dishes for second courses, tiramisu to conclude. Nicely, after realizing that it was a birthday, they brought the birthday boy a small "flaming" gift with the dessert. A very suitable place for children too, with large outdoor spaces and enclosures with animals. Worth a visit.

23/10/2024: Trattoria ben frequentata da locali. Vale più di tre punti ma non quattro… pranzo in famiglia. La mia costata eta buona, anche i luci con polenta. Ambiente un po fredda, servizio non tanto fluido, il vino della casa da dimenticare… prezzi non cosi bassi.

04/09/2024: Abbiamo scoperto questo bel posto grazie a The Fork, in posizione peraltro strategica in quanto si trova proprio dietro al centro di Borghetto (2 minuti a piedi). Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene: prodotti di qualità, ben presentati e realizzati. Inoltre il personale si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile. Infine un ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo (a prescindere dallo sconto di The Fork, applicato regolarmente).

22/08/2024: Let's start with the end, the tiramisu is excellent. The tortelli with truffle and the one with ricotta spinach were also very tasty. The antipasti are an absolute must, really really good. We had a bottle of Custoza with our meal, which was also good. The waitress, the owner's niece, is quick, friendly and very accommodating and speaks English very well. A really good place outside of the hustle and bustle.

29/06/2024: It has been a disappointing experience unfortunately. The Antipasto Misto was excellent. We were undecided on what to choose as a main course. When asked, the waiter indicated that the steak would be a thick one, which suggests it to be a decent beef fillet. However it turned out not to be a beef fillet but some kind of scotch fillet. We asked them to be medium rare. One was medium and the other welldone. We've asked to have this corrected and we received a rare steak which was not of great quality. The potatoes had clearly been in the microwave as well as the spinach. The tiramisu dessert was not that great either. It was a bit bland. The waiter was in a constant hurry and didn't take the time to listen properly, forgot to bring steak knives and a few more mishaps. The garden setting was quite nice though. We might just have been unlucky because the other reviews are quite good. But we won't be coming back.
