21/09/2025: Small tavern with a beautiful vaulted cellar where the aperitif is served. They also serve 24-month-aged ham. The food is excellent! We had tagliata (beef steak strips with rosemary) and tortellini. Probably the best of my life! The service was very friendly! All in all, a successful evening. Sonja & Fred

03/10/2025: Every time I pass through these parts, it's a must-see, and each time it's always a pleasant confirmation. The first course is a must: a large selection of tortelli, a delight for the palate. Next up is veal cheek in Amarone sauce, which not even Simmental is as tender and flavorful. If you're lucky enough to be served by Altin, it becomes a truly sensorial experience, and you'll be drawn into stories of times gone by. By the way, thanks Altin, with you, it's like being a guest at an old friend's house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔝

26/08/2025: Incredibly good ice cream. We had stracciatella, lemon, vanilla, hazelnut, and yogurt+cherry. Some of the flavors are also available as popsicles (for those with children, for example, who appreciate that 😜). Unfortunately, you can't get coffee or espresso here.

19/10/2025: Sunday lunch: A charming place, it was easy to write down your order, especially since everything was served in record time, despite the crowds. There's a large children's area, with playground equipment and games available for everyone, which is certainly wonderful for a certain group, but for others, the large number of happy children might be a bit annoying (not for me). Located on a beautiful promenade along the Mincio River, where, however, we encountered several rude cyclists who were annoyed by our presence; perhaps we were on a stretch of the Giro d'Italia without knowing it. In short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, compliments to everyone, especially the very young people who serve the tables.

17/08/2025: Stop here, and you'll be back. A meticulously maintained and charming location, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the view. The food and wine are top-notch, and the staff are fantastic. Try the tortellini, which are obviously the highlight. The grilled meat is also delicious.

20/05/2025: Consigliato dalla gentilissima Eleonora del bellissimo B&B Sul Garda (Castelnuovo del Garda) ci siamo recati a cena con i bambini- location incantevole , locale decorazioni/piatti antichi in ogni dove, con la bouganville che seguiva il soffitto, pieno di lucine messe ad arte, abbiamo gustato ottimo crudo stagionato e persico su quadrati di polenta come antipasti e poi i loro famosi tortelli di carciofi e altri con asparagi, un secondo gustoso e torta delle rose con cremina per finire!!! consigliatissimo

13/09/2025: Visited here in the late afternoon and sat at an outdoor table. They serve a variety of drinks, and if you order cocktails, they come with a complimentary light meal. Staff were good and helpful, and they can speak English.

14/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday, and it's always a sure thing. The tortellini and tortelli were exceptional (in my opinion, the best in Valeggio), and there's also a great selection of main courses. The portions were generous, and the service was attentive. The owner, Francesco, was always very kind and attentive. Excellent value, and definitely worth recommending!

28/09/2025: I arrived at the restaurant and politely asked if I could dine in. The middle-aged male staff replied, "Yes, but we don't have pizza." Even though I hadn't asked about pizza😅 I've never seen staff treat customers like this in any restraunt. I think his rude and foolish response, blatantly ignoring his customers, reflects his character. Anyway, the meal was good, but I don't think I'll have a good memory of this restaurant because of that staff's behavior
