15/07/2025: My review would have been different before paying. But after some guests received a limoncello after paying and we didn't, I'm really annoyed. What was wrong with us? We ate and drank and left enough money there. We have to work for our money!
The pizza was okay, and the restaurant's location is very nice.
However, the staff (especially the head waiter and manager??) seem pretty hectic. We can only agree with other reviewers.
We definitely felt stupid after paying. And we definitely won't be back!
13/07/2025: We ordered pizza with salami and Aperol. We liked everything, the pizza is delicious, the service is good.
Nearby is a beautiful embankment, lake view.

12/06/2025: I really enjoyed going to Swing last year...
I was there again recently...a mojito without limes, just with syrup, is actually a disgrace. I don't recommend it anymore.
Two doors down is "Tempo," which I highly recommend.
06/06/2025: The new management is rocking! The guys at the counter are great, especially the iena and Edo...always kind and helpful and the owners are definitely no exception. Exceptional food, I especially recommend the pastrami which has completely won me over. Well done, well done and still well done! Keep it up 👏🏻

01/09/2025: A truly beautiful restaurant, just steps from the lake, with an instantly captivating atmosphere. The food is excellent: everything is fresh and prepared with great care. The people who work there, especially the two young women, are brilliant: they do their job with passion and always welcome guests with kindness and a smile. The owner, Maurizio, is a kind and welcoming person, always attentive to his guests.

03/09/2025: The food was okay, but the service was unfortunately unfriendly and only when requested. It's a shame because we were used to something different from previous experiences. The highlight, however, was the fact that my debit card was charged twice, and even an attempt to resolve the matter personally at the reception desk a day later ended in wild accusations. A shame.
01/09/2025: Came here for dinner. Chose for the place on the embankment, where we walked. The food is very tasty, we had grilled sea bass, potatoes with rosemary and pork with arugula and parmesan cheese, table service is 2 euros per person (coperto). There is only one toilet for all the halls and open spaces (terraces). Queues all the time. The atmosphere is a bit like a train station because of this.

05/07/2025: We happened to pass by during karaoke night and decided to stop by. The performers were very entertaining, and the time flew by while singing.
There's a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks, and the place is beautifully situated by the lake.

27/04/2025: As soon as we were seated I had a bad feeling and I was right. It took a while for menus to be delivered to the table and when the waiter finally came over again, we tried to ask a question about the menu but he spoke over us and told us he was there to take out drinks order.
When we did order the waiter was looking elsewhere and totally distracted, so it shouldn’t have a surprise that the order was incorrect on arrival. The carbonara was vile, tasted of nothing but egg and the pasta was undercooked (not Al dente, undercooked). By the time Parmesan was offered we’d given up trying to eat it. The pizza that was ordered was ok (compared to the carbonara) but we’re sure the mushrooms were tinned.
When we paid, they initially gave us a bill for over -€330 (for three people - one drink and a main each) and it took a further three or four attempts to get it close to right.

21/08/2025: When you see the ice cream on the menu and then actually get it, it's a bit of a disappointment. You don't go here for the friendliness. The view is beautiful.
17/08/2025: On our last day of vacation, we wanted to have a leisurely breakfast on the lake promenade – unfortunately, we made the wrong choice and opted for the Kuyaba Bar. The first disappointment was right when we ordered: they apparently had run out of croissants or brioche. So we had to get something else. After that, we had to wait – and that in almost 30-degree heat – until the first drinks even arrived at our table. The "orange juice" was completely watered down, the still water tasted stale, and the toast was crumbly and hard, like crispbread.
The highlight came after a good ten minutes, when croissants that had previously been refused to us were suddenly served at neighboring tables – an absolute disgrace.
The service was also abysmal: the waitress seemed consistently unfriendly, didn't smile once, and gave the impression that she had absolutely no desire to be at her job. Unfortunately, she clearly took her bad mood out on the guests.
A real disappointment for us—we would have hoped for a relaxed start to the day, but instead we were left with nothing but disappointment. Not recommended!🤷🏽♀️

Wir waren an unserem ersten Abend hier sehr zufrieden.

27/05/2025: Food on order came after 50mins, asked for small plate for bread/olive oil...never came.
One meal was brought to us cold , spoke to waiter who took it away, he then came back about 10mins later, having heated the same dish up ...this meal however was not presentable in its appearance, was still not hot...who reheats cold prawns?
The meal was not eaten due to its poor quality.
When the bill came they wanted full payment..to which after refusing to pay for poor quality food, we were fobbed off by offers of Grappa !!
We did manage to have 9 euro shaved off the bill.
Was it just that we were UK holiday people in a mostly German restaurant?
Having eaten evening meals during the week at various restaurants and throughly enjoying Italian cuisine, this was by far very poor in standards.
Not for us!

16/08/2023: Concludiamo le nostre giornate sul lago, spesso cenando in questa pizzeria d'asporto, che permette le consumazioni in loco, grazie ai tavoli posizionati all'esterno del locale, ed accessibili in sedia a rotelle perché non ci sono gradini. Si può consumare la pizza in tranci, anche se noi preferiamo quelle rotonde, che vengono servite su panari in legno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Tempi d'attesa brevissimi. Ottima qualità a giusto prezzo.

26/07/2023: Ausgezeichneter Service und Essen. Waren in den letzten Jahren bei jedem Besuch in Bardolino hier Essen. Gleiche Qualität und Service, immer ausgezeichnet.

Proprietario senza educazione e non professionale
ANDATE A FARE LA CENA ALTROVE
11/04/2025: Vado circa una volta ogni 10/15 GG a prendere il caffè o un aperitivo. La settimana scorsa sono andato ho preso un Gingerino in due col vino bianco, pagato 6,50 euro. Questa mattina stesso ordine 12,00 euro ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è bastato riferito che mi sbaglio!!!! Capisco un aumento per la stagione, ripeto vado tutto l'anno in questo ambiente quando è aperto naturalmente, quindi non è che mi possa sbagliare.
P.S. questa è stata mia negligenza per non averlo richiesto...niente scontrino
