14/12/2025: I went to this place for an aperitivo with my wife and daughter over a weekend. The place is very charming and well-kept, and the service is excellent. A tray of appetizers is served with the aperitivo, and—a great idea—they also include fresh vegetables (carrots and celery) and even a bowl of fresh fruit to satisfy the most discerning palates. We had seconds and added a pizza: everything was delicious and the bill was truly reasonable.

22/10/2025: Very cozy place. It's a great place to sit with friends and have a drink. The service was very friendly.

19/08/2025: I had an absolutely wonderful dish here this evening, which was on the chef's menu. Linguine with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and ruccula, in a light cream sauce. It was FABULOUS. I hope they add this as a normal menu selection. Daniel was our waiter (a few times over our vacation). A very charismatic, funny, and attentive guy. Daniel, I wish you luck on getting your Harley and getting to LA!

16/08/2025: Great restaurant for a campsite. Extremely good value for money. Only the salad was too expensive for the quantity. Mussels and pizza were excellent, and the tiramisu was a dream. We'll be back.

28/02/2026: The location is beautiful, and the food was okay. But they charge a pretty penny for it. The Spritzes are large, but the prices are outrageous.

12/12/2025: I can only give full marks to a restaurant that feels familiar and old-fashioned. The walls are covered with actors and presenters who have made Italian television history, guiding you through simple yet perfectly cooked food. The owner is very kind, discreet, and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing, with virtually no noise, nothing to complain about. The house wine is also good. Congratulations, we'll be back soon!

30/11/2025: A group of 27 people were forced to choose a fixed menu... Despite this, disorganized, terrible food, and tiny portions. AVOID ABSOLUTELY.

08/12/2025: Excellent pastry shop. Artisanal products. A wide selection of shortbreads that we love. Cookies for our dog, too. 👍

08/03/2026: Today, March 8th, we went to this little restaurant in Bardolino for the first time, where I ate delicious spaghetti allo scoglio! There were three of us. The waiters were all very kind and attentive. Well done, everyone!

28/12/2025: The best agriturismo on the lake. The welcome is excellent and the products are of very high quality. The cheese, the cured meats, the wine… everything is absolutely excellent. The owners are extremely kind. The value for money is unbeatable. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed.

09/09/2025: The food is good, the atmosphere simple but comfortable. The wine is also excellent. The prices are fair.

12/10/2025: The grilled platter was extremely greasy. The salmon, on the other hand, was very tasty. We waited an insanely long time that June evening (an hour or more). Perhaps we'll come back and give the restaurant another chance. Otherwise, only 3* for now.

04/01/2026: Aside from the five burnt pizzas we had, we felt reprimanded by the owner for wanting to seat us right next to the stove. Other customers complained that the stove was too close. The outdoor area was so crowded that it was impossible to get up to use the bathroom. Courtesy is another matter entirely. We would have also liked decent cutlery, but we received bent forks. We won't be returning.

12/11/2025: We ate here several times during our October holiday (2 adults, 1 dog). The service is quick and attentive. Very clean. Everyone is very friendly, and you feel welcome. I don't usually like pizza...but the pizza here is amazing. If you like thin, crispy crust and delicious toppings, this is the place for you. The Pizza Botanika was fantastic, incredibly tasty. Unfortunately, our enjoyment was somewhat dampened on the last evening, as everything in the back was set up for the next day, making it very noisy in the front. That wasn't so pleasant. At these prices, one should expect a nice atmosphere.

04/11/2025: We are regular guests at LaRocca Camping Village and have eaten at Botanika several times over the past four years. Mostly when the weather wasn't great and we preferred to stay at the campsite. So, out of necessity. Botanika describes itself as a "top-class restaurant." We can't confirm that. The menu hasn't changed much in recent years. Many dishes sound interesting, but unfortunately, they just don't taste good. Spaghetti with red shrimp – the shrimp aren't red, they're raw. Pasta with rabbit ragout – simply dry, as there was no sauce. Chicken with apple and blueberries – also completely dry. Black pasta – inedible. The pizza is okay, but nothing more. The tiramisu in a glass and the fries are very tasty. But everything is far too expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. What we find most disappointing, however, is the lack of attention to the needs of children. Spaghetti Carbonara is on the menu – but it's not available in a child's portion. The children's menu offered tortellini with ham and cream sauce – instead of tortellini with spaghetti, which wasn't possible. We've never experienced such inflexibility. The restaurant's ambiance was unpleasant – harsh lighting and plastic chairs, drafts in many corners, and it was noisy. The service was sometimes very inattentive. The price-performance ratio was unacceptable. The restaurants in Bardolino/Garda with direct lake views are significantly better and also cheaper.
